Purpose:To investigate the relation between the expression of cyclinB1 gene and drug resistance in patient with acute leukemia. Methods:Cyclin B1 gene mRNA expression in 13 cases of drug resistant and 14 drug non-resistant acute leukemia patients’ peripheral blood have been determinated by semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).The expression of mdr1 gene mRNA in these patients was measured with fluorescence -quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The dynamic changes of the functions and the weight index of the 2 ventricles and the density of ?-adrenoceptors in the myocardium were observed and the correlation between the changes of ?-adrenoceptors of the myocardium and.the peripheral lymphocytes was investigated during and after intermittent chronic hypbxia in rabbits.The fingings were as follows.(1)Chronic hypoxia resulted in an increase of systolic pressure,dp/dtmas and weight index of the right ventricle.25 days after the restoration of normal oxygen supply,systolic pressure and dp/dtomas of the right ventricle became normal but its weight index remained increased.(2)The density of ?-adrenoceptors of the 2 ventricles was reduced on the 7th,15th and 30th day of hypoxia as compared with that of the control.25 days after the restoration of oxygen supply,the density of ?-adrenoceptors became normal in the left ventricle but remained decreased in the right ventricle.(3)There was a positive correlation between the changes of ?-adrenoceptors in the 2 ventricles and peripheral lymphocytes.The findings suggest that hypoxia-induced hypertrophy of the right ventricle is usually accompanied with a decreased density of its ?-adrenoceptors and thedensity of ?-adrenoceptors of peripheral lymphocytes can reflect the changes of ?-adrenoceptors in the myocardium.

The data mining technology based on the rough set theory can be trained through the training data set. Objective To study the pharmacological activity of soybean stem soyasaponin. Methods Normobaric hyporia and exhaustive swimming in mice and osteoporosis rats model were used to observe the pharmacological effects of soybean stem soyasaponin. Results Soybean stem soyasaponin 150 mg/kg significantly prolonged the survival time in hyporia and the swimming time of mice and 100 mg/kg in rats improved the syomptom of osteoporosis models. Conclusion Soybean stem soyasaponin has obvious effect on anti-exhaustion and increasing tolerance of oxygen deficit in mice and significant therapy effect on osteoporosis rats.

ObjectiveTo explore the characteristic and difference of the executive function of the premeditated group and attack group of male juvenile delinquents by the Stroop test.Methods 123 male juvenile delinquents and 128 normal controls were examined by a general information questionnaire,the Stroop test of the Chinese version and impulsive premeditated aggression scale (IPAS).SPSS17.0 statistical software used to analysis the survey results.Results ( 1 ) By Stroop test the premeditated group and impulsive group of juvenile delinquents was found that correct number of test 3( 109.97 ± 1.87),errors number of test 4(4.45 ±4.84),amend number of test 1 and test 4 ( 1.18 ± 1.50 ; 1.50 ± 1.59 ),and completion time of test 4 ( 143.74 ± 28.36) had statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 ),the others had no significant difference between the two groups.(2) The premeditated group of juvenile delinquents and normal adolescents in Stroop test comparison was statistically significant in completion time of test 1,test 2 (56.49 ± 14.90 ;88.31 ± 20.02)(P ＜ 0.05 ).The impulse group of the juvenile delinquents and normal adolescents was statistically significant in the correct number of test 2 to test 4( 107.20 ± 3.39 ; 109.97± 1.87 ; 102.47 ± 5.62 ),errors number of test 2 ( 1.86 ± 2.27 ),amends number of test 3 ( 1.50 ± 1.59 ),and completion time of test 1 to test 4 (59.96 ± 11.08 ;92.03 ± 20.87 ;62.77 ± 12.31 ; 143.74 ± 28.36) (P ＜ 0.05 ).The others of two groups were no significant difference.ConclusionIt is found that juvenile delinquents exist defects of executive function,and perform functional defects in the attack group of juvenile delinquents is more obviously.

Objective To observe the effect of atropine and N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) on the pressure of lower esophageal sphincter (LESP) regulated by electro-acupuncturing (EA) at Zusanli acupoint (He-Sea, st 36) of stomach meridian and explore the neural mechanism of EA. Methods Forty-eight rats were divided into six groups:control group, EA group, atropine group, atropine+EA group, L-NAME group and L-NAME+EA group. LESP was observed and recorded by using three-channel perfusion manometric measurement system. Results LESP increased significantly under or after EA at Zusanli acupoint. Cholinergic M receptor blocker partly abolished the influence of EA on LESP, but EA could restore the decreased pressure of cholinergic M receptor blocked rats. Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor increased LESP, and EA could make it higher. Conclusions The main efferent pathway of regulating effect of EA at Zusanli acupoint on LESP is via the chlinergic nerve of vagus, and other mechanism possibly exits.

Objective To investigate the effect of miR-145 on human lung adenocarcinaoma A549 cell proliferation and FSCN1 expression. Methods pmR-mcherry/miR-145 was constructed and transfected into A549 cell,then the expression of miR-145 and the proliferation of A549 cell were verified by QPCR and MTS assay, respectively.The situation of FSCN1 expression in A549 cell was detected by Western blot.Results pmR-mcherry/miR-145 vector was constructed successfully,and QPCR results indicated that miR-145 expressed effectively.Western blot results showed that FSCN1 was one of the targets of miR-145 in A549 cell.MTS assay results indicated that miR-145 inhibited the proliferation of A549 cell.Conclusion Overexpression of miR-145 can inhibit the proliferation of A549 cell, and FSCN1 was one of its target.
