Objective To research and analyze the correlation of TNF-αexpression and renal damage in gestational hypertension patients.Methods 60 patients with gestational hypertension were selected as study group.Meanwhile,59 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group.The TNF-α expression and renal function were tested and analyzed.Results The TNF-α expression in study group was (24.7 ± 5.6)μg/L,(12.1 ± 8.2)μg/L in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The serum creatinine in 29 patients in the study group was (317 ± 24) μmol/L,TNF-α (26.9± 1.6)μg/L.The serum creatinine in other 31 patients was (153 ± 18)μmol/L,TNF-α (21.7 ± 2.1)μg/L.The serum creatinine in control group was (56 ± 19) μmol/L,TNF-α (10.3 ±4.1) μg/L.There was a positive correlation between TNF-α expression and serum creatinine.Conclusion The TNF-α expression may be positively correlate with renal damage in gestational hypertension patients.

Objective To investigate the reversal effect of hMSH2 small interference RNA(siRNA) on chemo-resistance of ovarian carcinoma cell line OC3/TAX300,explore the clinical significance.Methods The specific hMSH2 siRNA (experimental group) and non-specific hMSH2 siRNA (negative control group) was designed,synthesized and transfected into ovarian carcinoma cell line OC3/TAX300.The expression mRNA and protein levels of hMSH2 were detected by real-time reverse transcription (RT)-PCR and western blot.The cell proliferation was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) method after 12,24,48,72 hours of 2 μg/ml taxol,the apoptosis rate after 24,48 hours of 2 μg/ml taxol was analyzed by flow cytometry.Morphological changes and ultramicrostructure of cells after 48 hours of 2 μg/ml taxol were observed with transmission electron microscope.Results (1) The mRNA levels of hMSH2 were 0.004 ± 0.000,0.053 ±0.006 and 0.057 ± 0.012 in experimental group,negative control group and non-infected group,respectively.The protein levels of hMSH2 were 0.19 ± 0.04,1.00 ± 0.07 and 0.95 ± 0.03 in experimental group,negative control group and non-infected group,respectively.(2) Compared with the noninfected group and the negative control group.The cell proliferation was effectively inhibited after 12,24,48,72 hours of 2 μg/ml taxol(P ＜0.05).The cell cycle was arrested at G2/M phase,the apoptotic rate was significantly increased after 24,48 hours of 2 μg/ml taxol (P ＜ 0.05).The experimental group after 48 hours of 2 μg/ml taxol was found to have more visible cell shrinkage,more serious chromatin margination,nucleus condensation,fragmentation and apoptotic body formation,nucleolus disappeared,markedly swollen mitochondria,mitochondrial cristae disappeared and other signs of apoptosis.While the nucleus was located in the cells of the central and nucleolus is clear,only mild chromatin pyknosis and marginalized,mild swelling of mitochondria in the control group and blank group.Conclusion siRNA targeting hMSH2 may reverse the chemo-resistance of ovarian carcinoma cell line OC3/TAX300 and may become a treatment or a new direction in the adjuvant therapy of ovarian cancer.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of pressure pulse band in placenta previa cesarean section hemorrhage.Methods 130 patients with placenta previa surgery bleeding were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment of oxytocin,and the observation group,on the basis of the control group,in cesarean section in placenta praevia fail to control bleeding and bleeding is excessive,may surround the cervix as possible by lower fastening pressure pulse band (i.e.both ligament below),rapid delivery of uterus in abdominal cavity,stop the bleeding.Results The average time to hemostasis and surgical time of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(t =5.72,13.27,P ＜ 0.05).The average blood loss,blood transfusion were significantly higher than those of the observation group (t =14.37,10.45,P ＜ 0.05).The number of transfusion was significantly higher than that of the observation group (x2 =15.93,P ＜ 0.05).There was no death case.Conclusion In placenta previa cesarean section,the application of pressure pulse band can be quickly and effectively reduce the bleeding during operation and easy to master.

Objective:To investigate effect of curcumin on serum gelatinases level in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods:A total of 80 UAP patients admitted from January 2010 to September 2010 were enrolled and randomly divided into curcumin treatment group (n=40) and routine treatment control group (n=40). Serum levels of gelatinases [contain matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and -9] of the two groups were measured before and 30d after treatment.Results: Compared with before treatment , after treatment, serum levels of gelatinases significantly decreased [MMP-2:(52.64±6.77)ng/ml vs.(32.65±1.67)ng/ml,MMP-9:(56.75±7.34)ng/ml vs.(35±1.88)ng/ml]in curcumin treatment group (P<0.01), and they were significantly lower than those of routine treatment control group[MMP-2:(32.65±1.67)ng/ml vs.(37.78±2.76)ng/ml,MMP9:(35±1.88)ng/ml vs.(40.23±1.95)ng/ml]],P<0.05. Conclusion:Curcumin could decrease serum levels of gelatinases in patients with unstable angina pectoris, and possesses effect stabilizing coronary artery plaque.

Combined with the five Zang Yin-Yang theory, to discuss the spinal marrow and cerebral Yin Yang state. As the internal organs, we believe that the spinal marrow and cerebral are substantial Yin and functional Yang. Further we can diagnose and treat the cerebral and spinal marrow injury related diseases. In the clinical therapy of acute and chronic cerebral and spinal marrow diseases, we should maintain the substantial Yin by avoiding injury, preventing spinal degeneration and maintaining the blood supply; and we should adjusting the functional Yang by nourishing the blood and promoting blood circulation, calming the liver to stop the wind, keep Yin and Weiqi in balance, tonifying the spleen and kidney etc. From the author's experience ,the patient with acute cerebral and spinal marrow injury diseases should be treated by regulating lung, liver, spleen and kidney to remove the wet water and purge the fire;the patient with chronic cerebral and spinal marrow injury diseases should be treated by regulating heart, liver, spleen and kidney to enhance Yang and nourish Yin.

Objective:To study the improving effect of curcumin on cardiac function and its influence on myocardial collagen concentration in rats with myocardial infarction (MI).Methods:A total of 60 healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (n=10,survived rats n=9)and operation group [n=50,left an-terior descending artery was ligated,they were randomly divided into following four groups,on 28 d the treatment and survived rats in every group were:myocardial infarction (MI)group (n=9),control group (received intraper-itoneal injection of mixed solution,n= 10)and curcumin group (received intraperitoneal injection of curcumin, 100mg·kg-1 · d-1 n= 12)].After four weeks,M-mode echocardiography was used to measure left ventricular shortening fraction (LVFS),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)and heart rate (HR).Masson staining was used to detect the myocardial fibrosis alteration after MI.Immunohistochemistry was used to measure expressions of myocardial collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ,and ratio of collagen Ⅰ/Ⅲ.Results:Compared with MI group and control group,after four weeks,there were significant rise in LVFS [(17.23±1.97)%,(19.34±0.83)% vs.(26.70± 1.15)%]and LVEF [(42.08±5.50)%,(41.63± 1.81)% vs.(56.76±2.49)%],significant reductions in HR [(433.16±20.05)beats/min,(433.04±24.17)beats/min vs.(403.96±7.08)beats/min],concentrations of myo-cardial collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ,and ratio of collagen Ⅰ/Ⅲ [(13.5±0.9),(13.9±1.0)vs.(10.3±1.6)]in curcumin group,P <0.01 all.Masson staining indicated that acute myocardial infarction can cause significant left ventricular interstitial fibrosis.Conclusion:Curcumin could significantly improve cardiac function and inhibit myocardial fibro-sis level in rats with acute myocardial infarction.

Objective To understand the carrying status and drug resistance of streptococcus agalactiae in the genital tract of pregnant women.Methods The vaginal discharge from pregnant women was collected for conducting the bacterial culture.The iso-lated streptococcus agalactiae was performed the identification and the drugs susceptibility test by the VITEK 2 fully automatice bacterial identification analyzer.Results Among 1 042 samples,streptococcus agalactiae was isolated in 6 cases with the separation rate of 5.4%.The drug sensitivity test showed the Streptococcus agalactiae was highly sensitive to penicillin,cefazolin,vancomycin, linezolid and nitrofurantoin.The intermediate strains or drug resistant strains were not found.The sensitive rate to levofloxacin, moxifloxacin and clindamycin,erythromycin,tetracycline were 84.0%,84.0%,71.4%,39.3% and 8.9% respectively.Conclusion The carrying rate of streptococcus agalactiae in pregnant women is not high in our hospital.Penicillin and cefazolin should be as the drug of first choice for therapy and the clincal and laboratory nould payattention to detection of streptococcus agalactiae in pregnant women.
