0.05).Conclusions This study shows that in severe acute biliary pancreatitis patiens with biliary tract obstruction, emergency endoscopic therapy should be performed within 48 hours from the onset of symptoms; patients with mild acute biliary pancreatitis shoud also undergo prompt endoscopic therapy after ineffective conservative management or appearance of symptoms of acute biliary tract infection.
2.Research advance of posterior ischemic optic neuropathy

Posterior ischemic optic neuropathy is a kind of ischemic optic neuropathy, the incidence rate of which is lower with less obviously clinical features, less positive signs and more difficultly diagnosis when compared with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.Meanwhile, therapeutic method of posterior ischemic optic neuropathy has remained controversial.This article will summarize the research development of the auxiliary examination, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and therapeutic method of posterior ischemic optic neuropathy.
4.Effect of acyl coenzyme A:cholesteryl acyltransferase 1 antisense oligonucleotides on the formation of foam cells

AIM:To study the effect of acyl coenzyme A:cholesteryl acyltransferase 1(ACAT1)antisense oligonucleotides on the formation of foam cells(FC).METHODS:THP-1 cells were cultured and differentiated into macrophages(MP)by phorbol myristate acetate(PMA).Over-expressing ACAT1 gene THP-1 cells were constructed.The ACAT1 antisense and missense oligonucleotides conducted by LipofectamineTM 2000 were incubated with above cells.Ac-LDL was added 6 h later and incubated for 24 h.The expression of ACAT1 protein was detected by Western blotting.The ACAT activity was measured by quantifying the incorporation of 1-14C oleoyl CoA into cholesteryl esters.The formation of foam cells was detected by oil red O staining.RESULTS:The ACAT1 antisense oligonucleotides inhibited the activity of ACAT in macrophages and over-expressing ACAT1 gene THP-1 cells.It also inhibited the formation of foam cell in macrophages and over-expressing ACAT1 gene THP-1 cells with lipid loading.The missense oligonucleotides did not show the inhibitory effects.CONCLUSION:The ACAT1 antisense oligonucleotides inhibit the activity of ACAT and the formation of foam cells.

Background Although great advances have been made in prevention and treatment of CVD through drug therapies and other procedures,diet and lifestyle modification remain the foundamental aspects in clinical inter vention for prevention and treatment of hypertension.Objective The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of variour dietary patterns on traditional cardiovascular risk factors in essential hypertensives in Beijing area. 8.Skin prick test of inhalative allergens for patients with allergic rhinitis in Yichang.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis in Yichang, so that to find common allergens of Yichang and to provide statistic basis for a reasonable prevention and treatment to allergic rhinitis.
METHOD:
1,979 patients with allergic rhinitis in Yichang were detected for allergens by skin prick test and the distribution of positive rates to inhaled allergens was compared between different genders and ages.
RESULT:
1,545 (78.1%) of 1,979 suspected allergic rhinitis patients presented positive reaction. The positive rate in male was significantly higher than in female, and that in juvenile group was significantly higher than in adults. Among positive cases in inhalation group, the most common allergen was flour mite (80.4%), followed by house dust mite (64.9%), cockroach (13.3%) and artemisia pollen (8.2%).
CONCLUSION
The study shows that the flour mite and house dust mite are the most common inhaled allergens causing allergic rhinitis in Yichang. We should pay more attention to the prevention and treatment for the juvenile patients.

9.Analysis the epidemiological features of 3,258 patients with allergic rhinitis in Yichang City.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the epidemiological features in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) in Yichang city, and put forward effective prevention and control measures.
METHOD:
Collecting the data of allergic rhinitis in city proper from 2010 to 2013, input the data into the database and used statistical analysis.
RESULT:
In recent years, the AR patients in this area increased year by year. The spring and the winter were the peak season of onset. The patients was constituted by young men. There was statistically significant difference between the age, the area,and the gender (P < 0.01). The history of allergy and the diseases related to the gender composition had statistical significance difference (P < 0.05). The allergens and the positive degree in gender, age structure had statistically significant difference (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
Need to conduct the healthy propaganda and education, optimizing the environment, change the bad habits, timely medical treatment, standard treatment.

10.Screening of Active Fractions from Huanglian Jiedu Decoction against Primary Neuron Injury after Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation.

OBJECTIVETo observe the protective effect of active fractions of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction (HJD) on primary cortical neuron injury after oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD)/reperfusion (R) injury. Methods Using macroporous resin method, HJDFE30, HJDFE50, HJDFE75, and HJDFE95 with 30%, 50%, 75%, and 95% alcohol were respectively prepared. Then the content of active components in different HJD fractions was determined with reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The OGD/R injury model was induced by sodium dithionite on primary cortical neurons in neonate rats. MTT assay was used to observe the effect of four fractions (HJDFE30, HJDFE50, HJDFE75, and HJDFE95) and seven index components of HJD on the neuron viability.
RESULTSRP-HPLC showed active component(s) contained in HJDFE30 was geniposide; baicalin, palmatine, berberine, and wogonside contained in HJDFE50; baicalin, berberine, baicalein, and wogonin contained in HJDFE75. The neuron viability was decreased after OGD for 20 min and reperfusion for 1 h, (P <0. 01), and significantly increased after administered with HJD, HJDFE30, HJDFE50, and HJDFE75 (P <0. 05, P <0. 01). Geniposide, baicalin, baicalein, palmatine, wogonside, and wogonin could increase the cortical neuron viability (P <0. 05, P <0. 01).
CONCLUSIONSHJDFE30, HJDFE50, and HJDFE75, as active fractions of HJD, had protective effect on primary cortical neuron injury after OGD/R. Furthermore, geniposide, baicalin, and baicalein were main active components of HJD.
