1.Determination of ferulic acid,rutin and salvianolic acid B in Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule by HPLC

AIM:To develop a method for determining the contents of ferulic acid,rutin and salvianolic acid B in Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule(Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix et Rhizoma Salviale miltiorrhizale,Radix Astragali,Radix et Rhizoma notoginseng,Flos Sophorale,etc.)METHODS:The column was Linksil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobil phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid(25:5:70).The detection wavelenght was set at 320 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.RESULTS:The calibration curves of ferulic acid,rutin and salvianolic acid B were in good linearity over the ranges of 0.004-0.08 μg,0.432-8.64 μg,0.088-1.76 μg,respectively(r=0.9999).And average recoveries(n=5)were 98.9%,100.1 % and 98.2 %,respectively and RSD were 1.1 %,1.5 %,1.4 %.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid,reliable and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule.

3.Determination of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin in Zhenjujiangya Tablets by HPLC

AIM: To establish a method for determination of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin in Zhenjujiangya Tablets(Flos Chrysanthemi Indici, hydrochlorothiazide, rutin, etc.) by HPLC. METHODS: HPLC was used with Spherisorb C 18 (4.6mm?250mm 5?m) column 0.05mol?L -1 citric acid acetonitrile(80∶20) (adjusted the mixture with triethylaminum to pH 4.1?0.1) was used as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL?min -1 . The detection wavelength was at 270nm. RESULTS: The linear response range lay in 10~50?g?mL -1 of hydrochlorothiazide( r =0.9994 n =5) and 40~200?g?mL -1 of rutin( r =0.999 n =5), respectively. The average recoveries of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin were 99.8% and 99.5%, respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of the two constitutents in the compound tablets.
4.Preliminary Study on the Relationship between the Spleen Apparent Diffusion Coefficient Value,Portal Hypertension and Hypersplenism

Objective To investigate the relationship between the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) value,portal hypertension and hypersplenism.Methods 52 cases underwent MR imaging (including DWI) examination,among them,included normal group(18 cases) hepatic cirrhosis without portal hypertension group(24 cases) and hepatic cirrhosis with portal hypertension group(10 cases).The ADC values of spleen were calculated and compared between groups.The relationship between target of hypersplenism——cells in peripheral blood(RBC/WBC/PLT) and spleen’s ADC values was also analyzed.Results With the appearance of portal hypertension,spleen’s ADC values decreased.The significant difference was found among these 3 groups(P
