1.Genotyping of 238 HBV strains by the methods of type-specific primers PCR
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To establish a set of suitable and reliable methods and to study the distribution of HBV genotypes.Methods:Type-specific primers were designed, and type-specific primers PCR was used to genotype the HBV strains. Results:A total of 218 out of the 238 strains were genotyped.Among them,49(68.3%) cases were genotype B(male 69.3%,female 65.3%),63(28.9%) cases were genotype C(male 28.3%,female 30.8%),6(2.8%) cases were mixtures of genotype B and C(male 2.4%,female 3.8%).No genotype A,D,E,F,G and H were found. Conclusion:Genotype B is the most dominant type for HBV strains and there is no relationship between the gender and HBV genotypes.
2.Clinical trial on gatifloxacin against acute exacerbation ofchronic bronchitis (AECB) in adults
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis(AECB).Methods:23 patients in each group (trial or control) were treated with gatifloxacin or ciprofloxacin, respectively, for 5 to 14 days. Results:The clinical effective rates of the two groups were 91.3% and 78.3%,respectively.The bacterial eradication rates of the two groups were 91.7% and 72.7% respectively.Incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were 12.5% and 8.7%,respectively.Conclusion:The efficacy and safty of gatifloxacin in treating AECB is reliable and superior to ciprofloxacin.
3.Ethical discussion on stem cells research
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(6):601-604
Unique totipotency of embryonic stem cell make it great value.Embryonic stem cells have received extensive attention from the discovery, research to application. This paper outlined the discovery of embryonic stem cell and the challenges faced in the progress of the study and research process, focusing on the ethical issues.Meanwhile, this paper analyzed the attitude of various governments, the status of the relevant laws and regulations in order to discuss the prospects of stem cell re

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic skin inflammation, and its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated to date. In the previous study, rhIL23R-CHR/Fc fusion protein had been found to significantly relieve the symptoms of psoriasis mice and the pharmacological mechanism had been initially elucidated. In this study, we established a psoriasis cell model (Act-HaCaT) using TNF-α-activated human immortalized keratinocytes (HaCat). In our current study, the lncRNA that plays a key role in the regulation of Act-HaCaT function by the rhIL23R-CHR/Fc fusion protein was screened by transcriptome sequencing combined with qRT-PCR.The results showed that rhIL23R-CHR/Fc fusion protein significantly inhibited cell proliferation and inflammatory factor production in Act-HaCaT.lncRNA ENST00000522718 was obtained by screening, and knockdown of ENST00000522718 was found to significantly inhibit cell proliferation and inflammatory factor production. Our findings suggest that ENST00000522718 plays an important role in the pathological mechanism of psoriasis.

OBJECTIVE To explore the role of the establishment of the trans-regional review system on rational drug use in second-grade general hospital ,and to promote the rational drug use. METHODS With the administrative support of Jiuquan Health Commission,5 second-grade general hospitals in Jiuquan Medical Association jointly established Jiuquan Rational Drug Use Review Training Center . A trans-regional review system was established to carry out cross-review of prescriptions and medical orders among 5 second-grade general hospitals. Totally 1 500 prescriptions and 900 medical records were collected from 5 second-grade general hospitals before (April to June ,2020)and after (July to September ,2020)the implementation of the project. The changes of rational drug use indicators ,the results of prescriptions and medical order review were investigated before and after the implementation of the project. RESULTS After the implementation of the project ,except for one hospital ,the proportion of drugs in other hospitals decreased to varying degrees with the highest decline rate of 22.56% . Compared with before the implementation of the project ,reasonable rate of outpatient and emergency prescription review increased by 5.72% averagely and the reasonable rate of medical order review increased by 10.10%(P<0.05). The average utilization rate of antibiotics in outpatients decreased by 14.45%,the average utilization rate of antibiotics in inpatients decreased by 7.98%,and the average use intensity of antibiotics decreased by 25.19%. CONCLUSIONS Through the establishment of trans-regional review system ,medical institutions can be forced to pay more attention to prescription review ,effectively improve the prescription review of pharmacists in medical institutions, and promote the rational use of drugs in medical institutions in the region. However ,there are still some problems , such as incomplete system coverage ,insufficient work experience ,lagging of informatization ,uneven pharmacist level ,and insufficient assessment and supervision of administrative functional departments.
