1.Analysis of depression by TCM
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Based on analysis of the relationship between depression and seven emotions, etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of depression, the relationship between depression and stagnation of liver qi,it showed that depression had highly correlation with sorrow, grief. The etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of depression included body factor, exogenous pathogen, associated diseases, social psychic factor, etc. The essence of primary depression, endogenous depression and depressive emotion with dysthymia was deficient, and yang-deficinecy was the key pathologic basis.Exogenous evil was an indirect cause of depression.Because depressive emotion had connection with stagnation of liver qi at some extent,it should distinguish depression from stagnation of liver qi.
2.Ego State Analysis in Stroke Rehabilitation
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;(2):184-187
Because the rehabilitation process is too long and its effect is non-significant, stroke patients are prone to showing over-reliance on their families, being unconfident in their abilities, and they usually miscommunicate with medical staff, in fact, the reason why they have these problems is that they didn't manifest appropriate ego states, so they couldn't communicate with families and medical staff healthily, which is extremely unfavorable for stroke rehabilitation. So-called ego state is individual mentality and corresponding behavior patterns. This paper used ego state concept in transactional analysis theory to describe the change of stroke patients' ego states, and analyze the communication patterns among patients, medical staffs and families, in order to assist patients to be aware of their own ego states, and present them properly, develop healthy communication, and promote the rehabilitation of the disease in the end.
3.Injunctions in Chronic Disease Patients and Coping Methods
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;(10):982-984
Injunction is a conception of transactional analysis. It is an injunctive message delivered from parent to children. Injunction is important for development of personality. We suppose that a person who received more injunctions may tend to have more psychological problems. If chronic disease patients have some injunctions, they may show some psychological characteristics which are not conductive for rehabilitation. This article analyzed the injunctions in chronic disease patients and some coping methods were also dicussed.

Due to the influence of potential psychological trauma, athletes in the competition may repetitively suffer poor performances, such as losing his usual form, slump, choking, and so on. These under-performing problems actually are symptoms of sports post-traumatic stress disorder (SPTSD). SPTSD refers to the pathological physical and mental after-effects of a trauma previously suffered by the athlete on that athlete's subsequent performances. This is a very common physical and emotional problem in athletics that impairs athletes' performance, affecting their competition results. By peak performance eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, therapists can deal with this problem effectively and help athletes eliminate symptoms of sports post-traumatic stress disorder, improving the competition performance.
6.Anatomical basis and clinical application of "two points" acupotomology surgery program in treating cubital tunnel syndrome.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(9):911-913
OBJECTIVETo explore an effective acupotomology surgery program in treating cubital tunnel syndrome.
METHODSAccording to pathogenic factors and elbow anatomy, a "two points" acupotomology surgery program was designed, which could loose the attachment point of arcuate ligament on medial border of olecroanon and medial epicondyle of humerus. Twenty-one cases of cubital tunnel syndrome were treated with acupotmology, then the efficacy was obsered.
RESULTSAfter one year postoperative visit, 21 patients with ulnar nerve area skin numbness were cured, claw hand deformity and medial hand muscle atrophy recovered significantly. Results of function evaluation were excellent in 17 cases, good in 2 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 0 cases, the good rate was 90.5%.
CONCLUSIONThe acupotomology surgery program which could cut the starting and ending points of osborne's ligament and solve the problem of ulnar nerve entrapment is an easy, little-traumatic and effective minimally invasive surgery which also conforms to the anatomical structure.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Objective: To prepare the calcitonin oral microparticle. Methods: The oral delivery system of salmon calcitonin was made using diketopiperazine microparticles as carrier by the method of sole solifification. The parameters including the shape of microparticle, dissolving in vitro , the effect of reducing bleed calcium and bioavailability etc . were observed. Results: The diameter of the microparticles was 1 3 ?m, and the drug concentration was 0.42%. The rate of encapsulating was 91.1%. The drug did not release within 2 h in artificial gastric fluid and completely released in artificial intestinal fluid within 6 h. The microparticles had obvious effect of reducing bleed calcium 3 h after it was taken, the effect lasted for 12 h. Conclusion: The microparticles of salmon calcitonin release slowly and have better effects of reducing bleed calcium by oral delivery system.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 1992;0(04):-
Objective To identify the radiation effect on different kinds of neurogliocytes in the hippocampus of rat brain and its dose, time relationship. Methods The brain sections were immunohistochemically stained separately with glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), 2'3'-cyclic nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase (CNPase) and CD11b(OX-42), to label the astrocytes, oligodendrocytes and microglial cells respectively. The number of GFAP, CNPase, and OX-42 positive cells in hippocampus were recorded and the data were analyzed by the Student's t test. Results By comparison with the unirradiated hemibrain, the relative number of GFAP and OX-42 positive cells increased in the hippocampus and the CNPase positive cells decreased in the irradiat hemibrain. The degree of change was both dose and time related and it was most significant at three months after 30?Gy irradiation. Conclusions The quantitative variation of different neurogliocytes in the hippocampus suggests that in addition to the decreasing traditional oligodendrocyte lineage, other increasing phenotypes, such as the astrocytes and microglial cells, as well as cellular interactions may also be involved in the pathogenetic process of brain radiation injury in the early stage.
