1.Suppression of Delayed Type Hypersensitivity Response to DNP_6OVA in Mouse by UV --Irradiated Urocanic Acid
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(05):-
In order to investigate the effects of cis-UCA on cell -mediated immunity, we established a murine model of DTH response to DNP6OVA which is indicated by the increasing in the ear thickness of the mouse after resensitization, compared with those of the mouse injected with 200 g cis - UCA and trans -UCA intraperitoneally (i. p. ). The average of the increasing in ear thickness of each group was 9. 1 1. 13 10-2 mm (n=8, the number of ears) for the group administrated with cis-UCA; 17. 45 0. 88 10 - 2 mm (n= 8) for the group administrated with trans-UCA ; 16. 43 + 1. 83 10 - 2 mm(n= 7) for control group. It is suggested that there are immunosuppression of DTH response to DNP6OVA in mouse administrated with ets-UCA and no effecs of trans-UCA on this response.
2.Technology of breast cancer screening:current situation and prospect
Chinese Journal of Health Management 2016;10(4):321-325
Breast cancer is the first malignant tumor of women, and the incidence is still rising. Although the overall survival rate of breast cancer is high, the difference in prognosis is significant with different stage. Finding the patients at early stage and commencement of therapy timely by breast cancer screening is the key to reduce the incidence and improve the survival rate. At present, clinical breast examination, ultrasonography, mammography and MRI are still the most common methods for breast cancer screening, but in view of the specific technology and specific population it remains controversial as to which techniques are the best, especially the value of ultrasonography still needs to be confirmed in randomized clinical trials. With the constant improvement of technologies and programs, the breast cancer screening work will be more standardized and optimized.

Objective To explore the relationship between nonalcoholic fatty liver (NFALD)and apolipoprotein E (ApoE)gene polymorphism in Shanghai undergraduate students. Methods A cross-sectional survey was performed in 4 148 students from Shanghai Tongji University. Quesgionary, physical measurement, ultrasonography and biochemical parameters were used to diagnose NFALD. In patients with NAFLD and 200 healthy subjects (served as control), ApoE genotypes were determined by PCR-RFLP. Results (1)Totally 398 subjects were diagnosed as NAFLD (prevalence 9.6%). Body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio, triglycerides, total cholesterol, alanine transaminase, aspartate aminotransferase and γ-glutamyltransferase in NAFLD group were higher than those in control, which were related to the degree of NAFLD (P<0.01). (2)ApoE genotypes distributions were significantly different between two groups (χ2=10.52, P<0.01). In NAFLD,E4/4 genotype frequency (5.5%)increased, and E3/3 (61.8%)decreased . (3)Unconditional logistic regression showed that E4/4 were closely associated with lipid profiles. Conclusion ApoE point mutations 112 and 158 may cause different dyslipidosis. E4/4 genotype seems to be one of the genetic predisposition factors of NAFLD.

Objective To explore the role of health management in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis combined with osteoporosis. Methods A total of 140 women with postmenopausal osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled in this 12-month randomized controlled study and randomly assigned to receive drug therapy ( group A,n =70 ) or drug therapy + health management ( group B,n =70 ).Bone mineral density (BMD) of the forearm, lumbar spine and hip was measured by using dual-X-ray absorptiometry at baseline and 12 months after the intervention. The rates of fractures were calculated at 12months.Results BMD of the forearm, lumbar spine and hip of both groups were significantly increased at 12 months (group A:0.50 ± 0.13,0.78 ± 0.15 and 0.68 ± 0.14,respectively,all P < 0.05; group B:0.54± 0.14,0.80 ± 0.12 and 0.73 ± 0.15,respectively,all P < 0.05 ).The elevation of BMD and therapy compliance of group B were significantly higher than those of group A ( P < 0.05 ),while the rate of fracture was relatively lower. Conclusions Health management can significantly improve patient compliance and medication efficacy.
5.Spiral CT Manifestations of Blunt Liver Trauma
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the spectrum of spiral CT imaging findings of blunt liver trauma. Methods Clinical data of 17 patients with blunt liver trauma were retrospectively collected. All patients underwent standardized spiral CT examination of the upper abdomen, which include plain scan, arterial phase and portal venous phase acquisition. The morphology, density and integrity of liver parenchyma and intrahepatic venous structures were carefully observed, as well as regions of porta hepatis, peritoneal cavity and retroperitoneal space. Results Twelve cases (70.6%) developed hepatic parenchymal laceration. There were 9 cases (52.9%) of traumatic hematoma, among which 5 were intraparenchymal and 4 were subcapsular. One case (5.9%) showed active bleeding within an intrahepatic hematoma, while two cases (11.8%) had injury (laceration) of hepatic veins. There were 7 patients (41.2%) who demonstrated the so-called “halo sign” around the intrahepatic portal branches. Thirteen patients were associated with peritoneal fluid (blood) collection, 3 with hematoma or hemorrhage of the right adrenal gland, 8 with plural effusion and 3 cases with rib fractures of right lower chest. Conclusion CT imaging findings of blunt liver trauma include parenchymal laceration, intraparenchymal and /or subcapsular hematomas, active hemorrhage, and tear of hepatic veins. Plain CT scan and contrast-enhanced dual-phase acquisition is very important for the comprehensive evaluation of patients with blunt liver trauma.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2003;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the protective effect of aloin on inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) synthesis of HaCat cells induced by ultraviolet B (UVB) irradiation. Methods The proliferation of HaCat cells was measured by MTT method. iNOS mRNA was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). NO production was assessed by spectrophotometric method, and expression of NF-kB P65 was measured by immunofluorescent staining. Results After irradiation with 30 mJ/cm~2 of UVB, proliferation of HaCat cells was decreased, and NO generation and iNOS mRNA synthesis in HaCat cells were increased. UVB irradiation could also activate the expression of NF-kB P65 and promote its translocation into nucleus. NO generation and iNOS mRNA synthesis were markedly down-regulated in a dose-dependent manner by pre-treatment with different concentrations of aloin. The activation of NF-kB P65 was inhibited while the proliferation of HaCat cells was increased. All the difference reached statistical significance (P
