Objective To explore MSCT appearances of lung lacerating injury. Methods The MSCT findings of lung lacerating injury in 31 patients were analyzed retrospective. Results The lung lacerating injury of the 31 cases with 67 lesions in total was found,18 of whom were located on the back side of lung near the pleura,11 of whom had solitary lesion and 20 of whom had multiple ones. The MSCT findings included lung cavity in 9 eases, liquid airbag cavity in 1 7 and lung hematoma in 5 .The pulmonary contusion with different degrees was found in all 3 1 cases.Dynamic observation showed the cavities and hematoma could be transformed into each other. Conclusion MSCT is the best method for diagnosis and observation of lung lacerating injury and helpful for the guide of clinical treatment.

Objective To explore the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of congenital cardiopathy. Methods 64-slice spiral CT angiographic date of 20 cases with congenital cardiopathy were analyzed retrospectively in comparison with the ECG and surgical results. Results 4 cases of atrial septal defect,6 cases of ventricular septal defect,7 cases of tetralogy of Fallots,2 cases of patent ductus arteriosus,1 case of right cardiac ventricle double exit in company with ventricular septal defect,1 case of coarctation of aorta and 1 case of interruption of aortic arch were showed by 64-slice spiral CT angiography.Six cases were showed having abnormal coronary artery.Pulmonary arteries of 7 cases were showed straitness in some extent. One atrial septal defect(3 mm) and one ventricular septal defect(2 mm) were missed. The accuracy of diagnosis is 90.00%.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT heart angiography is an important examination in diagnosing congenital cardiopathy.

Objective To compare echocardiographic parameters of left ventricular function in mice under anaesthesia with those in conscious condition. Methods Forty mice were randomized to anesthetic group and nonanesthetic group, all mice were examined in conscious state at baseline, then anesthetic group had intraperitoneal injection of ketamine and xylazine, the non-anesthetic group received intraperitoneal injection of the same volume of saline.Echocardiography was performed every 10min and every 15min after 30min time point until 60min.ResultsAnesthetic agent strikingly brought down heart function of mice. The nadir of heart rate, fractional shortening(FS),cardiac output(CO) occurred during 10-20min period and could not be restored to normal value at baseline even after 60min.Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD) increased to maximum at 20min point, then decreased to value at baseline until 60min.LVEDD could be restored to baseline value while LVESD remained larger than baseline at 60min.Coefficient of variation of echocardiographic measurement in non-anesthetic group was smaller than those in anethetic group.FS and heart rate of all mice were highly corrrelated by regression analysis(r=(0.884),P
