Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Objective To study the relationship between TXA 2/PGI2 and pulmonary hypertension in Congenital Heart Disease(CHD).Methods The serum concentration of TXB2/6-K-PGF1? was determined in 63 patients with CHD by radioimmunoassay. Results TXB2 ,TXB2 /6-K-PGF1? increased significantly in P H,while 6-K-PGF1? decreased, the TXB2 /6-K-PGF1? varied in different PH groups(P<0.05).Conclusion TXA2/PGI2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PH se- condary to CHD.

Objective To investigate the effect of applying core competence training for grading nursing in ICU.Methods The nurses in ICU were divided into high qualification nurses group and low qualification nurses group according to professional ability;make clear the post responsibility, clinical educational training and management were performed according to grades. The nursing department and head nurse evaluated the training;the scores were analyzed and fed back. Results After applying core competence training for grading nursing the satisfaction of patients and nurses and the operational standard-reaching rate were significantly higher (p<0.05).Conclusion The core competence training for grading nursing could give full play to nurses at all levels, provide basis and ladder of sustainable development for nurse's career, deserve the clinical expansion.

Objective To assess the single-exponential and dual-exponential fitting methods of MR T2-Map, and to get T2 value of each pixel. Methods Single and dual-exponential methods with linear fitting and non-linear regression fitting techniques were used for a series images with different TE; then T2-Map images were achieved. T2-Map software was realized on MATLAB and it had the function of compute, display, save and so on. Results T2-Map software with single-exponential and dual-exponential fitting methods was achieved, able to calculate T2 value of tissues everywhere and form the T2-Map image. Conclusion Single-exponential T2-Map method is convenient, having obvious merit-high speed, but can not show the area with obvious different contents very well. However, dual-exponential fitting method can deal with this question with providing different T2 values, thus is accurate with the sacrifice of costing too much time. Dual-exponential fitting method of T2-Map is a beneficial supplement to single-exponential method.

7.The therapeutic effects of depressive neurosis by using combination of TCM with western medicine
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(11):1819-1820
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combination of TCM with western medicine for depressive neurosis. Methods The therapeutic group included 30 cases, patients were treated by combination of TCM with western medicine. The control group included 30 eases, patients were treated only with western medicine.Four weeks was a course of treatment. Results The efficacy of the therapeutic group was 96.7% ,the efficacy of the control group was 66.7% ,there is a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.01).Conclusion The combination of TCM with western medicine for depressive neurosis is effective with short course of treatment.

Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology 2010;26(4):276-278
Objectlve:To assess the influential factors of decision-to-delivery inteval (DDI) in caesarean section, and its influence on neonatal outcomes.Methods:472 caesarean sections were divided into two groups according to Lucas's classification :the emergency caesarean sections as group 1 (291) ; and the e-lective caesarean sections as group 2 (181).It was divided into DDI ≤30 min group and DDI > 30 mir group in group 1.A retrospective study was performed in DDI, influential factors of DDI, neonatal Apgar score and umbilical arterial blood gas. Results: ①The mean DDI was 35.5±11.6 min in group 1,in wgich DDI≤30 min was 210 cases (72.2%) and 49.3 ±22.8 min in group 2, in which DDI≤30 min was 86 cases (47.5%).②IN group 1,umbilical artery pH and Apgar core at 1 min after birth could be improved sigbificantly in the cases of DDI ≤ 30 min (P<0.05) , but no correlation was found between the DDI and Apgar scrore at 5 min ,as compared with DDI >30MIN CASES(p>0.05).③It was mainly influenced by time taken to get the patient into operation room in DDI >30 min (56 cases, 69.1 %).Concluslons :The recommended DDI ≤30 min is not routinely achieved even in emergency caesarean sections.Shortening DDI as far as pos-sible might improve the neonatal outcome.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2011;20(7):392-394
Objective To study the immunophenotypic feature of CD+2 adult B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (CD+2 B-ALL) and provide evidences for the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis. Methods The immunophenotypes of 18 cases of adult CD+2 B-ALL and 68 cases of adult CD-2 B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(CD-2 B-ALL) were assayed by a panel of monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) with FACS. Results The age of CD+2 B-ALL adults was younger compared to that of CD-2 B-ALL. The patients in the CD; group were similar to CD-2 group for the expression of most of the cell surface antigens assayed. However, it was notable that expression frequencies of CD10 [(73.78±26.67) %] in CD+2 B-ALL was higher than those in CD; B-ALL [(52.84±35.25) %] (t = 2.35, P<0.05) and CD33 [(15.46±27.41) %] were significantly lower than that of CD2 BALL [(31.15+27.72) %] (t = 2.16, P<0.05). Both groups showed high positive expression for CD34 72.2 % (13/ 18) and 80.9 % (55/68), respectively (χ2 = 0.64, P >0.05). The CD20 expression in CD+2 B-ALL was lower than that in CD-2 B-ALL significantly (χ2 = 11.38, P <0.05). The myeloid antigen (CD13 or CD33) expression in CD+2 B-ALL 44.4 % (8/18) was lower than that in CD-2 B-ALL 72.1 %(49/68) (χ2 = 4.86, P <0.05). Conclusion Patients in the CD+2 B-ALL were similar to CD-2 B-ALL for expression of most of the cell surface antigens assayed. CD+2 B-ALL showed low expression frequency of myeloid antigens (CD13, CD33) and CD20 antigens than CD-2 B-ALL. These results suggested that those with the CD+2 B-ALL immunophenotype generally presented with favorable prognostic features and usually could achieve good outcomes after treatment.

Objective To explore the indication and the methodology of transcatheter closure of coronary artery fistula. Methods Altogether 17 cases for intervention, included 13 using the Cook corp coil(2 detachable and another 11 un-detachable);1 with the Pfm corp detachable coil;3 with the AGA corp Amplatzer-Duct.The other 26 cases underwent surgery. Results Intervention group, showed 3 failure cases because of selecting too small and un-detachable coil in early stage with final displacement.Fourteen cases were successful.Follow-up 3 years showed no residue shunt and other complications. All patients were successful with surgery. Conclusions Transcatheter closure of the coronary artery fistula is mild invasive, short hospitalization, safe, and effective under proper indications.
