1.A Study on Micronuclei and DNA Damage of Bone Marrow Cells of Mice Induced by Holmium Ions of Rare Earths
Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the genotoxicity of heavy rare-earth holmium to bone-marrow cells of mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups and were given holmium-trioxide-HCl by gavage at several doses of 0,10,20,40,80 and 160 mg/kg bw respectively one time a day for two days;other Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups and holmium nitrate was given i.p.at doses of 10,40 and 80 mg/kg bw respectively one time a day for two days.24 hours after the last treatment, the bone-marrow cells of thighbone were collected for micronuclei analysis and single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE).Results Frequencies of micronuclei were increased by the 2 kinds of holmium solutions at the dosage from 10 to 80 mg/kg bw with a dose-effect relationship, but at the dose of 160 mg/kg bw,it was lower than the negative control. In SCGE,the average tail length increased significantly (P

3.Relationship between genetic polymorphism of dopamine receptor and schizophrenia and its forensic significance.
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;30(3):202-206
Schizophrenia is a common but complex mental disorder affected by multiple factors. Forensic psychiatric assessment of schizophrenia involves evaluations on many aspects, but there is no effective biological identification index for schizophrenia. Researches indicate that dysfunction of dopaminergic neurotransmission plays an important role in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia. Our study reviews the classification, genetic structure of dopamine receptors and the recent pertinent studies between the dopamine receptors and schizophrenia and its forensic significance.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Objective: To prepare the calcitonin oral microparticle. Methods: The oral delivery system of salmon calcitonin was made using diketopiperazine microparticles as carrier by the method of sole solifification. The parameters including the shape of microparticle, dissolving in vitro , the effect of reducing bleed calcium and bioavailability etc . were observed. Results: The diameter of the microparticles was 1 3 ?m, and the drug concentration was 0.42%. The rate of encapsulating was 91.1%. The drug did not release within 2 h in artificial gastric fluid and completely released in artificial intestinal fluid within 6 h. The microparticles had obvious effect of reducing bleed calcium 3 h after it was taken, the effect lasted for 12 h. Conclusion: The microparticles of salmon calcitonin release slowly and have better effects of reducing bleed calcium by oral delivery system.

Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics and antimicrobial resistance of carbapenem-resistantAcinetobacter baumannii (CRAB),and to guide effective clinical prevention and rational antimicrobial use. Methods Data about clinically isolated CRAB between January 2009 and December 2013 were analyzed retrospec-tively,distribution and antimicrobial resistance were analyzed by WHONET 5.5 software. Results A total of 888 Acinetobacter baumannii strains were isolated,421 of which were CRAB,the isolation rate was 47.4%,the isola-tion rates in 2011 ,2012 and 2013 were all about 50.0%;CRAB strains were mainly isolated from sputum (73.4%) and mostly distributed in intensive care unit (ICU)(61 .3%),followed by neurosurgery department (12.4% ). CRAB presented highly antimicrobial resistance.Except cefotaxime and cefatriaxone, resistant rates of CRAB to the other detected antimicrobial agents(ceftazidime,cefepime,cefoperazone/sulbactam,aztreonam,imipenem,amika-cin,gentamycin,minocycline,chloramphenicol,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,and compound sulfamethoxazole)were all higher than non-CRAB isolates(all P ≤0.01),Compared with non-CRAB isolates,The resistant rate of CRAB to cefoperazone/sulbactam was the lowest(<15%),followed by minocycline, resistant rates to other antimicrobial agents were all >80.0%.Conclusion Surveillance of CRAB should be further strengthened. It is necessary to fo-cus on the control and prevention of healthcare-associated infection in ICU patients and respiratory system.
7.Influence of Carbon Monoxide on the Content of Atrial Natriuretic Peptide in Ventricular Tissues of Rats
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the influence of carbon monoxide(CO) on the content of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) in ventricular tissues of rats. Methods The left and right ventricular tissues of 12 Wistar rats were divided into control group(n=12) and hemin group(n=12,the final concentration of hemin was 10~(-4) mol/L),respectively.The ventricular tissues were successly incubated in(37 ℃) thermostatic waterbath with Krebs solution as supernatant for 4 hours. After incubation of the ventricular tissues,radio-immunity method was applied to determine the content of ANP in the supernatant. Results Compared with the content of ANP in the supernatant in control group,it was significantly decreased both in left [(9.72?3.59) vs(52.05?31.65) ng/(g?wet tissue),P

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the screening state and cause of neonatal congenital hypothyroidism(CH) in Henan province.Me-thods Three hundred and thirty-eight thousands no-choice newborns in the 156 hospitals in Henan province from Jan.1998 to Dec.2004 were received screening. The heel peripheral blood samples were taken and the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH) were mea-sured by time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay.Positive newborns were recalled and draw out 2 mL venous blood. The levels of TSH,triiodothyronine(T3) and thyroxine(T4) in serum were detected by direct chemiluminescence. The abnormal criterion was that the level of T3,T4 was under the normal range and the level of TSH was above the normal range.Meanwhile their growth and development, intelligence quotient, related medical examination and family histories were investigated in order to find etiological factors and high risk factors. Results The average coverage rate was 5.93% of neonatal screening for CH in Henan province. One hundrend and nine infants were diagnosed CH.The attack rate was about 0.032%.The site and growth of thyroideas of 109 cases with CH were all normal. There were higher morbidity for pregnant women with unhealthy condition or the families with hypertension, diabetes, deformity or dysnoesia. Conclusions Etiology of newborns with CH in Henan province may be not relate with congenital absence and dystopia of thyroidea, but relate with dyssynthesis and receptor deficiency of hormone. And scientific reference is offered for the further study.

CDISC standard has become a set of global data standards that can be used in clinical study, covering the full life cycle of clinical researches. After nearly 20 years of development and continuous version upgrades, CDISC standard can improve the quality and efficiency of clinical research and drug review, and to facilitate all stakeholders involved in researches to exchange the study data and communicate the outcomes. CDISC standard has been or is to be adopted as standard format in data submission by multiple regulatory authorities, and more widely implemented by the global pharmaceutical community. CDISC standard is gradually adopted in China. The feasibility and roadmap of CDISC standard as the Chinese data submission format requirements are undergoing exploration and piloting further.
