Chinese genuine regional herbs are a combination of nature resource and traditional knowledge. Although we can make it to be an intellectual property product through applying geographical indication or certification mark, the value realization of Chinese genuine regional herbs should be supported by the merchant capital. Meanwhile, the merchant capital also disturbs the reasonable market price of Chinese genuine regional herbs. We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.

Postprandial hyperglycemia is one of the characteristics of glucose profiles in Chinese T2DM patients. High-ratio premix insulin analogues with advantages of excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics and flexible and convenient administration provide a comprehensive solution for Chinese T2DM patients to effectively control postprandial glucose and reduce blood glucose fluctuation. This paper is a literature review on its clinical evidence and experience.

Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic recurrent atopic constitution-associated inflammatory skin disease mainly characterized by eczematous lesions and itching. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear, and there are many controversies about its origin, definition, clinical phenotypes and diagnostic criteria. This review analyzes and discusses these controversies in order to provide a meaningful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.

Objective To observe the effect of Gangshu lotion on treatment of anorectal disease. Methods 125 patients with anotectal disease were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group 75 cases, using Gangshu lotion; control group 50 cases, using 1:5000pp sitz bath; 2 weeks are one course of treatment, the efficacy was evaluated after 1 course of treatment. Results The effects of treatment group were better than that of control group (P<0.01) and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Gangshu lotion had good curative effect in improving the symptoms such as pain, hemorrhage, edema, pruritus and so on.

Anatomic structures and their relative position of the target and organs at risk surrounded will change more or less during fractional radiotherapy.These uncertainties will affect the practice of treatment planning correctly.The degree of these uncertainties can be investigated by imaging verification system during clinical practice.The possible reasons of these uncertainties may be tumor volume variations,organ motions orshape changes,patients weight or form changes and set-up errors.The development and practice of imageguided radiotherapy,dose guided radiotherapy and adaptive radiotherapy can offer rational approaches to over-come the uncertainties of the target and organ at risk surrounded during radiotherapy.

The investigation and study of cancer stem cells(CSC)have received enormous attention since the theory has been proposed,but remain topics of considerable controversy.A correct understanding of the biological characteristics of cancer stem cells and relevant mechanisms,to find new ways and methods to cure cancer are currently the most important direction.In the following text,we discuss the origin,the identification,regulatory pathway,micro-environment,the role of miRNA in the CSC and the new potential therapeutic targets elucidated by considering cancer as a problem in stem cell biology.
