Objective To evaluate the value of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) in transthoracic minimally invasive device closure of ventricular septal defect(VSD).Methods A total of 164 cases of VSD were recruited as candidates to receive transthoracic minimally invasive device closure between January 2007 and October 2010,including 138 perimembranous VSDs,3 muscular VSDs and 23 supracristal VSDs.Among these groups,85 male patients were included.Four-champer view,five-champer view, left ventricular long-axis view,short-axis view and right ventricular inflow view were detected to evaluate the availability of device closure. Results A total of 152 cases(92.7%)were successfully closed with a device. All the patients were followed up more than 3 months arranged with a standard protocol. No complete atrioventricular block (CAVB) or associated valvular complications were observed.Three of the five cases with traced residual shunt after device closure closed spontaneously. Conclusion TEE plays an important role in transthoracic minimally invasive device closure of ventricular septal defect, which has been proved by the good follow-up results without CAVB and associated valvular complications.
3.Interpretation of clinical research guidelines for new drugs of Chinese traditional medicine on influenza treatment
The Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology 2017;33(14):1382-1384
Influenza (hereinafter referred to as "flu") guidelines is spe cifically defined to guide the clinical research for new drug of traditional Chinese medicine and the technical standards that the manager, applicant and researcher shall abide by.This article discusses the revision status of flue guidelines for a better understanding and aims to play a guiding role in the research for the new drug development of traditional Chinese medicine.

To study the characteristics and stability of new S(-) pantoprazole sodium hydrates. The X-ray single crystal diffractometer (SXRD), X-ray powder diffractometer (PXRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and infrared spectrometry (IR) were used to characterize S(-) pantoprazole sodium hydrates. The stability of the hydrates was evaluated by high temperature test, affecting factors test and accelerated test. The crystalline water in S(-) pantoprazole sodium hydrates were very easy to lose and obtain, but crystal structure was not changed significantly. The transition from S(-) pantoprazole sodium trihydrate to S(-) pantoprazole sodium hemipentahydrate occurred at approximately 40 ℃ and reversible transitions from hemipentahydrate to trihydrate occurred at high humidity. Two hydrates had no significant difference in accelerated test. The crystal structure of the two hydrates are almost the same, hemipentahydrate is more stable than trihydrates at high temperature or at exposure to light(at 4500 ± 500 lx).
