Objective To comparatively analyze effect of different cooling temperature on postoperative results of patients with Stanford type A aortic disaection underwent surgical treatment. Methods Clinical data of 65 patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection perforred aortic root shaping, ascending aorta and total aortic arch replacement combined with stented elephant trunk technique from April 2007 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the cooling temperature, the patients were divided into two groups:group A and group B.The cooling temperature was 20 ℃ to 24 ℃ in group A and 25 ℃ to 2.8 ℃ in group B.Extracorporeal circulation time, circulatory arrest periods, volume of postoperative drainage, ventilation time and cerebral complications incidence after operation were analyzed contrastively. Results There was significant difference between two groups about extracorporeal circulation time, circulatory arrest periods, volume of postoperative drainage, ventilationtime and transient neurological dysfunction(TND) incidence after operation. There was no significant difference between two groups in postoperative pemunent neurological dysfunction (PND),use of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and mortality. Conclusion It is safe to appropriately increase the standard of cooling temperature through operating skillfully under the circumstance of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest. It,to some extent, shortens operating time and decreases injuries on patients, time of recovery, volume of blood transfusion and complications.

Objective:To investigate the expression of peripheral blood CD54,CD106,CD62p in patients with multi-infarct dementia. Methods:The levels of serum CD54,CD106,CD62P of 82 patients with multi-infarct dementia were measured with ELISA,and were compared with 23 normal controls. Results:The levels of serum CD54,CD106,CD62p in patients with multi-infarct dementia(CD54:469?76.33 ng/ml,CD106:1 103.3?98.96 ng/ml,CD62p:18.22?8.90 ng/ml) were higher than those in normal controls(CD54:196?45.91 ng/ml,CD106:601.0?76.30 ng/ml,CD62p:6.70?3.30 ng/ml). There were significant difference between the two groups. The levels of serum CD54,CD106,CD62p were positively correlated with the degree of dmentia.Conclusion:CD54,CD106,CD62p are closely related to the development of MID and play an important role in pathlogical procedure of cerebral damage after MID.The levels of CD54,CD106,CD62p in patients with MID implies the degree of their neurological function deficit scores and might be an important indicator to observe the changes of disease.

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of ischemic colitis(IC) and further improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods:The clinical manifestations, risk factors, colonoscopy and abdominal CT examination results of 35 patients with IC confirmed from January 2014 to December 2018 in the Second Hospital of Jilin University were retrospectively analyzed, and their clinical characteristics were summarized. Results:The sudden manifestation of abdominal pain and blood in 31 cases of the 35 patients were the main manifestations.Ten patients who underwent abdominal CT scan showed a thickened bowel wall with a thickness of (7.92±1.41)mm.The CT value of the thickened bowel wall decreased significantly to (21.20±2.27)Hu.In 35 cases of colonoscopy, 42.86%, 31.42%, 20.00%, 2.86% and 2.86% were involved in the descending colon, sigmoid colon, transverse colon, ascending colon and whole colon, respectively. The left colon was the main part, with clusters and bands Mucosa-like erythema, ecchymosis, erosion, and even ulcers. No rectum was involved in 35 patients. Conclusion:The typical manifestation of IC is sudden abdominal pain and bloody stool.Abdominal CT in emergency department has obvious suggestive value for early diagnosis of this disease.Colonoscopy is the main diagnostic method for this disease.
