3.Acupuncture technique of "five elements motion and six kinds of qi".
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(7):727-730
The origin and development of "five elements motion and six kinds of qi" acupuncture technique are reviewed, and acupuncture for treatment and prevention of disorders of "five elements motion and six kinds of qi" is summarized. Also its principle is analyzed. Problems such as the inconformity of acupoint selection, lack of systematic theory are discussed. It is pointed out that, instead of indiscriminate copy, treatment should be based on the observation of the transportation and transformation of qi; it is suggested that the classics should be inherited and innovated, combining the tradition with contemporary, and according to a sixty-year cycle, the acupuncture technique of "five elements motion and six kinds of qi" can be improved systematically for promotion and application.

4.Nursing research progress of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(23):1837-1840
ICU is the important place of ventilator associated pneumonia, the occurrence of fatality rate in patients with ventilator associated pneumonia is higher. In this paper, the cause of the ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU and nursing research progress are summarized, that enhance their awareness of the importance of nursing care and the use of normative evidence-based nursing in clinical practice thinking and nursing process, explore the nursing methods of more appropriate, to reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU is of great help.
5.Three-dimensional temperature distribution during femur tumor hyperthermia based on three-dimensional temperature field
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(39):5879-5884
BACKGROUND:Temperature measure methods of human tissue include destructive measurement and nondestructive measurement. Destructive measurement cannot measure three-dimensional (3D) temperature field and nondestructive measure is stil in the research stage. It is better way to build a mathematical and physical model to predict and simulate femur tumor hyperthermia. OBJECTIVE:To obtain the three-dimensional temperature distribution of femur and its surrounding tissues during tumor hyperthermia. METHODS:3D temperature distribution was obtained by using finite element method on the basis of heat conduction theory, Laplace equation, Pennes bio-heat transfer equation, thermo physical parameters of bone tissues, the boundary condition, and initial conditions. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The femur had good hinder effect to heat transfer. Femoral temperature curve in the 3D space showed el ipsoid distribution with heat source as the center;the closer from heat source, the greater the temperature gradient was. The three major diameters of temperature isoline were different at 50℃, which is maximum in cross section and minimum in the sagittal plane. In the three directions of the femur, transfer capability of temperature was different, so the radius of the inactivation of the tumor was also different. Because the 3D temperature space distribution of femur is asymmetry during hyperthermia, the necessary method is to use more than a heat source in order to avoid residual cancer tissue or destructive normal tissue.
6.miR-106a regulates the osteogenic differentiation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells by targeting bone morphogenetic protein receptor 2
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(28):4109-4116
BACKGROUND:Under normal physiological conditions, there is a homeostasis between the osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s. Osteogenic differentiation is an important process in the formation of skeleton in which differentiated and mature osteoblasts are indispensable. OBJECTIVE:To explore the role of miR-106a and its target gene, bone morphogenetic protein receptor 2 (BMPR2) in the differentiation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s into osteoblasts. METHODS:Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were induced to differentiate into osteoblasts by osteoblast-specific induction medium, and this process was detected by western blot and alkaline phosphatase staining. Overexpression of miR-106a was elicited by transfecting miR-106a mimics and the BMPR2 knockdown achieved by RNA interference. The expression levels of miR-106a and BMPR2 were detected by real-time PCR and western blot, respectively. The interaction of miR-106a and BMPR2 was verified by TargetScan software and dual luciferase report experiment assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The expression of miR-106a was decreased whereas the expression of BMPR2 increased with the progress of osteogenesis differentiation. When miR-106a was overexpressed, alkaline phosphatase activity was declined and the expressions of runt-related transcription factor 2 and osteocalcin, markers of osteogenesis differentiation, both decreased. The expression of BMPR2 was decreased as wel . BMPR2 was predicted to be the target gene of miR-106a by TargetScan software and this prediction proved by dual luciferase report experiments assay. Additional y, osteogenesis differentiation was inhibited by knocking down the expression of BMPR2. These results indicate that miR-106a regulates the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s into osteoblasts by targeting BMPR2.
7.Should all patients with ischemic stroke use high-dose statins?
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2012;(11):875-880
Statin therapy has become a standard method for the prevention of ischemic stroke, and is becoming a treatment option for acute ischemic stroke. The pleiotropic effects of statins which are independent of cholesterol are the main basis of using them in the treatment of ischemic stroke. It is regarded that these pleiotropic effects may have neuroprotective effects, thus improving the neurological functional outcome of patients. At the same time, studies have shown that the therapeutic effect of statins has dose-dependent manner; therefore,we advocate using high-dose statin therapy. However, about whether high-dose statins should be used in patients with ischemic stroke of the different mechanisms remain controversial.
8.Study on SP,VIP expression in the 'cathartic colon' rats
Journal of Chinese Physician 2011;02(z2):5-7
ObjectiveObserving the distribution and the change of the quantity of SP,VIP in the colon tissue of 'cathartic colon'rats.MethodsWe divided the 32 wistar rats weighted (200 ±10)g into 2 groops randomly:the blank group( n =8) and model group( n =8).we induced the 'cathartic colon'rats with the suspension of dahuang. The blank group were given the distilled water for contrast. After one week during the time Dahuang was stopped. We killed them, measured the carbon powder propulsion rates in the intestine and then took Specimen after the 8 rats were fasted 24 hours as well as the blank group, but water were given. We compared the variation of SP,VIP distribution between two groups.ResultsThe carbon powder propulsion rates in the model group were slower than that in the saline control group. The distribution of SP,VIP are all more than that in the blank group.ConclusionThe distribution of SP,VIP are all more than that in the blank group.
