Chinese medicine believes that the drug and food have the same source and nature.Studies have shown that long-term eating habits will also affect the formation of constitution.This article discusses the relationship between diet and constitution,summarizes the clinical trials and basic experimental study of diet therapeutic change constitution,to existing and thinking the shortcom-ings and problems in the present study,and believes that the diet therapeutic effect the constitution adjustments closely related to preventive healthcare,and the research has a good prospect.
2.Correlations of postoperative cancer-related fatigue with PG-SGA in patients with colorectal cancer

Objective To explore the relationship between postoperative cancer-related fatigue and nutritional risk in patients with colorectal cancer. Method Using convenience sampling method, 159 postoperative colorectal cancer patients were interviewed with cancer-related fatigue scale and PG-SGA 7 days after operation. Results The average score of CRF was (21.28 ± 6.06). The score by PG-SGA was (15.18 ± 5.55). About 94.34%patients were in need of nutritional intervention. The postoperative cancer-related fatigue was positively related to PG-SGA scores(all P<0.05). Conclusions The postoperative colorectal cancer patients are at a high risk of malnutrition, with nutrition risk positively related with somatic cancer-related fatigue. The clinical nursing staff should pay attention to the nutritional status of patients and correct their malnutrition so as to reduce the symptoms of cancer-related fatigue.
3.Short term effect of brachypodium total hip arthroplasty for young patients with osteonecrosis

Objective To investigate short term effect of brachypodium total hip arthroplasty for young patients with osteonecrosis, and to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods From January 2008 to January 2012, 44 cases of femoral head necrosis patients (46 hips) were selected, with age from 28 to 52, and average age (39.94 ± 5.25) years old; according to prosthesis type they were divided into control group and observation group, control group( 22 cases of 24 hips, using metal-on-polyethylene Duraloc total hip prosthesis replacement treatment), and in the observation group (22 cases of 22 hips, with use of ceramic-on-ceramic Metha Brachypodium total hip prosthesis replacement therapy). Patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months, Harris score, range of motion and other indicators were compared in two groups of patients. Results In observation group and control group, the level of WOMAC score, total Harris score and function, motion range, pain, abnormalities score were significantly improved compared with those before operation:in observation group:(27.46 ± 4.19) scores vs.(66.38 ± 5.84) scores, (92.73 ± 7.68) scores vs.(42.67 ± 7.28) scores, (45.28 ± 5.34) scores vs. (22.19 ± 4.19) scores, (4.46 ± 0.63) scores vs. (3.25 ± 0.66) scores, (39.54 ± 1.54) scores vs. (15.39 ± 2.86) scores, (3.45 ± 0.65) scores vs. (1.84 ± 0.32) scores;in control group:(28.16 ± 4.07) scores vs. (65.67 ± 6.22) scores, (93.03 ± 7.54) scores vs.(43.74 ± 7.57) scores, (44.65 ± 5.26) scores vs. (22.45 ± 4.37) scores, (4.74 ± 0.71) scores vs. (3.17 ± 0.59) scores, (39.87 ± 1.26) scores vs. (16.19 ± 2.55) scores, (3.77 ± 0.73) scores vs. (1.93 ± 0.43) scores, and there were significantly differences (P<0.05). There were no significantly differences between two groups (P>0.05). All patients were follower up for 12-36(23.19 ± 3.66) months. One case in observation group had leg swelling and healed after symptomatic treatment, 1 case in the control group had limb swelling, and 1 case had extensive subcutaneous bleeding .And they were cured after symptomatic treatment 1 case had femoral dislocation, and no secondary dislocation happened after the implementation of manual reduction. Conclusions Brachypodium ceramic ceramic total hip replacement therapy has same effect for young osteonecrosis patients compared to polyethylene and metal prosthesis in improving hip function, but the ceramic-on-ceramic prosthesis brachypodium has better performance in wear resistance with smaller friction coefficient is smaller, and is suitable for young patients.
4.The nursing of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids with infection during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid intercurrent infection, explore the nursing methods of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid before allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods The detailed nurse plan and carefully observation and assess of lesion were performed daily. Iodophor water at the concentration of 0.5‰ was used for anal bath and 2% iodine ointment was used to smear perianal to prevent of infection. And gauzes soaked iodophor were used to cover the lesions, and Chinese traditional herb for anal bath and ultraviolet exposure to control infection. Additionally, the necessary psychological support was given to overcome the fear. Results After the careful nursing, the patient passed through the agranulocytosis period and achieved the success of transplantation. Conclusions This case suggests that the methods in prophylaxis of patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is effectious.
5.Evaluation of functional departments′ position values at a general hospital in Beijing

Objective To assess the relative value of individual positions in the functional departments of a general hospital in Beijing,for reference of improving the salary allocation system and fine management of human resources.Methods The expert consultation method and International Position Evaluation system were used to quantitatively assess the tasks,work difficulty,size of responsibility and the qualifications required for every.Results A total of 38 experts contributed to this research which studied 140 positions including all functional departments of this hospital.The department having the most positions is the finance department(17)and the least is the Youth League committee(1).The position scoring the highest(805)was the director of medical affairs department;that scoring the lowest(263)was the food and beverage service positions of the diet and nutrition department.There was an evident turning point at score 547.Conclusions Functional departments′ position setting of this hospital proves reasonable,and the assessment scoring can reflect the value of the position in related dimensions.The result can be used as reference indexes for the hospital to perfect its human resource management system and improve the remuneration precision.
6.Repeated injection of mitoxantrone containing thermosensitive liposomes in rat induced ABC phenomenon.

To investigate whether accelerated blood clearance (ABC) phenomenon could be induced after repeated injection of mitoxantrone thermosensitive liposomes, LC-MS/MS and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to measure the concentration of mitoxantrone and the anti-polyethylene glycol (PEG) IgM levels in rat plasma, separately. The drug was rapidly cleared away after the second administration. The anti-PEG IgM was detected after the first dose which was neutralized quickly after the second dose. It is proved that repeated administration of mitoxantrone thermosensitive liposomes in rat caused the ABC phenomenon.
7.Prediction and identification of linear B-cell epitopes in major group 3 aller-gen derived from Dermatophagoides farina

Objective To predict and identify the linear B-cell epitopes in the major group 3 allergen derived from Derma-tophagoides farina(Der f 3). Methods The linear B-cell epitopes of Der f 3 allergen were analyzed based on the physicochemi-cal properties of amino acids including antigenicity,surface accessibility,flexibility,hydrophilicity,beta-turn by online bioinfor-matics softwares. The eight predicted peptides of linear B-cell epitopes were artificially synthesized and incubated with three aller-gic serum pools(4 serum samples in each),which were consisted of total 12 serum samples from the allergic individuals,and the strong positive epitopes were selected. Results Eight B-cell epitopes from Der f 3 were predicted successfully. Five of eight B-cell epitopes were identified with strong IgE-binding abilities followed by specific IgE assay. The amino acid sequences of them were following:33KAKAGDCP40, 86HASGGEKIQVAEIYQHENYDSMTID110, 118LKTPMTLDQTNAKPVPLPPQGSDVKVG144, 156QEGSYSLP163 and 199DVANGGVDSCQGDSGGPVVD218. Conclusions Five linear B-cell epitopes of Der f 3 allergen have been identified successfully. This result might provide a basis of the diagnosis and treatment for asthma.

Peking University Third Hospital is one of the first hospitals for experiments in clinical pathway selected by the Ministry of Health,which keeps optimizing the clinical pathway management mechanism and function of information system in its 4-year practice.This article described the combination strategy of clinical pathway management and information system applications,in terms of reasonable design of the management plan,standardized clinical pathway,strengthened execution control and improvement of the quality control.The purpose is to balance the relationship between clinical pathway management norms and user-friendliness of the system,enhance rationality and feasibility,improve efficiency and provide high-quality service to ensure medical safety.
9.Effects of different time points of bortezomib on the pathway of NF-κB in drug-resistant K562 cells

Objective To study the effects of bortezomib on the expression of NF-κB, IκB and P-gp of drug-resistant K562 cells induced by daunorubicin (K562/DNR), to explore the molecular mechanism of drug-resistant reverse. Methods The expression of NF-κB, IκB and P-gp in K562/DNR cells were detected when the cells had been treated with 100 μg/ml DNR only or together with 4 μg/L bortezomib for 12 h, 24 h and 36 h. The apoptosis rates were detected in each group respectively and the activity of NF-κB was detected by ELISA method. Results Compared with the control group, the expressions of NF-κB and P-gp in K562/DNR could be increased and IκB was decreased after being treated with DNR. When K562/DNR were cultured with bortezomib, the expressions of NF-κB and P-gp induced by DNR were significantly suppressed and IκB was increased. The activity of NF-κB were detected in different time points: (15.3±1.87) %[(23.8± 2.27) % in DNR group] at 12 h, (10.2±1.69) % [(25.4±1.98) % in DNR group] at 24 h, (6.08±2.53) % [(26.9±2.58) % in DNR group] at 36 h. There were a significant differences between DNR group and DNR+PS-341group. The apoptosis rates were increased in DNR+PS-341 group at different time points than those in DNRgroup, (35.23±5.15) % [(15.56±4.12) % in DNR group] at 12 h, (40.26±6.89) % [(17.25±2.89) % in DNR group] at 24 h, (43.58±7.69) % [(22.47±4.58) % in DNR group] at 36 h. The effccts showed the character of time-dependent pattern. Conclusion Bortezomib could downregulate the expressions of NF-κB and P-gp in K562/DNR, reverse the drug resistance and up-regulate the apoptotic rates in K562/DNR cells.
10.Impact of excessive fluoride intake on bone tissue oxidative stress

Objective To comprehensively study the oxidative stress of bone tissue in rats with chronic fluorosis treated with anti-oxidant,the oxidative damage of lipid,protein and DNA.Methods Forty Wistar rats weaned 2 weeks were randomized by weight and divided into 4 groups according to body weight,control group (treated with tap water) and 3 NaF (sodium fluoride) exposure groups (treated with NaF at 50,150 and 250 mg/L),5 female rats and 5 male rats in each group.NaF was given through drinking water.After 6 months of treatment,a 12-hour urine samples were collected,then rats were killed,serum was collected,right rear tibiofibula was separated.Bone and urinary fluoride content and incidence rate of dental fluorine were studied and the levels of bone tissue suppression function of hydroxy free radical,superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG),protein carbonyls (PCO),and malonaldehyde (MDA) were assayed.Results ① Results of suppression function of hydroxy free radical:The difference of bone tissue suppression function of hydroxy free radical among control [(22.99 ± 4.31)U/mg prot],low-excess dose [(22.76 ± 8.11)U/mg prot],medium-excess dose [(13.47 ± 4.56)U/mg prot] and high-excess dose [(19.40 ± 5.92)U/mg prot] groups was statistically significant (F =5.01,P <0.05).②Results of SOD:The difference of bone tissue SOD among control [(5.06 ± 1.16)U/mg prot],low-excess dose [(5.32 ± 1.18)U/mg prot],medium-excess dose [(3.71 ± 0.72)U/mg prot] and high-excess dose [(4.80 ± 1.10)U/mg prot] groups was statistically significant (F =4.44,P <0.05).③ Results of CAT:The difference of bone tissue CAT among control [(25.20 ± 5.91)U/mg prot],low-excess dose [(22.53 ± 7.10) U/mg prot],medium-excess dose [(17.96 ± 4.71)U/mg prot] and high-excess dose [(19.52 ± 5.52)U/ mg prot] groups was statistically significant (F =2.85,P <0.05).④Results of GSH-Px:The differences of bone tissue GSH-Px among control [(52.86 ± 12.88)U/mg prot],low-excess dose [(70.05 ± 15.72)U/mg prot],medium-excess dose [(51.55 ± 6.97)U/mg prot] and high-excess dose [(57.47 ± 10.99) U/mg prot] groups was statistically significant (F =4.89,P <0.05).⑤Results of PCO:The differences of bone tissue PCO among control [(58.73 ± 20.86)ng/L],low-excess dose [(89.41 ± 26.20)ng/L],medium-excess dose [(97.07 ± 22.24)ng/L] and highexcess dose [(83.96 ± 29.55)ng/L] groups was statistically significant (F =4.43,P <0.05).⑥Results of 8-OHdG:The differences of bone tissue 8-OHdG among control [(87.66 ± 6.32)ng/L],low-excess dose [(86.31± 6.30)ng/L],medium-excess dose [(92.17 ± 4.28)ng/L] and high-excess dose [(88.02 ± 6.14)ng/L] groups was not statistically significant (F =1.88,P > 0.05).⑦Results of MDA:The differences of bone tissue MDA among control [(3.70 ± 1.73) nmol/mg prot],low-excess dose [(2.10 ± 0.95)nmol/mg prot],medium-excess dose [(3.32± 2.20)nmol/mg prot] and high-excess dose [(2.71 ± 2.18)nmol/mg prot] groups was not statistically significant (F =1.37,P > 0.05).Conclusions The activity of SOD and CAT of bone tissue are inhibited and suppression function of hydroxy free radical is decreasing under fluorosis influence,which results in protein damage.Oxidative stress is considered to be one of the mechanisms of skeletal fluorosis.
