ObjectiveTo study the application effect of Orem self-care theory in nursing of postoperative chemotherapy patients after cervical cancer surgery. Methods60 patients receiving chemotherapy after cervical cancer surgery were randomly divided into the self-care group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing,on this basis the self-care group was given nursing intervention according to different requirement of patients by using three nursing model of Orem self-care theory-supportive education, part compensation, complete compensation system. The nursing effect was compared between two groups. ResultsCompared with the control group, the rate of gastrointestinal adverse reaction was lower, the anxiety and depression symptom alleviated, satisfaction degree of patients and their relatives with nursing improved,self-care ability of patients was enhanced in the self-care group, all had significant differences. ConclusionsApplication of self-care theory in nursing care of patients during chemotherapy after cervical cancer can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of patients and their families and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal side effects.Meanwhile,it can make close nurse-patient relationship, improve the satisfaction degree of patients and their families, improve self-care capacity, improve the quality of care, reduce the psychological symptoms of patients,so it has significant social and economic benefits.

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of MRI diagnosis and the clinical value of multi-MR imaging techniques. Methods Clinical, pathologic and MRI findings were retrospectively reviewed in 25 cases with chronic pancreatitis. The MRI manifestation included pancreatic morphology and volume change, signal feature, dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and MRCP.The MRI techniques included: both before and after Gd-DTPA enhancement FS FLASH T1WI,FLASH TIWI,HASTE T2WI and MRCP.Results The characteristic signs in diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis were as follows: diffuse enlargement of the body;hypointense on T1WI FS;dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI,lesion and normal area always enhanced at the same time;pancreatic duct dilated like a string of beads which penetrated into the lesion shown by MRCP.Conclusion MRI can detect chronic pancreatitis earlier than CT,and it can display pancreatic duct and pseudo-cysts so is of great value in the diagnoses of chronic pancreatitis.

ObjectiveTo assess malignant trophoblastic neoplasia with the standards of the clinical stage and prognostic factor scoring system. MethodsThrough assessing the high-risk factors except clinical stages for 223 patients before treatment according to International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO) scoring system published in 2000, appropriate treatments were selected for the different patients. ResultsForty-three of 78 cases of choriocarcinomas were with high-risk factors, the other 35 cases were with low-risk factors; 7 of 145 cases of invasive moles were with high-risk factors and the others were with low-risk factors. The primary chemotherapy principle was that one agent was used for those patients with low-risk factors and two or multiple-agents were used for those patients with high-risk factors. Among all patients, the one-year, three-year and five-year survival rates were 98.6%,98.1% and 97.1% respectively. No patient died of drug toxicity or complication. ConclusionSelection of treatment approaches according to the prognostic assessment of malignant trophoblastic neoplasia could lead to promising survival rate with no uncurable complication and toxic effects.
