A fluorescence nanosensor based on an easily prepared fluorescent molecule, 1-oxo-1H-phenalene-2,3-dicarbonitrile (OPD), was developed for highly sensitive detection of glucose.Under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase (HRP), 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) was oxidized into oxidized TMB (oxTMB) by H2O2.And the fluorescence of OPD was quenched by the intense absorption of the formed oxTMB, thus realizing effective quantitative detection of H2O2.The linear range was 0.05-0.8 μmol/L and 1-10 μmol/L respectively, with limit of detection of 0.02 μmol/L.Besides, on the basis of transformation of glucose into H2O2 through the catalysis of glucose oxidase, this nanosensor could be further exploited for highly sensitive detection of glucose.The TMB-HRP-OPD sensor exhibited linear range of 0.1-3.0 μmol/L and 4.0-30 μmol/L respectively for detection of glucose, with limit of detection of 0.02 μmol/L.Furthermore, it was successfully applied to the determination of glucose in real human serum and the results were in good agreement with the clinical data.

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of the plasma growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods A total of 100 patients with CHF were in?cluded in this study (CHF group), and 30 healthy persons were used as control group. CHF group was divided into heart func? tionⅡgrade (n=35),Ⅲgrade (n=32),Ⅳgrade (n=33) groups in accordance with New York Heart Association (NYHA). And CHF group was also divided into left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)<0.4 grade (n=52) and LVEF≥0.4 grade (n=48) groups in accordance with LVEF of patients. The plasma GDF-15 and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels were detected by ELISA. The values of LVEF, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDd), left ventricular systolic diameter (LVDs) and left ventricular fractional shortening (LVFS) were detected by echocardiography. The correlation of GDF-15, NYHA classifi?cation, BNP and index of echocardiography was analyzed between groups. Results Compared with control group, the levels of BNP, GDF-15, LVDd and LVDs were significantly higher in heart failure group, and values of LVEF and LVFS were sig?nificantly lower (P<0.05). The plasma levels of BNP, GDF-15, LVDd and LVDs were in turn increased in control group, LVEF≥0.4 grade group and LVEF<0.4 grade group. The plasma levels of LVFS were in turn decreased, in control group, LVEF≥0.4 grade group and LVEF<0.4 grade group (P<0.05). There were positive correlations between the plasma levels of GDF-15 and BNP, NYHA, LVDd and LVDs (r=0.524, 0.286, 0.453 and 0.531, P<0.05). The plasma level of GDF-15 was negatively correlated with LVEF and LVFS (r=-0.592,-0.587,P<0.05). Conclusion The plasma level of GDF-15 can be used as a new marker for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.

Objective To explore the clinical value of high risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) test in shunting monitoring of atypical squamous cell of undetermined significance (ASCUS) and to seek the best treatment for patients with ASCUS.Methods 470 patients with ASCUS tested by TCT were given HR-HPV testing and biopsy under colposcopy.The clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results 470 cases of ASCUS contained a variety of cervical lesions:inflammation/acuminate accounted for 69.15％ (325/470),cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)accounted for 29.57％ (139/470),and invasive carcinoma accounted for 1.28％ (6/470).The positive rate of cervical pathological examination was 30.85％ (≥ CIN Ⅰ,145/470).The positive rate of HR-HPV was 50.43％(237/470).The detection rate of ≥CIN Ⅰ in HR-HPV positive group and negative group was 55.27％ (131/237)and 6.01％ (14/233),while the detection rate of ≥ CIN Ⅱ in HR-HPV positive group and negative group was 36.71％ (87/237) and 1.29％ (3/233).The differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.01).Incidence of ≥ CIN Ⅰ and invasive carcinoma in HR-HPV positive group was about 19.332 fold of that in HR-HPV negative group(95％ CI =10.632 ～ 35.152),while the incidence of ≥CIN Ⅱ and invasive carcinoma was about 44.467 fold of HR-HPV negative group (95％ CI =13.812 ～ 143.152).The detection sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value(NPV) of HR-HPV in the≥ CIN Ⅰ patients were 90.34％,67.38％,61.60％,93.99％.Those of ≥ CIN Ⅱ patients were 96.67％,60.53％,36.71％,98.71％.Conclusion ASCUS included partial CIN of high grades and cervical cancer,and the proportion of HPV infection is large,detection of high risk HPV-DNA is an effective shunting management method of ASCUS.

To better understand the molecular characterization ,pathogenesis ,origin ,and evolutionary relationship of the first human-infecting H6N1 influenza virus ,the dataset was downloaded from the Flu and GISAID databases ,and the phy-logenetic trees were reconstructed by maximum likelihood (ML) ,maximum parsimony (MP) and Bayesian inference (BI) . Furthermore ,the evolution rate ,the most recent common ancestor (TMRCA) ,variable sites ,glycosylation sites ,cleavage sites and other some molecular features were also analyzed by bioinformatic means .The results indicated that the HA gene fell into an individual clade with other three H6N1 virus strains isolated from chicken .TMRCA was in 2002 ,and the cluster had a higher evolution rate .The molecular features revealed the HA protein had 5 N-glycosylation sites ,2 O-glycosylation sites and 2 unique variable sites .The cleavage sites had only one basic amino acid and suggested that the human-infecting H6N1 virus strain was low pathogenic .However ,because of the higher substitution rate and viral reassortment ,people should pay more attention .

To carry out the teaching of hospital management in-depth and improve teaching quality, the group of teaching hospital management in 2010, through questionnaires, discussion and other forms, found out and analyzed the teaching situation, including the nature of this course, start time and hours, teacher team, teaching content, teaching methods, evaluation form, and so on. The result was that most students thought it not necessary to open so many courses. Then the article put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to further improve the management course.

Objective To investigate the phosphorylation of tau protein and the effect of atorvastatin on tau protein phosphorylation in hypercholesteremic mouse hippocampus. Methods Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, hypercholesteremia group, and low-dose atorvastatin treatment group (8mg·kg-1·d-1), middle-dose group (15mg·kg-1·d-1),and high-dose group (20mg·kg-1·d-1) with five mice in each group. The hypercholesteremia mouse model was induced by cholesterol-enriched diets. The expression level of tau protein phosphorylation in mouse hippocampus was detected by Western blot and immunohistochemistry methods. The activities of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and cyelin dependent kinase 5 (Cdk-5) were measured by liquid scintillation counting of the hippocampus incorporated radioactivity and immunoprecipetation activity assay respectively. Results In hypercholesteremic group, the expression level of tau protein phosphorylation in mouse hippocampus was significantly increased(F=14.761,P＜0.01)as compared with control group, and so were MAPK activity and Cdk-5 activity(all P＜0.01). Atorvastatin treatment group showed the decreased expression level of tau protein phosphorylation at ser396/404 site in low-dose group (F=6.349,P＜0.05),middle-dose group (F=10.283,P＜0.01) and high-dose group (F=10.511,P＜0.01) as compared with hypercholesteremia mouse group. The activities of MAPK and Cdk-5 were decreased along with the increasing atorvastatin doses. Conclusions Hypercholesteremia induces tau protein hyperphosphorylation in mouse hippocampus. Abnormal cholesterol metabolism may play an important role in the pathology process of neurodegeneration in brain. Atorvastatin might inhibit tau protein hyperphosphorylation by inhibiting the activations of MAPK and Cdk-5 in brain, atorvastatin may have the protect effect for tau protein.

〔Abstract〕 The paper overviews the development status of physical examination system, designs and constructs C/S based distributed students physical examination system, introduces design priciples, system architecture and main function models.The design and development of this system could resolve the data sharing problem among the students and their parents, schools and hospitals, it has practical significance.

Objective To investigate the life quality changes and influencing factors of acute coronary syn -drome after stent implantation .Methods 100 cases with acute coronary syndrome received stent implantation were selected .SF-36 life quality questionnaire was used to survey the patients′life quality before operation and 6 months af-ter operation,and the life quality changes and influence factors were analyzed .Results 6 months after operation,the physical activity ,mental health ,social activities ,physical pain ,physical function ,physical role ,energy and health score of the patients were higher than before operation (P<0.05).According to Logistic regression analysis ,female,type 2 diabetes,underwent percutaneous coronary intervention ,ST-T segment elevation myocardial infarction were the im-portant factors affecting patients′recovery(P<0.05).Conclusion 6 months after stent implantation,the life quality of the patients with acute coronary syndrome were improved obviously;the female and underwent percutaneous coro-nary intervention have positive influence on patients′recovery,while type 2 diabetes,ST-T segment elevation myocar-dial infarction affect patients′recovery in negative way .

Objective To investigate the cerebral CT appearances of toxic encephalopathy of tetramine and improve the recognition on this disease. Methods Four cases of toxic encephalopathy of tetramine were collected and their cerebral CT appearances were retrospectively analyzed. Results Cerebral CT appearances in acute phase (within 8 days): (1) cerebral edema in different degree. CT abnormalities consisted of cortical hypodensities and complete loss of gray-white matter differentiation. The CT value were in 11-13 HU, and to be watery density in serious case,(2)subarachnoid hemorrhage. It demonstrated the signs of poisoning hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in chronic phase. Conclusion The cerebral CT appearances of toxic encephalopathy of tetramine had some character in acute phase and it can predict the serious degree of intoxication, but there was no characteristic findings in chronic phase.
