5.Selection and purchase of fluorescence ration PCR instrument
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
As an important method for clinical molecule inspection, fluorescence ration PCR has become preferable for more and more scientific researchers for its good sensitivity and distinctness.Since the inspection accuracy is closely related to the performance of fluorescence ration PCR,this paper introduces some attention-deserved problems in PCR instrument purchase.
6.Exploration of the mode for measurement and evaluation of nurses'occupational diathesis in employment systemed
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(01):-
Objective:Under the background that the army hospitals need to employ civilian nurses in a large quantity,we try to grope a scientific, objective method to choose the nurse who matches post. Methods:Referring to related data and the ritual of talented person evaluation,we chose the evaluation methods including paper test, computer test, personal interview and data integration;arranged the steps of planning, assigning the weight, performing evaluation, integrating the test results, and tracking for feedback;in order to form the mode to test the employed nurses' occupational diathesis. Results:We fulfilled a series of scales for mood and hobby, weight score, quality structure, evaluation method comparison and nurse's professional quality evaluation, etc, and determined the evaluation methods and procedures. Conclusion:Evaluating more than 100 nurses who are newly employed using this new mode, the result demonstrates that this evaluation mode can be easily operated, and is a guide in employing quantities of professional nurses for a hospital.
7.The Discussion on Education Reform for Course of Fermentology
Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
According to the requirement of subject structuring and specific development, this paper combine with the teaching experience of fermentology course to make a preliminary discussion about how to reform teaching material、teaching method and practice content.
8.Influence of coxsackie-adenovirus receptor expression on infection efficiency of adenovirus vector in gene therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1995;0(03):-
Objective: To explore the relationship between coxsackie-adenovirus receptor(CAR)expression and the infection efficiency of adenovirus vector in gene therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma through regulating CAR expression on cells surface via inhibition of the Raf/MEK/ERK pathway. Methods: Western blotting analysis was used to examine CAR expression in hepatocellular carcinoma cells(SMMC-7721 and HepG_2)before and after treatment with U0126,inhibitor of Raf/MEK/ERK signal transduetion.SMMC-7721 and HepG_2 were infected by a non-replicating,E1 A-deleted adenovirus expressing EGFP(Ad-GFP).FACS was used to analyze the infection efficiency of Ad before and after U0126 treatment. Results: The expression of CAR on cell surface had an increasing tendency after treatment with U0126.FACS analysis showed significantly increased infectivity of cells treated with the MEK inhibitor U0126 compared with untreated cells: SMMC-7721,(71.65?6.21)%→(86.54?5.70)%,HepG_2,(77.53?4.62)%→(87.06?2.83)%,when infected with Ad-GFP at the same MOI(10 MOI).Conclusion: The inhibition of Raf/MEK/ERK pathway by U0126 may up-regulate the expression of CAR in some hepatocellular carcinoma cells, which subsequently enhances the susceptibility of adenovirus infection to target cells.
9.Study on the drug resistance of 45 hacemophilus par lainfluenzae in respiratory tract infection
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2010;31(1):29-30,33
Objective To investigate the infectious state and drug resistance of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae in respiratory tract infection, so as to instruct the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Haemophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from the pa-tients with respiratory tract infection and performed by K-B methods. Nitrocefin slip test was applied into detecting β-lactamase. Re-sults A total of 45 Hacmophilus par lainfluenzae were isolated from 760 specimen, with the isolation rate being 5.92%. Amoxicil-lin/claulanic acid,Azithromycin, Imipenem,Ceftazidime and Cefuroxime had the better antibiotic function and the average drug re-sistance was lower than 5 % ,The β-lactamase positive rate was 37.78 %. Conclusion The high drug resistance and β-lactamase pos-itive rate of Haemophilus par lainfluenzae isolated from respiratory tract characterized by multi-resistance must be taken seriousely.
10.The role of probiotics in the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;(6):545-548,553
“Hygiene hypothesis” may be the reason for the increased incidence of childhood asthma in recent years.A large number of clinical studies indicate that, probiotics, which play a positive role in the digestive system diseases, can prevent and treat children atopic dermatitis as well as food allergies, but the conclusions of prevention and treatment of asthma have been inconsistent.More and more of the animal experiments show that probiotics have benefical effects in the prevention or therapy of asthma, its mechanism is still in the exploration, probiotics such as lactobacillus will provide a new clinical thought for the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma in the future.
