146 patients with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the nasal cavity were treated by: radiotherapy only (76 patients) and chemotherapy plus radiotherapy (70 patients). The overall 5- and 10-year survivals were 58.2% and 50.7%. Those with tumor extending into the neighboring organs or tissues gave a 5- year suivival of 30.3%.
