OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of methotrexate(MTX) vs.gold salt in treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).METHODS:7 studies on the efficacy of methotrexate(MTX) vs.gold salt in treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) were subjected to a meta-analysis using homogeneity test and combined effect test.RESULTS:Homogeneity test showed that the cited studies were homogeneous with ?2=25.14,df=6 and P=0.0003;and by combined test, the combined OR was 2.37(95% confidence interval=1.18~4.78,Z=2.41,P=0.02).CONCLUSION:Methotrexate demonstrated better toleration than gold salt for rheumatoid arthritis.

OBJECTIVE:To develop a simple but practical evaluation system of pharmacoeconomics.METHODS:The data base of this system was built up using the SQL Server 2000.Delphi was used as programming tool to develop an evaluation system of pharmacoeconomics.RESULTS:This system has good human-computer interfaces, including the interfaces of data input,cost-effectiveness analysis,cost-benefit analysis and cost-utility analysis. The sensitivity analytic results consisted of the computed results of simple analysis, bootstrap analysis and rank-order stability analysis.CONCLUSION:System testing indicates the system is simple in operation and reliable in analytical results, which thus deserves to be popularized.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(4):788-789,790
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of zolpidemtartrate in human plasma by SPE-HPLC. Methods:The samples were extracted by solid phase with a Hypersil BDS C18 column and determined by an internal standard method. The mobile phase was methanol:acetonitrile:water (45 ∶45 ∶110), the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the column temperature was 35℃, and the detection wavelength was 254nm. Results:The linear relationship of zolpidemtartrate was within the range of 0. 511 5-4. 092 0 μg· ml-1 . The relative recovery was greater than 90%. The intra-and inter-day RSDs were all less than 10%. Conclusion:The method is quite simple, quick and accurate with little interference, which is suitable for the clinical determination of zolpidemtartrate.

Objective To study the clinical and X-ray findings of primary reticulocytic sarcoma of bone in order to improve its diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods X-ray representations of primary reticulocytic sarcoma of bone in 11 cases proved by operations and pathologies in combination with clinical manifestations were analyzed. Results The tumors located in tubular bone were 5 cases(45%),in vertebra,in costa and pelvis were 2 cases respectively. The main X-ray sign was osteolytic lesion. The soft tissue masses were seen in 7 cases and pathologic fracture in 1 case, only 2 cases appeared lightly periosteal reaction. Conclusion When the osteolytic lesions in company with soft tissue mass are showed on X-ray films, but the clinical symptoms of the disease are not as serious as those of other malignant bone tumors, the bone reticulocytic sarcoma should be considered, and the final diagnosis of the disease desponds on pathologic result.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(01):-
Objective To determine the potential value of imaging for spinal tuberculosis. Methods 180 patients proved as spinal tuberculosis by operation or clinical follow who underwent X-ray film, CT and MRI were reviewed. They were classified A, B or C in term of imaging and clinical symptom. A was the normal of X- ray film and positive of CT or MRI. B was positive of X-ray film, CT and MRI. C was with the neurological symptoms. Results 40 patients ( 40/180 ) were categorized as A . They had short duration (

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in Intensive and Critical Care 2006;0(06):-
Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Panax notoginoside(PNS,血塞通) and Tetramethylpyrazine(TMPz,川芎嗪) on different subtypes of cytochrome P450(CYP450),based on that,to forecast the inter-reaction between these two drugs and between each one of them and another drug, and also to estimate the safety assessment of them. Methods The metabolic changes of caffeine and dapsone which are the specific probe drugs for subtypes of CYP450,CYP1A2 and CYP3A4,were studied in vitro to estimate the inhibition or induction effects of PNS and TMPz.Results The concentrations of caffeine and dapsone, the probe drugs in liver cytochrome P450,in control group,PNS group and TMPz group were all declined with time prolongation, and there were no significant differences among the three groups. The half life time(t1/2) of caffeine in PNS group was obviously shorter than that in control group((19.24?2.37) minutes vs.(25.15?2.02) minutes, P0.05).It was suggested that TMPz have no effect on both CYP1A2 and CYP3A4.Conclusion Different drugs have different effects on different CYP450 subtype enzymes. When PNS is used in combination with other drugs which are related to the metabolism of CYP1A2 enzyme, its induction effect on CYP1A2 should be considered fully to avoid toxic effect or the potential adverse reactions.

Objective:
To explore the application and choice of latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap and thoracodorsal artery perforator flap in different wound repair.
Methods:
From March 2012 to February 2018, 8 cases of different wounds were repaired with island latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap pedicled with dorsal thoracic artery, free latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap, or thoracodorsal artery perforator flap combined with scapular flap. The patients includes 4 cases of trauma, 2 cases of tumor and 2 cases of osteomyelitis. Among them, 5 cases received pedicled grafting, 2 cases had anastomotic vascular free grafting combined with antibiotic bone cement chain bead, 1 case had thoracodorsal artery perforator flap combined with scapular flap.
Results:
All 9 flaps of 8 patients survived. The size of the flaps ranged from 22.0 cm×7.5 cm to 28.0 cm×21.0 cm. All the donor and recipient areas healed well. After 2 months to 2 years follow up, all flaps have good blood supply, and the limbs′ function was normal. The appearance of flaps were satisfactory, with fully treated osteomyelitis, and no recurrence of the tumor was observed.
Conclusions
According to wound characteristics, selective application of thoracodorsal artery perforator flap, pedicled or free latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap is effective for the repair of muscle, skin and soft tissue defects, as well as osteomyelitis, after tumor resection.
