Objective To investigate the current demand of expectations of family members of children in transfusion room. Methods By means of a self-designed questionnaire, the survey researched the demands of family members of children from 5 dimensions, the waiting time, transfusion environment, the quality of nursing, humanistic care and health education, and drug and safekeeping of security. The total 401 valid data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, chi square test, single factor variance analysis. Results No significant difference was found on their perception for the waiting time (χ2=1.051, P>0.05) and appropriate waiting time ( χ2=0.883, P>0.05). But there were significant differences between medical guarantee types and environmental needs (F=2.972, P<0.05 ), as well as between monthly income and the humanistic care and health education demand(F=2.566, P<0.05). Conclusion The expectation of respondents are diverse, changeable, showing high consistency for basic expectation, differences between different groups, discontinuity in different phase.

Objective To explore the relationship between the Yangtze River floodplain ecological environment(vegetation, soil, water and light intensity)and the distribution of Oncomelania hupensis snails,so as to provide the evidence for ecological snail control. Methods Three regions(the Lu-Gang Bridge,Dragon Nest Lake in the bund, and Dragon Nest lake beach)were selected to investigate the plant characteristics(species, height, coverage, frequency and strain of clusters),soil characteristics (temperature, humidity, light intensity)and pH value. All the results were analyzed statistically with SPSS 18 software. Results A total of 920 boxes were investigated. The vegetation coverage was 3.7%-63.5%,and the dominant population was Cyperusrotun-dus L. cluster on the marshland. The soil temperature was 19.0℃-24.0℃,pH 5.0-5.7,and humidity 53%-75%. There were statis-tical significants in average number of living snails and dead snails among 3 groups( P<0.05). As the light intensity was strong in summer and weak in winter, the snails were in the back surface in summer and front surface in winter respectively. The average number of living snails was the most near the water. The difference was statistical significant(P<0.01)among three ranges(0-1 m,1-3 m and 3-5 m). Conclusion The snail survival and distribution have close relations with micro ecological environment factors, such as vegetation, soil, water and light intensity.

Objective Understanding of red blood cell distribution width (RDW-CV),blood homocysteine (HCY),lipoprotein a [LP(a)] a merger with high blood pressure and high blood, coronary heart disease (CHD) relevance and explore its clinical application value in CHD.Methods 563 cases of patients with high blood pressure were enrolled, which divided into 62 cases of primary hypertension,501 cases of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease, according to the results of coronary angiography.141 normal cases were chosen as control group.Compared the three groups of RDW-CV,HCY and LP (a) level, the group of coronary artery disease was divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,and compared the RDW-CV level of each group, and the correlation between RDW and cardiac function was analyzed. Results ①Heart disease groups RDW-CV,LP (a) and HCY (13.25 ± 1.22%,17.82 ± 8.36 μmol/L,172.05 ± 122.32 mg/L) were higher than blood pressure groups (12.98 ± 0.57 %,14.35 ± 6.36 μ mol/L,124.49 ± 75.88 mg/L) and normal control group (11.41 ± 2.85 %,11.41 ± 2.85 μmol/L,71.07±27.55 mg/L,P<0.05).②RDW-CV and HCY were positively correlated with the mental function classification (r=0.461,0.1970;P=0.000,0.032).③The area under the ROC curve was the order of the diagnostic value:HCY >LP(a) >RDW-CV.LP(a) sensitivity was 82.5 % and specificity was 31.7 %.RDW-CV sensitivity was 48.8 % and specificity was 22.2 %.Conclusion High levels of RDW-CV,HCY,and LP(a) were closely related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease;RDW-CV and HCY were related to the severity of coronary heart disease and cardiac function, and could be a potential biomarker for the development of cardiac function of coronary heart disease.

Lysozyme generally exists in animals, plants and microorganisms, and it is used as a natural anti?infection materi?al and one of the important non?specific immune factors in organisms. This paper reviews the progress of researches on its classifi?cation, gene structure and function, and expression regulation in Oncomelania hupensis, and on the factors affecting its activi?ties in recent years,in order to further discuss its distribution in O. hupensis.
