OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of andrographlide and dehydroandrographolide in Ganmaoqing tablet. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Thermo BDS C18 with mobile phase of mathanol-water at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 225 nm for andrographlide and 254 nm for dehydroandrographolide,col-umn temperature was 30 ℃,and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 2.25-45.00 μg/ml for andrographlide (r=0.9998) and 1.00-20.00 μg/ml for dehydroandrographolid(r=0.9990);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were no more than 0.8%;average recoveries were 96.96%-99.80%(n=9) and 96.79%-100.65%(n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of andrographlide and dehydroandrographolide in Ganmaoqing tablet.

To develop simple, rapid, and efficacious diagnostic methods for malaria is one of the remaining key tasks for malaria control. Previously, we have created a phage-displayed antibody library against Plasmodium falciparum. Six clones of antibody with good reactivity to HRP-II in ELISA were isolated from the library after 3 rounds of enrichment. Soluble ScFvs were produced and the characteristics were determined. The results of Western blot showed that they could bind to HRP-II specifically and had a relative molecular mass(Mr) about 31 000. The work provided a solid fund for diagnostic kit development for malaria.

OBJECTIVE: To standardize and simplify the drug receving and preparing model. METHODS: Reasonable pharamcy inventory parameters were set up based on our experience; second order drug storeroom dynamic inventory system was designed and applied, and the indexes of drug storeroom inventory and workload of the new and the old models were reported and analyzed. RESULTS: The new warning system provided an optimal inventory, and in which the incidences of overstock or stock shortage, the frequency of daily drug receving, drug kinds and the time used with checking stock and filling receipt were all significantly less than in the traditional model. CONCLUSION: Due to the second order drug storeroom dynamic inventory warning system, the drug receiving was more scientific, the drug stock amount was reduced and the drug receiving time was saved, and the mangament level of hospital drug storeroom inventory was enhanced.
7.Research Progress on Relation Between Neutrophil and Breast Cancer
Cancer Research on Prevention and Treatment 2021;48(1):82-86
Inflammation is one of the ten major characteristics of tumor. Neutrophil, as the main indicator reflecting the body's inflammatory status, can not only promote the development of breast cancer, but also inhibit the development of breast cancer, and is closely related to the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. This article systematically reviews the relation between neutrophil and breast cancer, and further understands the role, mechanism and clinical value of neutrophil in breast cancer, so as to provide new methods for the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer.

With the heavier burden of cardiovascular disease, an abundance of papers emerge every year in the research hotspots, which cover a wide range of types and content. In order to let readers interested in the cardiovascular field quickly understand the research hotspots and research frontier, it is necessary to sort out and summarize the research topic in time. According to the discipline classification, we screened papers in cardiovascular field from the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) hot papers published in 2019. Methods such as bibliometrics, statistical description, hierarchical induction, analysis and interpretation were used a step further to reveal the context and characteristics of research in the field of cardiovascular diseases, summarize the latest progress and development direction in this field, and provide information and hints for the expansion of future research directions. A total of 297 papers were finally included, which were mainly in the field of clinical medicine; The country with the most publications was the United States, while China ranked the fifth in terms of contribution; the research institution with the highest number of published papers was Harvard University;

OBJECTIVETo explore the safety and efficacy of pegylated recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (PEG-rhG-CSF) in preventing chemotherapy-induced neutropenia in patients with breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and to provide the basis for clinical application.
METHODSAccording to the principle of open-label, randomized, parallel-group controlled clinical trial, all patients were randomized by 1∶1∶1 into three groups to receive PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg, PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg, or rhG-CSF 5 μg/kg, respectively. The patients with breast cancer received two chemotherapy cycles, and the NSCLC patients received 1-2 cycles of chemotherapy according to their condition. All patients were treated with the combination chemotherapy of TAC (docetaxel+ epirubicin+ cyclophosphamide) or TA (docetaxel+ epirubicin), or the chemotherapy of docetaxel combined with carboplatin, with a 21 day cycle.
RESULTSThe duration of grade 3-4 neutropenia in the PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg and PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg groups were similar with that in the rhG-CSF 5 μg/kg group (P>0.05 for all). The incidence rate of grade 3-4 neutropenia in the PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg group, PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg group, and G-CSF 5 μg/kg group were 69.7%, 68.4%, and 69.5%, respectively, with a non-significant difference among the three groups (P=0.963). The incidence rate of febrile neutropenia in the PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg group, PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg group and G-CSF 5 μg/kg group were 6.1%, 6.4%, and 5.5%, respectively, showing no significant difference among them (P=0.935). The incidence rate of adverse events in the PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg group, PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg group and G-CSF 5 μg / kg group were 6.7%, 4.1%, and 5.5%, respectively, showing a non-significant difference among them (P=0.581).
CONCLUSIONSIn patients with breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) undergoing TAC/TA chemotherapy, a single 100 μg/kg injection or a single fixed 6 mg dose of PEG-rhG-CSF at 48 hours after chemotherapy show definite therapeutic effect with a low incidence of adverse events and mild adverse reactions. Compared with the continuous daily injection of rhG-CSF 5 μg/kg/d, a single 100 μg/kg injection or a single fixed 6 mg dose of PEG-rhG-CSF has similar effect and is more advantageous in preventing chemotherapy-induced neutropenia.
