University spirit is the soul of a university.In higher education it is an urgent theoretic and practical issue to nurture university spirit.So this paper elaborates relationship between university spirit and campus culture as well as also deals with how to pay more attention to university spirit nurture in campus culture construction.

With the understanding of the connotation of management,the author of this paper explained the necessity of management in universities,pointing out that university management played an important role in deepening university management system,optimizing allocation of resources,enhancing school effectiveness and strengthening the core competitiveness of universities.
