China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the enterococcal distribution in clinical samples and their drug resistance to commonly use antibiotic and provide the guidance for rational administration.METHODS : Adopting paper diffusion method to observe the drug resistance of enterococci isolated from clinical samples in our hospital and analyzing their distribution in the samples.RESULTS :Enterococcus faecalis accounts for 44.1% in 227 strains and Enterococcus faecium accounts for 37.9%,the other kinds of enterococci were rare. There was no statistical difference between drug resistance of Enterococcus faecium and that of enterococcus faecalis. Vancomycin was the most potent antimicrobial.Penicillin, ampicillin, and nitrofurantion showed good antibacterial activity against enterococcus faecalis. Enterococcus faecium displayed high-level resistance against antibiotics in addition to glycopeptides.CONCLUSION:Doctor should pay attention to the drug resistance about clinically common pathogenic bacterium. Continual surveillance of resistance rate of enterococcus is important to direct the treatment of enterococcus infections.
2.Valsartan Improves Endothelial Function in Essential Hypertension Patients
Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2006;0(08):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of valsartan on endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Thirty six patients of essential hypertension recieved valsartan(80 mg/d) for 8 weeks. After treatment, serum NO, SOD and MDA were measured using chemically colorimetric method. Brachial artery endothelium-dependent dilation function(FMD) was determined by high resolution ultrasonography. Twenty six health adults served as controls. Results Compared with the control, FMD was significantly decreased (P
3.Apoptosis and Expression of Caspase in Peripheral-blood Lymphocyte(PBLC) of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE) Patients
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To study the apoptosis of PBLC in SLE patients and the roles of caspase in the pathogeneses of SLE.Methods PBLC apoptosis was evaluated by vitro cell culture in 25 patients with SLE(11 active stage,14 catabasis),and 18 controls. The expression of caspase of PBLC was also detected by Western blot. Results In SLE,compared with controls, the apoptosis of PBLC were reduced before cell culture while those were increased after culture 24 and 48hrs.Expressions of caspase-2,3 in active stage patients were lower than those of catabasis group and controls. Conclusions Abnormal PBLC apoptosis results in decreasing Caspase2,3 in SLE patients.
4.THE EXTRACT FROM HIPPOCAMPUS TRIMACULATUS (EHT): ITS EFFECT OF ANTITHROMBOSIS IN RATS AND INGREDIENTS ANALYSIS
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(01):-
The experiments show that extract from Hippocampus trimaculatus Leach (EHT) can inhibit experimental common carotid artery and cerebral thrombosis in rats, and its effective ingredients are unsaturated fatty acids.
5.Determination of baicalin, rhein and berberine in Yiqing Capsule by HPLC
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(02):-
AIM: To determine the contents of baicalin, berberine, rhein in Yiqing Capsule(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis) by HPLC. METHODS: The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C 18 column (150 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m), 0.02 mol?L -1 phosphoric acid (TEA adjusted to pH=6.82)-acetonitrile(40∶11) mixture as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 254 nm, flow rate of 1.0 mL?min -1. RESULTS: The calibration curves of three ingredients were linear within the range of 3.666-73.32 mg?L -1(r=0.9998, baicalin), 0.3112-15.56 mg?L -1(r=0.9998, rhein), 1.221-50.04 mg?L -1(r=0.9999,berberine), respectively. The average recovery of baicalin is 102.3%(RSD=2.5%), berberine for 101.8%(RSD=1.8%), and rhein for 98.3%(RSD=2.9%). CONCLUSIONS: The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate.
6.Current diagnosis and therapy of anterior mandibular fracture associated with condyle fractures.
West China Journal of Stomatology 2014;32(2):206-208
Anterior mandibular fracture, which includes symphyseal and parasymphyseal mandibular fractures, is one of the most common types of fracture in clinical work, and is usually associated with condyle fracture. This type of fracture predisposes the patients to facial widening, malocclusion, and ankylosis when not properly and timely treated because of the influence of its anatomic structure. This article reviews the characteristics, complication, diagnosis, and therapy of this type of fracture.

7.SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF 2-[(SUBSTITUTED PHENYL)VINYL] INDOLE DERIVATIVES
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2001;36(2):100-104
AIM To synthesize derivatives of 2-[substituted phenyl)vinyl] indole and find compounds with biological activities by screening in vitro. METHODS Twenty-one compounds of 2-[(substituted phenyl)vinyl] indole were synthesized by reduction, oxidation and Witting reaction. MS, 1HNMR and elemental analysis were used to determine the structures of the new compounds. RESULTS These compounds are new ones. CONCLUSION Six compounds (3,9,11,13,18 and 20) showed effects on some different receptors, such as alpha2, D2 and H1, and is worth further studying.
8.Application and clinical significance of minimally Invasive treatment for patients with esophageal carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2013;(1):74-77
Esophageal cancer is one of the most common alimentary malignancy.Although drugs and radiation treatments for esophageal cancer are constantly improved, surgical resection is still recognized as the most effective treatment method at present. With the continuous development of esophageal surgical techniques, minimally invasive treatment of esophageal cancer surgery technology has bcen performed at home and abroad, for the purpose of reducing the complications or mortality and improving the post-operative quality of life.Minimally invasive surgical indications, surgical procedure selection, complications and prognosis compared with traditional surgery are reviewed in this article to explore the application and clinical significance of minimally invasive treatment in patients with esophageal carcinoma.
9.A Estimation Method of Investing Large Medical Equipment’s in the Government Hospitals
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(7):86-87
The main factor is the number of patients, which predicted by least square method to reduce the deviation. The like equipments located nearby are also considered and the Shared Coefficient is proposed.
10.Expression and significance of Survivin and PTEN in rectal carcinoma
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(6):676-678
Objective To detect the expression of Survivin ,PTEN and to discuss the correlations between them and the clinico-pathological characteristic of rectal carcinoma ,evaluate their effects on the development of rectal carcinoma .Methods SP immuno-histochemical was used to detect the expression level of Survivin and PTEN in 72 rectal carcinoma samples ,and randomly selected 20 cases of normal paraneoplastic tissues as control group .Results The positive rate of Survivin and PTEN in normal paraneoplas-tic tissues were 0 and 85 .0% respectively ;The positive rate in rectal carcinoma samples were 61 .1% and 41 .7% respectively .Posi-tive expressions of Survivin and PTEN did not had no correlation with gender ,age ,but correlated with differentiation ,dukes staging and lymph node metastasis .PTEN expression was negatively correlated with Survivin expression in rectal carcinoma .Conclusion The low expression of Survivin and high expression of PTEN might promote tumor genesis and progression of rectal carcinoma , which could be used to judge the rectal cancer clinical staging and pathologic grading .
