4."On college English ""3+1+S+A"" teaching mode"
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(6):659-663
This paper analyses and discusses the procedures and results of a project on the college English teaching mode ( 3+1+S+A ) in Chongqing Medical University. It has been found from the experimental results that this teaching mode, which is characterized as three-term condensed required courses, one-term optional courses, self-access language learning and extra-curriculum activities, contributes significantly to the improved English proficiency and performance of non-English majors.
5.Diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary airway tumors
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(z1):66-68
Primary airway tumors are accounted about 1 % of respiratory tumors and have above 20 types. However, due to particularity of the anatomy and function of airway, early diagnosis of the primary air tumors is difficult and the rate of misdiagnosis can reach 83.3 %. To reduce the rate of misdiagnosis, the key measurements of diagnosis are recognization of primary airway tumors, and the main methods include chest computed tomography (CT) and fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination. Surgical treatment is an important part,it includes tumor excision by airway fenestration, the part excision of airway and suture, the resection of airway tumor by its margin and anastomosis, and carinal resection and anastomosis. Anesthesia and the management of respiratory airway are important guarantees for the successful operation. According to the difference of the tumors, the suitable method of anesthesia should be choiced. It is emphasized for anesthesiologist to participate in the preoperative discussion. The postoperative complications include the anastomotic fistula, the anastomotic fistula communication with large vessel, the anastomotic stenosis and granuloma formation, and the pulmonary infection and atelectasis.
6.Analysis of 987 adverse drug reaction reports from 2005 to 2010 in our hospital
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(z1):3-4
Objective To investigate the regularity and characteristic of adverse drug reaction (ADR).Method 987 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2005 to2010 were analysed statistically. Results Numbers of ADR reports increased quickly. The incidence of new and severe ADR increased every year.Numbers of ADR reports written by nurses and pharmacists increased every year. The incidence of ADR in female was higher than in male.Antimicrobials showed the highest proportion (76.46%) among all kinds of drugs which were involved in these ADR cases.Among all antimicrobials, penicilins which advanced cephalosporins and quinolones showed the highest proportion.83.49% which were largest were caused by intravenous administration.Main clinical manifestation were lesion of skin and its appendants (44.66%).Conclusion Publicity and training of ADR knowledge,ADR monitoring and rational drug use should be strengthened in order to use drug safely.
7.Preliminary Studies on Characteristics of Two Monoclonal Antibodies of Anti-Mouse Pancreatic Cancer
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1989;0(01):-
Two monoclonal antibodies of anti-mouse pancreatic cancer, 2B_6and 2B~(10), were purified by the use of salt fractionation-exchange chromatography(DEAE-52) or affinity chromatography from culture supernatants and mice ascites of the hybridomas. After assayed by the use of SDS-PAGE and labeled with FITC, they were used to analyse related antigen site of 35 tissue samples of several human tumor by means of direct-fluorescence method. There was an intense positive reaction between 2B_(10)and 4 samples of gastric cancer. 2B_6or 2B_(10)and 3 tissur samples of ovary cancer and 1 clonal cell of ovary cancer also had intense positive reaction. These results showed that there exist common tumor antigen in both human and mice.
8.Clinical effect of Fuke Xiaoyan prescription combined with nifuratel and nysfungin in senile mycotic vaginitis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(3):119-121
Objective To analyze the effect of Fuke Xiaoyan prescription combined with nifuratel and nysfungin in senile mycotic vaginitis. Methods 100 patients with senile mycotic vaginitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,50 cases in each group. The control group were treated with nifuratil nystatin alone. The observation group were treated with Fuke Xiaoyan prescription. The inflammatory factors of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) and oxidative stress products of SOD, nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were determined before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.0% and 80.0% respectively. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The difference of the inflammatory factors between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The levels of SOD and NO in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), but the levels of the inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The levels of MDA and ET-1 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fuke Xiaoyan prescription combined with nifuratil and nystatin has a good effect in the treatment of senile mycotic vaginitis. It can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction and reduce the level of oxidative stress products , thus improving the patients'life quality.
9.Analysis on TCM Articles Based on Chinese Science Citation Database
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(5):95-98
Objective To know the TCM discipline development situation through analysis on TCM articles based on Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD) in recent years. Methods Articles about TCM in CSCD from January 2010 to December 2015 were searched by computers. The CSCD literature analysis system was used to conduct metrological analysis from the aspects of publishing time, source journals, cited information, authors, publishing organizations, research themes, and fund support. Results The number of articles published on CSCD was increasing year by year from January 2010 to December 2015. 85.09% of articles focused on the field of general medicine. There were more than 100 CSCD journals included in TCM professional articles. 17 journals published more than 100 TCM professional articles. WANG Yong-yan academician was the author who published the most articles (121 papers). Academic output H index of six authors was more than 5. 31.52% articles in CSCD were cited. Natural Science Foundation of China (including general and youth projects) funded the highest number of articles (12.2%), reaching 1716 articles. Conclusion Analysis on articles from CSCD can outline the development situation of TCM discipline in China. In recent years, the number of TCM articles is increasing; subject integration is good; high-level teams are forming gradually; TCM discipline is developing fast. However, the citation frequency is low; scholar H index is not high; the overall level remains to be improved.
10.The cause, prevention and treatment strategy of local recurrence after operation for rectal carcinoma
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(02):-
Objective To discuss the causes, the methods of intraoperative prevention and treatment of local recurrence in patients after operation for rectal carcinoma. Methods Fifty-two re-operated patients with local recurrence of rectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results In these 52 patients, there were 14 patients with perianus and pelvic cavity recurrence,31 patients with stoma recurrence,4patients with vaginal wall recurrence,2 patients with prostate gland recurrence and 1 patient with implantation in the incision of abdominal wall.Among them,36 patients underwent radical operation,13 patients had palliative resection and 3 patients were treated by enterostomy. The median survival time for the groups who underwent radical(operation) and palliative resection was 33.5(12~80) months and 12(3~23) months respectively.(Conclusions) Patients with local recurrence of rectal cancer should still be given aggressive operative(treatment).Radical resection of the lesions and formal radical lymphadenectomy can prolong patient survival time and improve quality of life.
