Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanisms of inositol hexaphosphate(IP6)on cell cycle of HT-29 human colon carcinoma cell line. Method: HT-29 cells were exposed to various concentrations of IP6 for certain time. The effect of IP6 on cells proliferation was evaluated by MTT assay. Flow cytometric analysis was performed for cell cycle progression. Immunocytochemical stain was used to detect the expression of p53 and p21 protein. Results: A significant dose-dependent as well as time-dependent growth inhibition was observed in IP6-treated HT-29 cells, and associated with an increase in G1 arrest; Different concentrations of IP6 decreased the abnormal expressions of p53 gene and strongly increased the expression of p21. Conclusions: IP6 had an inhibitory effect on proliferation of HT-29 cells .and its mechanisms might be related to many factors, such as inhibiting the abnormal expression of p53 gene, inducing the expression of cell cycle inhibitor p21 which block the cell cycle.

Objective To investigate the effects of leuprolide acetate microspheres (Evan Bayh) in the treatment of adenomyosis with infertility by IVF-ET.Methods From January 2012 to May 2016 ,122 cases of adenomyosis combined with infertility were selected in the reproductive medicine center of the hospital as the research subjects ,all the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 61 patients in each group according to the order of admission ,the experimental group was received injection of Evan Bayh ,the control group was given injection of triptorelin acetate treatment ,and then all patients were given the in IVF-ET treatment ,investigation and prognosis. Results The dosage of gonadotropins(Gn) in the experimental group was less than that in the control group ,and the use time of Gn was lower than that of the control group ,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The lutein-izing hormone(LH) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) injection time ,while the estradiol(E2) ,progesterone(P) and endometri-um thickness were significantly lower than those of the control group (P< 0.05).The number of retrieved eggs and the number of transplantable embryos in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05) ,the rate of cycle cancellation was higher than that of control group (P<0.05) ,and there was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate compared between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Evan Bayh in adenomyosis combined with infertility patients in the treatment of IVF-ET can re-duce the dose of Gn and the use of time ,promote normal hormone secretion ,improve the patient's oocyte num-ber ,the number of embryos ,reduce the cycle cancellation rate ,and has good application value.

Objective:To test the reliability and validity of a multi-dimensional, quantitative video evaluation system (the Multi-dimensional system) for evaluating hand dysfunction among stroke survivors so as to provide an objective basis for its clinical application. Methods:Sixty stroke survivors with single dysfunctional hand were evaluated using the Multi-dimensional system and also using the Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Assessment (FMA-UE) and the Action Research Arm Test (ARAT) and in terms of their active range of hand motion (AROM-H). The Multi-dimensional system′s internal consistency, composite reliability, split-half reliability, parallel-forms reliability as well as intra- and inter-observer reliability were quantified. Its validity was tested in terms of content validity, structural validity, convergent validity and criterion validity. Results:The system′s Cronbach′s α was determined to be 0.86. Its one-dimension composite reliability was 0.939, its split-half reliability coefficient was 0.88 and its parallel-forms reliability was 0.922. The inter-evaluator reliability was between 0.965 and 0.998 [95%CI= (0.919, 0.999)], and the single evaluator ICC value was 0.973 to 0.998 [95%CI= (0.937, 0.999)]. The validity test produced a content validity index of 1, and the Pearson correlation coefficients between each sub-item and the total score were all greater than 0.60. The KMO value for structural validity was 0.882, and there was a common factor in the component matrix which reflected 60.9% of the information in the original variables. The system′s convergent validity AVE was 0.609 with Pearson correlation coefficients between the multidimensional system and the FMA-UE and ARAT both > 0.70.Conclusion:The multi-dimensional quantitative video evaluation system has good reliability and validity in the evaluation of stroke survivors with hand dysfunction.

Objective To analyze the effects of different supplements on anemia related indexes in rural children. Methods A stratified method was adopted, and six villages (towns) in and around Qinghai Province were selected as intervention sits for the present study. A total of 304 children from 2 to 6 years old at each intervention site meeting the inclusion criteria were screened and divided into three groups (A, B, and C), who were intervened for 3 months. Serum vitamin A, vitamin D and hemoglobin levels were measured before and after the intervention. Results The hemoglobin level of 304 children before intervention was (118.65±16.07) g /L, and the prevalence of anemia was 9.54%. The vitamin A value, vitamin D value and hemoglobin value were increased after three months of the intervention. The changes of vitamin A value, vitamin D value and hemoglobin value in rural children in group C were significantly higher than those in groups A and B. The increase in vitamin A value in rural children aged 3 years was significantly higher than that in other age groups, and the increase in hemoglobin in rural children of 1 year old was significantly higher than that in other age groups. The increase in vitamin A value of rural children of other ethnic groups (mainly Tibetans) was significantly higher than that of Han and Hui nationalities, and the increase of hemoglobin value in Hui rural children was significantly higher than that in Han and other ethnic groups. Conclusion Vitamin A combined with iron dextran tablets was effective in preventing anemia in rural children.

The facultative anaerobic and strict anaerobic microorganisms enriched and acclimated during the anaerobic digestion process are crucial for the efficiency of the anaerobic digestion system. Most of the problems encountered during running anaerobic digestion processes could be effectively improved via stimulation of microbial metabolic activity. Benefited from the rapid development of microbiome techniques, deeper insights into the microbial diversity in anaerobic digestion systems, e.g. the microbe-microbe interactions and microbe-environment interactions, have been gained. A complex and intricate metabolic network exists in the anaerobic digestion system of solid organic wastes. However, little is known about these interactions and the underlying mechanisms. This review briefly summarized the representative interactions between microbial communities during anaerobic digestion process discovered to date. In addition, typical issues encountered during the anaerobic digestion of solid organic wastes and how microbes can tackle and alleviate these issues were discussed. Finally, future priorities on microbiome research were proposed based on present contribution of microbiome analysis in anaerobic digestion system.
