3.The research of the diagnostic value of multislice spiral computed tomographyfor small intestinal stromal tumors
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(5):64-66
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT for small intestinal stromal tumors. Methods: The MSCT results of 27 cases diagnosed pathologically as small intestinal stromal tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Results: MSCT scan could clearly show the position, size, shape, fat space, density, calcification, growth pattern of the lesions. Enhanced MSCT scan showed that the arterial phase was significantly strengthened, the venous phase was significantly enhanced than the arterial phase, and the delay phase was significantly enhanced than the venous phase. Low-risk tumors were mainly with maximum diameter <5 cm, regular shape, clear fat gap, uniform density, and intraluminal growth-oriented, while high-risk tumors were mainly with maximum diameter ≥5cm, irregular shape, blur fat gap, uneven density, and cavity shape and mixed growth. The differences were statistically significant (x2=6.64,P<0.05).Conclusion:MSCT can be used as a preliminary judgement for benign and malignant small intestinal stromal tumors and its level, which can guide further clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.

Objective:To explore the relationship among carotid intima‐media thickness (IMT) ,plaque score ,plasma level of C reactive protein (CRP) and coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) .Meth‐ods:A total of 83 CHD patients were enrolled as CHD group and 37 patients without CHD were enrolled as non‐CHD group .CHD patients received coronary angiography .According to number of diseased coronary vessels ,CHD patients were divided into single vessel coronary disease group (n=28 ,single vessel group ) ,double‐vessel coronary disease group (n=31 ,double‐vessel group) and triple‐vessel coronary disease group (n= 24 ,triple‐vessel group) . Plasma CRP level and carotid IMT were measured ,and carotid atherosclerotic plaques were classified in all groups . Results :Compared with non‐CHD group ,there were significant rise in CRP level [ (0.89 ± 0.54) mg/L vs . (3.50 ± 3.42) mg/L] and IMT [ (0.65 ± 0.27) mm vs . (1.04 ± 0.31) mm] in CHD group (P<0.05 or <0.01);Com‐pared with single‐vessel group and double‐vessel group ,the CRP level of triple‐vessel group [ (1.44 ± 1.03) mg/L , (3.71 ± 3.52) mg/L vs .5.82 ± 3.98) mg/L] significantly rose ;the percentage of carotid plaque class 3 of triple‐ves‐sel group (0% 、0% vs .25% ) significantly rose (P<0.01 all) .Conclusion:C reactive protein level and carotid intima‐media thickness significantly rise in patients with coronary heart disease ,and there are significant rise in C reactive protein level and percentage of carotid atherosclerotic plaque class 3 in patients with multi‐vessel coronary disease .
5.CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF ACCESSORY BREAST RESECTION WITH AXILLARY MINIDER-MATOGLYPH INCISION
Modern Hospital 2015;15(5):57-59
Objective To study the curative effect of accessory breast resection with axillary minidermato-glyph incision. Methods The clinical data of 47 patients undergoing accessory breast operation in our hospital be-tween April 2010 and June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed according to different methods of operation. They were divided into two groups:26 cases with axillary minidermatoglyph incision as the observation group and 21 cases with conventional accessory breast resection as the control group. The postoperative wound healing and incidence of com-plications were then compared. All the patients were followed up for 6 months.Self-designed questionnaire of visual simulation effects were adopted and shape, local pain and upper extremity activities were evaluated by the patients. Results The two groups had no significant difference in the unilateral average operation time (p >0.05).The bleeding volume in the observation group was less than the control group, and the average length of the incision and the average hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group (p<0.05).After 6 months of fol-low-up, the basic satisfaction rate of shape of patients in the observation group was 95.15%, upper extremity activi-ty reached 100%, and the rate of local painlessness was 95.15%, both higher than the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Accessory breast resection with axillary minidermatoglyph incision has the advantages of reliable cura-tive effect, less damage, inconspicuous local scar and no significant effect on physical activity.
6.Clinical Observation on Treatment of 67 Cases with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation with Abdomen Acupuncture
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2008;6(1):42-45
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of abdomen acupuncture with body acupuncture for treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods: One hundred and thirty three patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 67 cases and a control group of 66 cases. The patients in the treatment group received abdomen acupuncture and those in the control group, body acupuncture. The improvements in the symptoms were compared after treatment. Results: The efficacy rate was 95.5% in the treatment group and 86.4% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (PO.05). The cure rate after one course of treatment was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (PO.05). Conclusion: Abdomen acupuncture has a good effect on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with a short course of treatment.

9.The Study of hcG-McAb Kit For Pregnant Diagnosis The Characterization of 4 hcG McAb
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(06):-
In this paper, 4 cell lines of hybridomas secreting hCG McAb were established & the charaterization of these McAb was analysed by RIA & ELISA.All of these McAb are specific for ?-hCG and can also be recognized by the intact hCG antigen. C_4 McAb is the highest specifieitg & with low cross-reaction to LH & FSH by competition test.It was found there were at least two epitopes against antigen among these four McAbs.Between C_3 & C_4 McAb there were observed high co-operation effect beside their obviously different epitopes against hCG antigen. So, these two McAb can be used to prepare two-site sandwich ELISA kit (one-step) for diagnosis. Eighty-one samples (including urine & blood) from early pregnant females were preliminarily detected by this hCG-McAb ELISA kit, the satisfactory results were obtained.
10.Studies on diagnosis and pathogenesis of pheochromocytoma
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2001;0(05):-
Pheochromocytoma is the catecholamine-secreting tumor arising from the adrenal medulla and extra-adrenal chromaffin cells and the important cause of endocrine hypertension, which leads to serious complications of the heart, brain and renal vascular events. The prevalence of phochromocytoma accounts for approximately 1.9% in the population with hypertension. The detection, diagnosis and treatment of pheochro-mocytoma at early stage are of uppermost importance. More efforts should be made to study the pathogenesis and management of pheochromocytoma.
