3.Should all patients with ischemic stroke use high-dose statins?
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2012;(11):875-880
Statin therapy has become a standard method for the prevention of ischemic stroke, and is becoming a treatment option for acute ischemic stroke. The pleiotropic effects of statins which are independent of cholesterol are the main basis of using them in the treatment of ischemic stroke. It is regarded that these pleiotropic effects may have neuroprotective effects, thus improving the neurological functional outcome of patients. At the same time, studies have shown that the therapeutic effect of statins has dose-dependent manner; therefore,we advocate using high-dose statin therapy. However, about whether high-dose statins should be used in patients with ischemic stroke of the different mechanisms remain controversial.
4.NK Activity in PEC and Spleen Cells with the Stimulation of BCG
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
The cytotoxic activity of WAB/NOT rats peritoneal exudate cells(PEC),spleencells were tested after the stimulation of large dose(Img)of BCG intraperitoneallyand intravenously. The data show the NK activity was increased markedly in PEC in a quantifiable5hr ~(51)C rrelease assay after 5 days stimulation by BCG.Nylon wool coloumn threa-tment had no significant effect on the cytotoxic activity in PEC but the carbonyl irontreatment did. The data suggest that rat NK cells in PEC are W3/25 negative when we used theantibody to label the cells and to sorter them on FACS. The data also show the suppressor cells were induced by BCG at the same time. Both NK cells and suppressor cells regulate immunological mechanism effected on tumor.
5.Quantimet analysis of Pathlogical Changes of Blood Circulatory Disturbances in Rat
Chinese Journal of Trauma 1990;0(04):-
The pathological changes of blood circulatory disturbances of the rat lungs induced by blast or blast burn injuries were analysed quantitatively by quantimet 920. After infusion fixation with 40% formalin, the different relevant grey levels were viewed in four longitudinal sections of left and right lungs. The different greg levels corresponded with the severity of circulatory disturbancecs, espesially with the hemorrhage. Because various degrees of disturbances play different roles in the pathophysiological effect on the body, weight coefficinet 0, 1, 2, 4 were designed respectively according to the grey level, the sum of both all grey area of the lung and corresponding weight coefficinet indicates the value of the degree of circulatory disorder in the injuried lung. Thus the severity of the pathlogical changes could be estimated quantitatively.
6.Effect of Early Stage Shock in Combined Radiation—Burn on Whole Body and Intestinal Epithelium of Mice
Chinese Journal of Trauma 1993;0(05):-
Compared study of the early shock stage effects on whole body and intestinal epithelium was taken among radiation injury (12.16Gy irradiation of a ~(60)Co source), burns (5%, 10%, 15%, 25%TBSA Ⅲ?) and combined radiation-burn injury animals. Seven hundred and fifty mice were examined totally. The incidence of severe shock increased as the extent of burn area increased. The early burn shock was the most important cause of death in combined injury animals before 48h postinjury, and represented 8 special feature of combined effects. Early shock could be prevented and early stage death peak disappeared through fluid replacement to the combined injury animals, meanwhile, severe damage of intestinal epithelium resulted by the shock mitigated. Thus, if the shock was effectively treated, further treatment and regeneration of intestinal epithelium could become possible.
7.Treatment of Lower Lumbar Instability with Posterior Pedicle Combined with Bone Graft
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate clinical results of lower lumbar degenerative instability for the treatment of lumbar posterior pedicle screw system instrumentation combined with bone graft. Methods 38 patinets suffering from lumbar instability were treated with laminectomy ,nerve root canal enlargement and posterior pedicle screw system instrumentate combined with bone graft by pressure. Results All cases were followed up for 7to 13months.According to the system made by Wong xishen and X-ray 13 months after operation, the excellent and good rate of posterior pedicle screw system instrumentate combined with bone graft by pressure was 94.7%,and the stability of fusion lumbar spine reserved. It's fusion rate was 100%.Conclusion Posterior pedicle screw system instrumentate combined with bone graft by pressure is a safe and effective treatment for lumbar instability.
8.Innovation in scientific researches
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(10):-
Despite of great strides already made,China is still lagging behind Western countries in terms of scientific innovation, which is not parallel with China's economic achievement. Here I would like to summarize my experience in 30-year science research from the following two aspects:one is the motivation and source of innovation and the other is the value and implication of innovation. I will mainly focus on the relation of innovation with accidental discovery, reversed thought, long term accumulation, and challenge of the authorities. I will also discuss the great role of innovation in developing new theories, guiding medical practice, and dealing with emergencies.
9.Clinical value of small probe endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of small esophageal ;leiomyoma
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(3):421-423
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of small probe endoscopic ultrasonography and to explore the clinical value of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)for esophageal small leiomyoma. Methods A total of 46 patients who diagnosed with esophageal SMTs by endoscope and EUS were selected, who were demanded endoscopic resection, and the clinical data and treatment outcomes of them were retrospectively analyzed. Results As showed by EU,40 cases of the total 46 cases were originated from mucosal muscularis,5 cases were originated from sub mucosal, and 1 case was from the muscularis propria layer.A total of 40 cases received EMR with complete excision,4 cases received ESD,2 cases received surgical treatment.Examinations of histopathological and immunohis-tochemical confirmed that the lesions were leiomyomas;both the lateral and basal margins of the specimens were free of tumor cells.None of the patients developed delayed bleeding or perforation. No tumor residual or recurrence was found during follow-up(rangeed 1 -12months).Conclusion EUS is an effective method for diagnosing esophagus submucosal tumors, and EMR could be a preferred treatment for small esophagus leiomyoma.
10.Electromicroscopic observation on the prevention and treatment of experimental pulmonary edema in rat treated with anisodamine
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
A preliminary study was conducted on prevention and treatment of adrenaline induced pulmonary edema in rat with anisodamine. An animal model of rat fatal pulmonary edema close to clinical neurogenic edema was made by intravenous injection of adrenaline. It is a kind of mixed pulmonary edema with both an increase in pulmonary capillary pressure and in permeability of pulmoary microvasculature. Anisodamine showed a pretty good preventive and therapeutic effect. The observation under eletron microscope:(1) In the group of edema: It showed that protein-rich fluid accumulated in the alveolar and interstitial space. The endothelial cells and epithelial cells were swollen and degenerated. Some of the basement membrance was lost and disintegrated.(2) In the group with anisodamine prevention and treatment: It revealed that all of the pathological changes diminished. The epithelium and endothelium were normal, edema disappeared. The interstitial space widen and alveolar septal thicken which was due to the repair of the inflammation resulting in proliferation of connective tissue. The results showed that anisodamine cart inhibit the pulmonary microvascular and alveolar permeability as well.
