Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2003;1(5):7-9
This paper reviews twenty-eight Chinese medicine books with complete prescriptions prior to the Qing Dynasty, and analyzes the characteristics of acupoint selection and needling manipulations from the perspective of apoplectic symptoms. It is concluded that,in ancient times, apoplexy is often treated on the basis of its symptoms and a great number of acupoints are employed; hemiplegia is mainly treated by the acupoints of the Large Intestine Meridian and Gallbladder Meridian, with two key acupoints; coma is mainly treated by first-aid acupoints and qi-supplementing acupoints, with seven key acupoints; wry mouth and convulsion are mainly treated by the local acupoints; as for needling manipulations, moxibustion with moxa cones is principally used, while needling is less used.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(04):-
Objective To report our laparoscopic and laparoscopic assisted urologic cases. Methods There were 33 laparoscopy cases,in 24 male and 9 female patients. The mean age were 4.6 years.Hypoplastic kidney were 5 cases, impalpable testis 14 cases, hydronephrosis 11 cases, duplicated kidney and duplicated kidney with ureterocole 1 case respectively, and pelvis stone 1 case.Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy, heminephrectomy and pyelolithotomy ( 7 cases ),retroperitoneal laparoscopic assisted dismembered pyeloplasty ( 11 cases),laparoscopic orchiedopexy or orchiedectomy (14 cases),and laparoscopic pnuemovesical Cohens operation(1 cases) were conducted. Results 33 laparoscopic operations were completed successfully without conversion. Oral intake started on postoperative day 1.No serious complications occurred. Conclusions Laparoscopic techniques could be used for common pediatric urologic operations like hydronephrosis, impalpable testis ect.The surgical trauma and pain could be reduced and cosmetic effect improved.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Liver perfusion technique has been used in drug study for many decades. Liver perfusion has outstanding advantages over other techniques, such as isolated hepatocytes, hepatic cell lines, and hepatocyte membrane vesicles. It is an ideal experimental model used in drug metabolism, drug-drug interactions, and pharmacokinetic studies. Liver perfusion technique, its advantages or disadvantages, and its extensive applications have been reviewed.

Objective To study the relationship between GAT-1 and neuron injury in focal cerebral ischemia/infusion model. Methods Focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion models were established in rats by thread embolic, then the brain tissues were taken at 3 h, 6 h,12 h, 24 h and 3 d after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.The number of GAT-1 positive neurons were calculated and the average optical density were detected by immunohistochemical technique in different time points after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion, compared with the normal group and the sham operated group. Results The expression of GAT-1 was up-regulation obviously at 3 h after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion( P
7. Membrane permeability evaluation method of oral drugs and their application progress in Chinese materia medica
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2019;50(22):5591-5596
Chinese materia medica is mostly taken orally. The permeability of a drug’s biofilm (e.g. cell membrane) reflects its ability of absorption and transportation in the body. It is of guiding significance to evaluate the membrane permeability of the active components of Chinese materia medica by using appropriate drug permeation model, so as to clarify, the oral absorption and transport mechanism of active ingredients, pharmacodynamic substance basis and dosage form design. The evaluation method of oral drug membrane permeability, as well as the application of various methods in Chinese medicine was summarized for reference in this review.
8. Research ideas and progress on screening and identification of pharmacodynamic substance of Chinese materia medica
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2018;49(22):5229-5234
Study on the pharmacodynamic material basis of Chinese materia medica (CMM) is the key and difficult points of CMM research due to its complicated components and synergistic effect of multiple pathways and multiple targets in pharmacological action. Currently, research ideas and research methods of the pharmacodynamic material basis of CMM are being constantly innovated. In this review, research ideas and progress on screening and identification of pharmacodynamic substance of CMM were summarized. It suggested that the research model of interdisciplinarity, multi-dimensional screening and evaluation should be established, in order to provide references for further and comprehensively revealing the mechanism of action of CMM and the law of compatibility, and establishing quality evaluation system of CMM.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To study the changes of cytokine activation in patients with chronic congestive haert failure(CHF) as indicated by plasma levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and its relation to adrenomedullin(ADM) and endthelin-1(ET-1).Methods The plasma levels of CRP,ADM and ET-1 of 60 decompensated haert failure(DHF) patients group and 30 essential hypertension patients with compensated cardiac function(CCF) group were tested. CRP was determined by immunoturbidometry,ET-1 and ADM were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The plasma levels of ET-1 ,ADM and CRP of decompensated heart failure group were significantly higher than the compensated cardiac function group; In the decompensated heart failure group, the plasma levels of CRP and ADM were elevated according to worsening of heart failure(NYHA classification) ;In the decompensated heart failure group, the plasma levels of CRP were positively correlated with ADM(r=0.57).Conclusion There is extensive activation of cytokines,ADM and ET-1 in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Cytokine activation might play a role in the synthesis of ADM,thus contribute to the hum oral regulation of heart failure, but may not be re- sponsible for the activation of ET-1.
10.Vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling for treating foveoschisis in high myopia
International Eye Science 2014;(10):1871-1872
AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane ( ILM) peeling for treating foveoschisis in high myopia.
METHODS:Thirty high-myopia patients (30 eyes) with foveoschisis from March 2011 to March 2013 were divided two groups: the treatment group ( 16 eyes ) was treated with vitrectomy combined with ILM peeling, and the control group (14 eyes) was treated only with vitrectomy. The foveoschisis reattachment and and best spectacle-correction were measured preoperatively and 2mo after surgery.
RESULTS: The improvement of foveoschisis reattachment and best spectacle - correction in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSION: Vitrectomy combined with ILM peeling is a safe and effective treatment for foveoschisis in high myopia.
