5.Studying influence of fruit Morinda citrifolia extract (MC) in immune index on CY induced immuno suppressive mice
Journal of Medical Research 2004;27(1):28-33
The fluid extract of MC (1 ml contains 1 gram fruit of MC) was used to evaluate its influence in immune index on immuno suppressive mice by CY. The fluid extract of MC in dose of 6 gram/kg body weight per oral route daily in 5 day consecutive course has increased relative weight of spleen and thymus, total leucocytes count, number of lymphocyte, natural killer and monocyte, rate of immune B rosette forming cells, plaque forming cells, the dermoreaction with OA antigen compare group that has been only injected CY without using any drug

6.Contribute to understand the effect of chemicals on immunological responding capacity of people having frequent and long contact
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;295(2):40-42
Study on 48 people, of whom 16 are male and 32 are female, from 23 to 44 years old. They were long exposed with poly-chemicals, such as organic and iso-organic acids: benzene, toluene and their coequals. The parameters have been used: phagocyte capablity and phagocyte index of neutrophils; E, rossett formed T cells. The results showed that: Phagocyte capability and phagocyte index of neutrophils decreased significantly comparing with control group (p<0.001)

9.Development of Immune Reaction Concept for Perinatology.
Korean Journal of Perinatology 2015;26(2):109-113
Most of perinatological phenomenona and diseases are closely related with immune reaction. Most of initial immune responses occur through innate immunity and most causes, such as mechanical damage, hypoxia, and hyperoxia, are self and microorganisms are non-self, all of which are related with immune reaction concept. However, researches on perinatology are mainly focused on specific one or two causes of perinatal diseases, so often there is limitation to understand the basic concepts and phenomenona of the perinatal diseases. Through understanding of immune reaction concept, we can apply immune reaction theory to researches in perinatology and we can understand phenomenona in perinatology through knowledge of immune reaction. Therefore it is essential to understand historical development of immunology and concept of immune reaction for researches and treatment of perinatology.

Korean Journal of Dermatology 1985;23(3):283-289
The study was performed to measure and compare the peripheral blood T cell and T subsets in normal controls and psoriatic patients. Thirty-two normal controls and fift:en psoriatic patients were subjected to the study and the percentages and the rati vs of peripheral blood T cell and T subsets were measured. The results were as follows: 1. Mean percentages of peripheral blood lymphocytes reactive with OKT3 monoclonal antibody in psoriatic patients were 72. 8+-8. 2%, They decreased significantl) as compared with these in control group(76, 6- i-4. 7%). Mc an percentages of peripheral blood lymphocytes reactive with OKT4 monoclonal antibody in psoriatic patients were 47. 3+6, 7p;. They increased as compared with these in control group(46. 5+-3. 9p;), but the increase was insignificant. 3. Mean percentages of peripheral blood lymphocytes reactive with OKT8 monoclonal antibody in psoriatic patients were 27. 2+5. 5g, They decreased significantly as compared with these in control group(30, 6- l-4. 3%) 4. Mean ratios of lymphocytes reactive with OKT4 monoclonal antibody to these reactive with OKT8 monoclonal antibody in psoriatic patients were 1.8+- 0. 48 They increased significantly as compared with these in control group(1. 6+ 0.34).
