Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;37(7):144-146
Objective To evaluate the clinical value analysis of atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction from January 2012 to October 2013 in the first people's hospital of lianyungang were researched. They were divided randomly into observation and control groups.Observation group had 50 patients, they were treated by using of conventional treatment with atorvastatin therapy.Control group had 50 patients, using conventional therapy. Two groups'Clinical outcomes, inflammatory cytokines and lipids were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the control group and the observation group in the clinical data ;Total efficiency rate in the observation group and the control group was 90.00% and 70.00%,respectly.Total efficiency rate of observation group was higher than the control group, there was a significant difference (u=2.4696,P=0.0135 );before treatment, there was no significant difference of patients in the control group and the observation group in IL-6,hs-CRP,TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C;after treatment,IL-6 of observation group was lower than the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.0001);hs-CRP of observation group was lower than the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.0001);TG,TC,LDL-C of observation group was lower than the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05);HDL-C of observation group was higher than the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical value analysis of atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction is well.It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
4.Construction of the Subtracted cDNA Libraries Related to Artemisinin-resistance of Plasmodium berghei
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(03):-
Objective To construct the subtracted cDNA libraries related to artemisinin-resistance of Plasmodium berghei using suppression subtractive hybridization PCR (SSH PCR). Methods Total RNA was extracted from the artemisinin-sensitive (NS) and artemisinin-resistant (AR) strains of Plasmodium berghei K173. The cDNA synthesis followed the protocol of super SMART cDNA synthesis kit. Taking the NS as driver, AR as tester and reverse, two subtractions were performed by SSH PCR. Enriched different expressed cDNA was cloned into pMD18-T vector to construct subtractive libraries. Results The subtracted cDNA libraries of NS-AR and AR-NS contained 395 and 506 positive clones respectively. The PCR results of 108 clones picked randomly from each library showed 100 and 104 positive inserts contained in the plasmids respectively, and distributing in 250-2 000 bp. Conclusion The successful construction of the subtracted cDNA libraries related to artemisinin-resistance of P. berghei enable us to identify the different expressed genes involved in the resistance mechanism.
5.Comments on the Thickness of Abdominal Acupuncture Needles
Acupuncture Research 2010;0(03):-
In the present paper, the authors make a summary about the development of acupuncture needles in Chinese ancient times recorded in the literature, and have a discussion on the effect of the thickness of acupuncture needles on clinical the-rapeutic efficacy in accordance with modern medical theories, the development of its clinical application and by combining their own experience in acupuncture practice. They conclude that the thickness of the abdominal needle is a negligible factor influencing the therapeutic efficacy of the reinforcing-reducing manipulations. In the treatment of deficiency pattern disorders,a thinner acupuncture needle is suitable, while for excess syndrome,a thicker acupuncture needle is recommended. In the light of the patient's constitution and different state of clinical conditions,a flexible application of the acupuncture needle with different diameters is highly recommended in clinical practice. In this way,the clinical therapeutic effect would be improved much.
6.Shining Personalities of Truth,Goodness, and Beauty of the Respected Dr.WU Meng-chao——On the Humanistic Spirit of Academician WU Meng-chao(Part Ⅰ)

The truth, goodness and beauty is the supreme ideality of all knowledge, the ultimate orientation of all human behaviors, and these shining characters can also be summed as the humanistic spirit of Academician WU Meng-chao.This thesis discussed Professor WU′s pursuit for the truth, the goodness and the beauty respectively, with adequate and typical examples. His pursuit and commitment also indicate the beauty of a Chinese intellectual.
7.Hoffman's virtual guilt theory: the progress of guilt study in psychological field
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(40):180-182
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the progress of the study on guilt in psychology and to evaluate its theoretical implications.DATA SOURCE: Search on computer for the related literature on Hoffman and guilt, empathy moral published from January 1980 to December 2003 using psychological database, the key words being "Hoffman, guilt, empathy, moral" restricting the language of the articles to English.STUDY SELECTION: Among the retrieved articles, choose Hoffman's works and articles, and articles by other psychologists whose works touch on articles on Hoffman guilt or virtual guilt study and exclude articles about repeated research.DATA EXTRACTION: Mter refining the selected articles focusing on guilt and virtual guilt, 9 works and articles on Hoffman's study on virtual guilt were gathered.DATA SYNTHESIS: The 9 works include 1 general statement and 8 treatises of which I treatise explains the implication and categorization of virtual guilt, 1 general statement and 3 treatises explain the mechanics that result in virtual guilt, 5 treatises analyze factors that affect virtual guilt, and 1 treatise evaluates the Hoffman's works, theoretical significance.CONCLUSION: Hoffman's theory believes that virtual guilt is that people self-incriminate due to the guilt they feel as if they committed wrongdoing or indirectly hurt others although they in fact have not done anything hurtful or their deeds have not violated publicly held social moral disciplines. Virtual guilt is divided into four categories: relationship guilt, responsibility guilt, developmental guilt and survivor guilt. He also believes that virtual guilt is produced through the combination of empathetic grief and cognitive ascription, mainly affected by previous experience, empathyrelated capacity, level of morality and degree of relationship. Hoffman's study of virtual guilt not only expands the field of guilt study and enriches the content of guilt study but also reveals from a new angle the self-adaptive and self-educational role that moral sentiments play in individual moral development.
8.Research advance of posterior ischemic optic neuropathy
International Eye Science 2017;17(9):1682-1684
Posterior ischemic optic neuropathy is a kind of ischemic optic neuropathy, the incidence rate of which is lower with less obviously clinical features, less positive signs and more difficultly diagnosis when compared with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.Meanwhile, therapeutic method of posterior ischemic optic neuropathy has remained controversial. This article will summarize the research development of the auxiliary examination, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and therapeutic method of posterior ischemic optic neuropathy.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the effects of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) on the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1?(HIF-1?) and its target gene glucose transpoter-1(GLUT-1)in human monocyte lines THP-1. Methods THP-1 cells were stimulated with 1 ?g/mL LPS for 0,2,4,6 or 8 h.The expression of HIF-1? protein of THP-1 cells was detected by Western blotting, and RT-PCR was employed to detect the expression of HIF-1? mRNA and GLUT-1 mRNA.THP-1 cells were exposed to different concentrations of LPS(0,0.01,0.1 and 1 ?g/mL) for 6 h,and the expression of HIF-1? protein of THP-1 cells was detected by Western blotting. Results The expression of HIF-1? protein of THP-1 cells began to increase 2 h after being treated with 1?g/mL LPS,significantly increased after exposure for 4 h(P
