2.Acupuncture technique of "five elements motion and six kinds of qi".

The origin and development of "five elements motion and six kinds of qi" acupuncture technique are reviewed, and acupuncture for treatment and prevention of disorders of "five elements motion and six kinds of qi" is summarized. Also its principle is analyzed. Problems such as the inconformity of acupoint selection, lack of systematic theory are discussed. It is pointed out that, instead of indiscriminate copy, treatment should be based on the observation of the transportation and transformation of qi; it is suggested that the classics should be inherited and innovated, combining the tradition with contemporary, and according to a sixty-year cycle, the acupuncture technique of "five elements motion and six kinds of qi" can be improved systematically for promotion and application.

4.Repairing the outpocketing of nasal tip and thin skin after the augmentation rhinoplasty combined Autogeneic dermis with silicone prosthesis

Objective:To explore a new method for repairing the outpocketing of nasal tip and thin skin after the augmentation rhinoplasty Methods:Autogeneic dermis been obtained from the gluteal fold were properly cut and sutured to the tip of "L" model silicone prosthesis. Then the combined material of dermis and prosthesis were been put to the lacouna. Results:The phenomenon of outpocketing and thin skin of nasal tip disapeard and the noddle of nose satiated. The patients were traced 6~12 months, no obvious absorption and sharpping of nasal tip were found.Conclusion:Combind autogeneic dermis and silicone prosthesis can properly repaired the complication of the outpocketing of nasal tip and thin skin after augmentation rhinoplasty and the result can lasted a long time. We concluded that autogeneic dermis is a pragmatic and utility repairing meteria for the augmentation rhinoplasty.
5.Hospital-acquired pneumonia due to acinetobacter baumannii in RICU-a report of 49 cases

Objective:To investigate the prevalence,antibiotic resistance and risk factors of Acinetobacter Baumannii hospital-acquired pneumonia(ABHAP)in Respiratory Intensive Care Unit(RICU)of our hospital for guidance of clinical prevention and treatment of ABHAP.Methods:Clinical information and results of Antibiotic susceptibility test for all of the patients with hospital-acquired pneumonia(HAP)in RICU of our hospital from May 2007 to October 2008 were collected.Antibiotic resistance and risk factors of ABHAP were analyzed retrospectively.Results:159 patients suffered from HAP.Of which,49 patients had ABHAP and accounted for 30.8% of all cases.Acinetobacter Baumannii was the second commonest pathogen of HAP.The resistance rate of Acinetobacter Baumannii strains to the third generation of Cephalosporin and Fluoroquinolone were over 90%.And the resistance rate to Imipenen was 42.7%.Pan-resistant rate was 23.5%.Univariate analysis showed that APACHEII score ≥20,hospita1ization in RICU ≥2 weeks,invasive mechanical ventilation,invasive mechanical ventilation ≥7 days,trachea intubation or tracheotomy,trachea intubation or tracheotomy≥7 days and broad-spectrum antibiotic therapy≥7 days were associated with BAHAP.Multivariate logistic analysis showed that hospita1ization in RICU≥2 weeks,invasive mechanical ventilation≥7 days,APACHEII score≥20 and broad-spectrum antibiotic therapy ≥7 days were independent risk factors of ABHAP.Conclusions:The present study found high incidence rate,severe drug-resistance and therapeutic difficulties of ABHAP in RICU.Shortening duration of hospitalization and invasive mechanical ventilation,rational use of antibiotics are helpful to prevent and treat ABHAP.
6.5-Aza-cytidine inhibit proliferation of human promyelocytic leukemia cells (HL60) by inducing apoptosis

Objevtive:This study was aimed to investigate the effect of 5-aza-cytidine on the proliferation,cell cycles distribution profile and apoptosis of human promyelocytic cell line HL60.Methods: The human promyelocytic cell line HL-60 was cultured in RPMI 1640 medium.3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-y)l-2,5-diphenylte trazolium(MTT)reduction by cells was used to assess drug-induced cell growth inhibition.Cells were treated with 0.25,0.5,1,2.5?mol/L of freshly prepared 5-aza-cytidine for 48 hours before they were harvested for analyzing distribution of cell cycle phases and apoptosis by flow cytometer.Results:5-aza-cytidine inhibited HL60 cell proliferation in a time-and concentration-dependent manner.Apoptosis was induced as detected by flow cytometry.Determination of the cell cycle distribution by flow cytometry revealed an accumulation of cells in G1 phase.Conclusion:DNA methylation inhibitor 5-aza-cytidine has effects on proliferation of human promyelocytic cell line HL60.Possible mechanism of this inhibition is induction of apoptosis.
7.The learning curve and its influence factors of the modified Miccoli mode endoscopic thyroidectomy

Objective:To evaluate the operative time,blood loss,conversion rate toopen surgery,and operative complications formodi-fied Miccoli mode endoscopic thyroidectomy at different stages,under different surgical conditions and with diffrent techniques,in order to explore the learning curve of modified Miccoli mode endoscopic thyroidectomy and its influence factors.Methods:Clinical data of 362 operative cases of benign thyroid tumore performed between June 2005 and June2008 by a single doctor were reviewed.The patients were sequentially divided into three groups,with 30 cases in each group(without considering the size and site of the mass).The operative time,blood loss,conversion rate to open surgery and operative complications were compared between the three groups.Results:The op-erative time in group A,group B and group C were(104.3?29.6)min,(79.5?21.9)min,and(73.67?17.6)min,respectively.There were significant differences in operative time,between the three groups.2 patients in group A converted to open surgery for blood loss,and 1 patient had a temporary injury of recurrent laryngeal nerves.There were significant differences blood loss between the three groups.The influencing factors were as follows.The operative time for the masses of 2 to 4 centimeters was significantly shorter than that for the masses of shorter than 1 centimeter or longer than 5 centimeters.The size cased the same difference for the blood loss.The operative time for the masses in the middle and upper part was significantly shorter than the masses in other parts,the site also did bring about sig-nificant differences in blood loss.The technique of constructing cavity,imaging and ultrasonic calpel to stop bleeding had obvious impact on operative time and blood loss.The operative time for radical thyroidectomy was longer than than for partial thyroidectomy,while 2 pa-tients had a temporary injury of recurrent laryngeal nerves after the adical thyroidectomy.The significant differences in blood loss were found.Conclusion:The learning curve of the modified Miccoli mode endoscopic thyroidectomy requires approximately 30 cases to achieve more proficiency.Advanced technology and equipment,proper choice of patients and simple way of operation can passivate the learning curve of this kind.

9.Study on extractive technics of essential active components in compound shark cartilage capsules

Objective To study the extraction technology of essential active components in compound shark cartilage capsules.Methods Astragalin and matrine,the essential active components in compound shark cartilage capsules,were taken as the test indexes.The extraction was optimized by using orthogonal design.Results The calibration curve for astragalin and matrine was linear over the range of 1~5?g and 2.2~11.0?g,respectively.The results suggested that the optimum conditions:Astragalus membranaceus Bge.∶water =1∶16,extracting for 2h,repeating 3 times for extraction of astragalin;Sophora flavescens Ait.∶water=1∶16,extracting for 2h for extraction of matrine.Conclusion The extraction technology was simple,reliable and could be used in guality control of extracting the essential active components in compound shark cartilage capsules.
10.The idea about the mode of a patient-centered modern clinic
