OBJECTIVE: Recent studies of mental health status in undergraduates are reviewed by literatures in mental health standard, measurement and influential factors. It is aimed to analyze the current status of mental health in undergraduates and provide references for related research of mental health, psychological counseling and psychological health in undergraduates. DATA SOURCES: The China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) and Wanfang database were undertaken to id entify related articles published from January 1995 to August 2005 with the key words of "psyche of undergraduate, mental health, health standard" in Chinese. References of retrieved articles were searched. Mental health related books were retrieved such as Health Psychology, Psychic Health Measurement and so on.STUDY SELECTION: The data were selected primarily, and related articles of mental health standard, measurement and influential factors were included. Studies unrelated to undergraduates were screened out, and fulltexts of the other literatures were looked up.DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 40 articles of mental health standard,measurement and influential factors in undergraduates were selected, of which 17 articles accorded with topic and content were collected. There were 4 articles of mental health standard, 6 literatures (listing 6 types and 20 kinds of questionnaires and tests) of measurement and 7 literatures (6articles) of influential factors.DATA SYNTHESIS: Main content of mental health was intellective health, emotional health and spiritual health. ①No mental health standard was authorized and generally accepted in internal and external studies at present. The four signs of mental health designed by World Psychiatric Association (WPA) were praised and identified, which were harmony of body,intelligence and emotion; adaptation of the environment and modesty in each other; well-being; bringing ones ability into full play and living effective living. Mental health standard of Chinese undergraduates was composed of normal cognition, good emotion, perfect personality, coordinated interpersonal relation and appropriate self-consciousness. ②Present commonly used-mental health measurement for undergraduates was various, but there still was some disadvantage. Big Five Questionnaire (BFQ) and University Personality Inventory (UPI) were commonly used at abroad. Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) was commonly used at home. ③Major factors influencing mental health of undergraduates were family, environment, age,sex, school, subject, religion and so on, and speciality had obvious effect on mental health of undergraduates.CONCLUSION: The importance of mental health of undergraduates is realized gradually by scholars, and more and more scholars at home and abroad study the mental health of undergraduates. How to design exact mental health standard and precise mental health measurement for undergraduates deserve further investigation. Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) show good efficacy for the lung cancer patients with EGFR mutations.Chemotherapy drugs are the first choices for the lung cancer patients with EGFR wild-type.In basic research,EGFR-TKIs combination with chemotherapy drugs show good synergy.But in clinical research,the timing of EGFR-TKIs combination with chemotherapy drugs is related to the efficacy.

Objective To investigate the effects of GM-CSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) as an immune adjuvant on the anti-fertility efficacy of canine zona pellucida glycoprotein 3 (CZP3) DNA vaccine.Methods RT-PCR and quantitative real-time PCR were performed to analyze the effects of GM-CSF on the maturation of antigen presenting cells (APCs) and the enrichment of APCs at injection site.Female BALB/c mice were immunized with CZP3 DNA vaccine pcDNA3-CZP3 alone or in combination with genetic adjuvant pcDNA3-GM-CSF by using the method of electrical impulses.ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) was used to detect the levels of IgG and sIgA (secretory IgA) antibodies in serum samples and genital tracts and the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum samples.MTT method was used to analyze the proliferation of spleen T cells in mice.The binding ability of serum anti-CZP3 antibody to native mouse oocytes was analyzed by indirect immunofluorescence assay.All of the female BALB/c mice were coupled with male mice of the same age six weeks after the first-dose vaccination.Litter size at birth in each group was counted and the differences between different groups were comparatively analyzed.ResultsImmunizing the mice with pcDNA3-CZP3 and GM-CSF significantly promoted the expression of CD80, CD83 and CD86 (P<0.05) and increased the sIgA antibody level in genital tract and IgG level in serum (P<0.01).Moreover, the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum samples were significantly up-regulated (P<0.05) and the proliferation of spleen T cells was significantly enhanced (P<0.05).Results of the indirect immunofluorescence assay showed that the fluorescence intensity and density on mouse egg surface were positively correlated with the level of antibody in serum.Results of the anti-fertility test suggested that GM-CSF significantly reduced the litter size in mice immunized with pcDNA3-CZP3 vaccine (P<0.05).Conclusion GM-CSF could be used as an effective adjuvant to enhance the anti-fertility efficacy of CZP3 DNA vaccine.

Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) is one of persistent organic pollutants which are widely exist in environment.This review described PCBs characteristics and toxicity on animals and human livers.Before now,it was identified that PCBs caused liver damage and hepatocarcinogenicity for animals.However,occupational studies and long-term,low level exposure studies to human beings have found no direct correlation between PCBs exposure and liver damage and carcinogenicity,only accidental environmental exposures have found increased mortality of liver disease.But high morbidity of human liver cancer and detected PCBs in the environment were reported in some regions.It is evident that more researches should be done.

Objective To study the effect of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) on Aβ-induced oxidative stress by regulating NF-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) expression and its mechanism.Methods Rat astrocytes were divided into Aβ group,DMF group,Nrf2 group and Nrf2 +DMF group.Expressions of Nrf2,Nqo1,Ho-1,Keap1 mRNA and HDAC were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot respectively.Results The expression levels of Nrf2,Nqo1 and HO-1 mRNA were significantly lower in Nrf2 group and Nrf2+DMF group than in Aβ group and DMF group (P＜0.05) and were significantly higher in DMF group than in Aβ group (P＜0.05) while the expression level of Keap1 mRNA was significantly lower in DMF group and Nrf2+DMF group than in Aβ group and Nrf2 group (P＜0.05).The expression level of HDAC was significantly lower in DMF group and Nrf2+DMF group than in Aβ group and Nrf2 group (6.41±0.43 vs 9.01±1.54,P＜0.05;6.72±0.30 vs 8.76± 0.74,P＜0.05).Conclusion DMF increases the Nrf2 expression by inhibiting the HDAC expression,thus reducing Aβ-induced oxidative stress in rat astrocytes.

Objective To study the influence of valsartan combined with indapamide on the UmAlb level and blood pressure in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into three groups by number table.30 cases of the control group A were treated with indapamide,30 cases of the control group B were treated with valsartan,30 cases of the observa-tion group were treated with indapamide combined with valsartan.After treatment,the clinical parameters and effect of the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the three groups were decreased(all P <0.05),and the observation group decreased obviously(all P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than 86.6% of the control group A and 83.3% of the control group B(χ2 =4.1 2,4.22,all P <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hypertension and diabetes,the antihypertensive effect of indapamide combined with valsartan is obvious and can protect the renal func-tion,which should be promoted in clinical use.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of amiodarone combine with irbesartan on arrhythmia patients with heart failure ,to observe its effect on cardiac function and its mechanism .Methods 124 patients with chronic heart failure combine with arrhythmia were selected in the hospital from September 2013 to November 2014 ,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ,62 patients in each group .The control group was treated with amiodarone on the basis of routine thera-py ,the observation group was treated with amiodarone combine with irbesartan .The clinical efficacy of the two groups were as-sessed after treated 6 months ,the maintenance of sinus rhythm were observed after 1 ,3 and 6 months .By ultrasound heartbeat to assess heart function :cardiac stroke volume (SV) ,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ,left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) ,and to observe the adverse reactions .Results The efficiency rate of the observation group was 88 .71% (55/62) ,higher than that of the control group 62 .90% (39/62) ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .The maintenance rate of sinus rhythm after 1 ,3 and 6 months in observation group were 74 .19% (46/62) , 85 .48% (53/62) and 67 .74% (42/62) ,respectively ,higher than those of the control group[54 .84% (34/62) ,64 .52% (40/62) , 58 .06% (36/62)] ,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0 .05) .After treatment ,SV and LVEF of the observation group were (4 .69 ± 0 .31)L/min and (50 .31 ± 1 .20)% ,respectively ,higher than those of the control group (4 .22 ± 0 .30)L /min and (45 . 61 ± 0 .96)% ,SV and LVEF of two groups after treatment were higher than those of before treatment ,the difference was statisti-cally significant (P< 0 .05) .After treatment ,LVESD and LVEDD of the observation group were (51 .13 ± 3 .16)mm and (56 .20 ± 3 .24)mm ,respectively ,lower than those of the control group [(55 .08 ± 3 .03)mm and (60 .03 ± 3 .15)mm] ,LVESD and LVEDD of two groups after treatment were lower than those of before treatment ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Com-pared the adverse reactions rate ,there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P> 0 .05) .Conclusion Amiodarone combine with irbesartan has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of heart failure combine with arrhythmia ,the maintenance rate of sinus rhythm can be significantly enhanced ,and improve heart function ,it has a higher se-curity .

This paper introduces the concept of sustainable nursing education, and summarizes the international organizations related to sustainable nursing. This article reviews what the nursing education need to do to better prepare nursing students for the future, which contributes to Chinese nursing education.

Objective:To analyze the immunocontraceptive efficacy of CZP3 DNA vaccine by electric pulse stimulating and the correlation between antibody level and antifertility. Methods: The mice were immunized with 5, 10, 20 and 50 μg DNA vaccine pcDNA3. 0-CZP3 respectively and were stimulated at leg muscle by electric pulse. Detect the antibody level of each mice group and the highest antibody titer by ELISA. After mated with male mice for three weeks,calculated infertility rate of mice,the average litter size of each immune group and did statistical analysis. Results:Compared with the intramuscular injection alone,the electric pulse stimulation could increase serum antibody titers of mice significantly, the antibody titer of 50 μg group which was stimulated by electric pulse reached 1∶4 000. Moreover,the infertility of the mice increased and the mice average litter size reduced along with the increase of CZP3 antibody level significantly. Statistical analysis showed that the antibody level and the average litter size had a negative correlation. Conclusion:The electric pulse stimulation can improve the immune level and reduce the fertility efficiency of mice significantly,therefore establishes a foundation for further application of CZP3 DNA vaccine in stray dog contraception.
