The current situation of the satellite-based distant medical education, the distant hygienic education was introduced. We analysed the characteristic and advantage and indicated the importance and necessity of the satellite-based distant medical education.

This paper introduces the overall strategy of routing,the organization and preparation as well as the implementation of VLAN division in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region.VLAN can control the broadcast storm and enhance the safety and management of local area network.

This paper is to study the applicability of the air disinfection equipment in general hospital. With the method of plate exposure adopted, five or three sample points are selected. The sample, culture and classification of bacteria are performed 30mins, 60mins, 120mins and 180mins before and after the equipment is turned on, and then the values of cfu/m3 are worked out respectively. The result shows that different departments should adopt different disinfection equipments according their characteristics and functions to meet the requirements of ″Disinfection Technology Specification″. Through this research and corresponding regulation, the management of air disinfection in our hospital is improved.

With the development of communication techniques,the satcom telemedicine system is being applied more and more widely. Satellite communication is a means of communication of the broadest transmission scope and the largest coverage.The establishment of the satcom medicine system has effectively solved such bottleneck problems as date transmission block and network interrupt,The present article reviews the development of the satcom telecommunication system at home and abroad,the composition and characteristics of telecommunication,the composition and function of the PLA VSAT satcom telemedicine system,and the trend of development.

Satellite-based distance medical education is a new avenue of education in building up a life-long learning system in this knowledge economy era.This article outlines the present situation of distance medical eduation and the application,organization and implementation of the satellite-based distance education system in the Chinese army.It suggests that we change our thought in education,innovate the learning concept,investigate the present education mode and methodology,improve the quality guarantee,innovate the teaching methods,perfect the courseware and provide excellent technological support to distance medical education.
