Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
Objective: To study the morphologic differences and nutritional components of the natural and broken Masson pine pollen. Methods: Pure pollen was collected from Masson pine (Pinus Massoniana Lamb) and the dry pollen was broken by high speed low temperature air flow technique. Their morphologic changes were observed under scan electronic microscopy. The nutritional components of pollen were analyzed. Results: The pollen particle consists of two air bags and one main part, like a mushroom cap. The main morphologic change of broken pollen was that the air bags were separated from pollen particles, and the main part of pollen particles became enriched. The physical characteristics of pollen were changed in container and its fluidity was lost. The broken pollen had very strong adhesiveness. So it could not fly like natural pollen. In broken pollen, the rough fiber, cellulose and semi cellulose contents decreased significantly. Total energy, total lipid, and starch contents increased remarkably. The water soluble and fat soluble components also increased greatly. The total amino acids content of broken pollen was higher than natural pollen except Cys, Arg and Met, and free amino acids were also higher except Cys, Gly and Met. In broken pollen, the amount of lipids extracted by ether increased sharply, nearly 7 times more than natural pollen. Conclusion: It is considered that some nutritional components of natural pollen can be released after broken. Because most of the lipids in pollen are easily oxidized, broken pollen can not be stored for long time.
2.Determination of Tetrahydropalmatione in FuLe Granules by HPLC
Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(02):-
Objective To establish a method for the determination of tetrah yd ropalmatione in FuLe granules. Methods A HPLC method was used with DiamonsilTM C 18(250? 4.6 mn, 5 ? m) column and a mobile phase of methanol- 0.1 % phospho ric acid solution (adjusted the pH to 6.0 with triethylamine)(60 ∶ 40). Flow ra te was 1.0 mL/min, column tem perature 35 ℃ , the detection wavelength at 280nm and sample loop volume bei ng 20 ? L. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.102 ~ 1.632 ? g of tetrahydropalmatione, the average recovery was 98.78 % (RSD=2 .75 % ).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the q uality control of Fule granules.
3.Injunctions in Chronic Disease Patients and Coping Methods
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;(10):982-984
Injunction is a conception of transactional analysis. It is an injunctive message delivered from parent to children. Injunction is important for development of personality. We suppose that a person who received more injunctions may tend to have more psychological problems. If chronic disease patients have some injunctions, they may show some psychological characteristics which are not conductive for rehabilitation. This article analyzed the injunctions in chronic disease patients and some coping methods were also dicussed.

Objective To approach effect of Yiqihuoxue decoction on remnant stomach paralysis syndrome after subtotal gastrectomy. Methods A total of 44 patient of remnant stomach paralysis syndrome were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, with 22 patients in each group. The control group was treated with TPN parenteral alimentation. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Yiqihuoxue decoction and mental intervention. The clinical effects were observed in both groups after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 54.55% and 100% in the control group and the treatment group respectively, showing statistic difference(P=0.00625 <0.01).Conclusion It was effective to treat remnant stomach paralysis syndrome with Yiqihuoxue decoction, TPN parenteral nutrition and mental intervention.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;35(9):13-15
ObjectiveTo compare and evaluate the effectiveness of Airtraq laryngoscope combined with a Bougie and Airtraq laryngoscope alone for tracheal intubation in simulated difficult airway. Methods Four anesthetists and 4 clinical physicians of standardized training were enrolled in the study. The participants intubated the trachea of the ALS simulator manikin in 5 tongue edema scenarios simulating modified Cormack-Lehane grade 1,2a,2b,3,and 4 views and 1 cervical immobilization scenario. Results No significant difference in the rate of successful intubation was detected between two techniques(P> 0.05 ).In Cormack-Lehane grade 1,2a views, the duration of successful intubation in Airtraq laryngoscope alone [ ( 14.3 ± 1.3),( 17.1 ± 2.9) s] was shorter than that in Airtraq laryngoscope combined with a Bougie [ (26.6 ± 3.8),(36.4 ± 3.6) s ] with significant difference (P < 0.01 ).Cormack-Lehane grade 2b,3,4 views, the duration of successful intubation in Airtraq laryngoscope alone[ (74.5 ± 6.5 ),(116.3 ± 9.8),(53.0 ± 6.1 )s] was longer than that in Airtraq laryngoscope combined with a Bougie [ (35.4 ± 4.3 ),(52.3 ± 5.0),(40.4 ± 3.8 ) s ] with significant difference (P < 0.05).ConclusionAirtraq laryngoscope combined with a Bougie can be quickly intubated in simulated difficult airway compared with Airtraq laryngoscope alone.

Clinical Medicine of China 2012;28(9):973-975
ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effect of encircling constriction of superficial femoral vein in the treatment of primary deep venous insuficiency(PDVI).MethodsFrom Jan.2004 to Jun.2011,187 patients( 196 lower extremities)with primary deep venous insufficiency were treated with encircling constriction of venous wall at the first pair of superficial femoral venous valve pulse superficial varicose stripping. Results The 183 limbs in 176 patients were followed-up from 7 months to 8 years, with a mean period for 63.5 months.Ninety-four point one percent of the patients were followed up (176/187).Clinical symptomatic improvement achieved in 87.4% ( 160/183 ) of the lower extremities. There was 2.2% ( 4/183 ) of recurrence of the varicose vein,9.3% ( 17/183 ) of light edema,8% ( 2/25 ) of recurrence of ulcer.ConclusionEncircling constriction of superficial femoral vein is an effective method in the treatment of primary deep venous valve insufficiency.
