OBJECTIVE:To design and apply drug purchase and distribution information system.METHODS:Using JA?VA,SOAP and MIDAS technology based on internet and intranet network,we developed drug supply chain management system by Oracle9i database and delphi7kit.RESULTS:The system including medical electronic commerce platform,digital drug stock and standard data interface software were developed.Proposals for information system of drug distribution was also introduced.CONCLUSION:Extensive application of the system will bring about notable economic as well as social profits.

Objective To explore the clinical value of high risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) test in shunting monitoring of atypical squamous cell of undetermined significance (ASCUS) and to seek the best treatment for patients with ASCUS.Methods 470 patients with ASCUS tested by TCT were given HR-HPV testing and biopsy under colposcopy.The clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results 470 cases of ASCUS contained a variety of cervical lesions:inflammation/acuminate accounted for 69.15％ (325/470),cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)accounted for 29.57％ (139/470),and invasive carcinoma accounted for 1.28％ (6/470).The positive rate of cervical pathological examination was 30.85％ (≥ CIN Ⅰ,145/470).The positive rate of HR-HPV was 50.43％(237/470).The detection rate of ≥CIN Ⅰ in HR-HPV positive group and negative group was 55.27％ (131/237)and 6.01％ (14/233),while the detection rate of ≥ CIN Ⅱ in HR-HPV positive group and negative group was 36.71％ (87/237) and 1.29％ (3/233).The differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.01).Incidence of ≥ CIN Ⅰ and invasive carcinoma in HR-HPV positive group was about 19.332 fold of that in HR-HPV negative group(95％ CI =10.632 ～ 35.152),while the incidence of ≥CIN Ⅱ and invasive carcinoma was about 44.467 fold of HR-HPV negative group (95％ CI =13.812 ～ 143.152).The detection sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value(NPV) of HR-HPV in the≥ CIN Ⅰ patients were 90.34％,67.38％,61.60％,93.99％.Those of ≥ CIN Ⅱ patients were 96.67％,60.53％,36.71％,98.71％.Conclusion ASCUS included partial CIN of high grades and cervical cancer,and the proportion of HPV infection is large,detection of high risk HPV-DNA is an effective shunting management method of ASCUS.

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention in emotional disorder on blood pressure,lipids and glucose in hypertensive patients in community.Methods 599 hypertensive in community were divided to intervention group (n =302) and control group (n =297) by randomization.The control group received routine medication.Additionally the intervention group got another psychological intervention which lasted 6 months.An SCL-90 scale was adopted to evaluate patients'psychological change of mental health,blood sugar,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment.Results Somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility and terror in intervention group((1.44±0.29),(1.78 ±0.39),(1.66±0.38),(1.63 ±0.48),(1.43 ±0.35),(1.37 ± 0.52) and (1.28 ± 0.41) respectively) had a lower score than control group ((2.01 ± 0.59),(2.04±0.68),(1.88 ±0.38),(1.84±0.59),(1.92±0.54),(1.61 ±0.53)and(1.60±0.50)).The differences were significant(P＜ 0.01).After intervention,blood glueose,low density lipoprotein,total cholesterol,systolic pressure,and diastolic pressure were ((4.65 ± 0.811) mmol/L,(2.97 ± 0.702) mmol/L,(4.86 ± 0.884)mmol/L,(134.11 ± 13.39)mm Hg(1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa) and (93.73 ±7.61)mm Hg respectively) and before intervention((5.09 ± 0.710) mmol/L,(3.23 ± 0.584) mmol/L,(5.36 ± 1.138) mmol/L,(150.13 ± 12.23) mm Hg and (89.64 ± 8.35) mm Hg respectively).The differences were significant (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy can improve community hypertension patients' physiology and psychology,which is good for blood pressure,lipids,glucose control.

Objective To evaluate and compare the value of predicting diseases such as hypertension and arteriosclerosis of the body mass index(BMI) and percent body fat(PBF),so as to provide the basis for evaluation of obesity.Methods Totally 3149 common residents in Jiangsu province were surveyed using the method of stratified and cluster sampling.Effective data included height,weight,PBF,blood pressure and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV).Obesity was defined by percent body fat with the evaluation of WHO and ASBP.Areas under ROC curves(AUC)of BMI and PBF were estimated by the nonparametric test and then the two diagnostic tests were compared by predictive value of related diseases.Results(1)Predictive value of BMI to diagnose obesity(defined by PBF):AUC are respectively 0.949(for WHO standard)、0.906(for ASBP standard)in women and 0.864 in men.In age group,the 20-39 years have the highest AUC of BMI to predict obesity.P＜0.01 for above nonparametric tests.(2)According to ROC curves we got the adjusted cut-off points of BMI are respectively 26 kg/m2 in men and 25 kg/m2 in women for WHO standard or 26 kg/m2 in men and 23 kg/m2 in women for ASBP standard,while the specificity of predicting obesity decreased from 90％ ～ 99％ to 76％ ～87％,but the sensitivity significant increased from 17％ ～ 43％ to 78％ ～ 89％;After adjusting the cutoff points of BMI,the value of kappa of prevalence of obesity increased from 0.475 to 0.537 in men and 0.115 to 0.655 in women.(3)To predict hypertension,areas of BMI were 0.688(95％CI:0.656-0.720) in men and 0.745 (95％CI:0.708-0.782) in women,similarly,of PBF were 0.687 (95％CI:0.655-0.718) in men and 0.723(95％CI:0.681-0.764)in women;To predict arteriosclerosis there showed highly consistency that the areas of BMI were 0.613(0.586-0.641)in men and 0.692(95％CI:0.659-0.726)in women,meanwhile,for PBF they were 0.635 (95％CI:0.608-0.663) in men and 0.683 (95％CI:0.648-0.718) in women (P＜0.01).(4) Paired test of the two areas under ROC curves showed that PBF had higher diagnostic value than BMI in men to predict arteriosclerosis(u=2.05,P＜0.05),however,no statistical difference in women(u=0.75,P＞0.05)and in predicting hypertension(u=0.75 to men and u=1.26 to women,P＞ 0.05).Conclusions Using BMI and PBF can all predict hypertension and arteriosclerosis effectively,thus,obesity can be evaluated suitably by both BMI and PBF in large-scale population study,especially in women and youth.Relatively,WHO standard of PBF is more suitable for Chinese population to evaluate obesity than ASBP standard.

Objective To purify and rejuvenate the plant of Curcama kwangsiensis,improve the transplantation survival rate of cultivars,and make the convenience of storagement and management for the cultivars production.Methods The rhizome plantlet formation of C.kwangsiensis was induced by regulating both of macro-element and sucrose concentration in the MS culture medium.Results Both of them were very important influence factors on the rhizome plantlet formation of C.kwangsiensis.Media 1/2 MS and 6% sucrose were adaptable to the rhizome plantlet formation of C.kwangsiensis,had the best effects on the formation rate of the rhizome plantlet,diameter and direct transplanting rate of the rhizome plantlet.Both plantlet and root system development were stronger.Conclusion In the present research,it is successful in inducing the rhizome plantlet formation of C.kwangsiensis.

Objective To investigate the mechanisms involved in cucurmosin-induced apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cell SW1990.Methods The expression of EGFR,PI3K,Akt,Bad,Caspase -9,mTOR,P70S6K-α,and 4E BP1 at the protein level were detected by western blot analysis,and RTPCR was used to determine EGFR mRNA expression.Results An increased concentration of cucurmosin showed a subsequent decrease in the expression of EGFR,PI3K,Akt,mTOR,P70S6Kα,and 4E -BP1,whereasthe expression of Bad and Caspase-9 were elevated.However,the mRNA expression of EGFR was unchanged.Conclusion Cucurmosin is shown to induce the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cell SW1990 by down regulating the expression of EGFR and thus inactivating the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway.

Objective To investigate the effect of signal transducers and activators of transcription 3(STAT-3)on sen-sitizing oral squamous cell carcinoma to cis-dichlorodiamineplatinum via downregulating miRNA-21. Methods Tscca and Tca8113P160 human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell lines were employed in this study. WP1066 was used to suppress STAT-3 signaling pathway. Cells were divided into three groups:dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) group, cis-dichlorodiamine-platinum (DDP) group and WP1066+DDP group. Transcription level of miR-21 was assessed by real-time PCR, while the expression levels of STAT-3, p-STAT-3, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-3 (TIMP-3) and matrix metalloproteinase-2/9 (MMP-2/9 ) were evaluated by Western blot assay. Matrigel matrix and transwell assay were used to determine cancer cell colony formation and invasive ability respectively. Expression level of miR-21 was examined by luciferase reporter gene as-say. Results Expression levels of STAT-3, pSTAT-3 and miR-21 were significantly suppressed by WP1066 treatment. The diameters of culture colony in cells treated with WP1066 and DDP were smaller than those in control group. The number of tongue cancer cells that migrated through the transwell membrane in WP1066 and DDP treated group was less than that in control group. Additionally, MMP-2/9 expression decreased while TIMP-3 increased dramatically in both cell lines in WP1066+DPP group compared to the other two groups. Conclusion Reduction of STAT-3 can sensitize oral squamous cell carcinoma to cis-dichlorodiamineplatinum via downregulating miR-21. Our study shows that DDP, in combination with WP1066, might be used as a potential target in the treatment of human oral squamous cell cancer.

Objective To investigate the correlation between semen parameters with spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy after in vitro fertilization (IVF) assisted pregnancy operation .Methods 220 patients with successful pregnancy after IVF assisted pregnancy operation in the reproductive center of this hospital were selected as the research subjects .Among them ,40 cases of early spontaneous abortion served as the observa-tion group and 180 cases without early spontaneous abortion occurrence as the control group .The related pa-rameters of sperm hyaluronic acid unbinding rate ,sperm nucleoprotein immaturity rate and sperm morphology normal rate were measured and analyzed by adopting the computer assisted sperm analysis (CASA) .Results The sperm hyaluronic acid unbinding rate and sperm nucleoprotein immaturity rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0 .05);the sperm morphology normal rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);the other semen parameters had no statis-tical differences between the two groups (P>0 .05) .The statistical analysis result showed that the sperm hy-aluronic acid unbinding rate ,sperm DNA fragmentation rate and sperm nucleoprotein immaturity had the posi-tive correlation between each other ,which had the negative correlation with the other indicators .After the stepwise analysis by the binary Logistic regression model ,the results showed that the high risk factors affect-ing spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy after IVF included sperm nucleoprotein immaturity rate and sperm hyaluronic acid unbinding rate .Conclusion The sperm nucleoprotein immaturity rate and sperm hyalu-ronic acid unbinding rate are two high-risk factors inducing early spontaneous abortion after IVF .

Objective To assess the effect of aerobic exercise on the cardiovascular autonomic regulation in healthy elderly people living in hypoxia areas at high altitude,through observing the 24 hours of heart rate variability(HRV) and its changes in HRV before,during and after incremental exercise.Methods 60 healthy elderly(＞ 60 years old)living in Qinghai-Tibet plateau(altitude ＞ 2 600 m)were selected and divided into aerobic exercise group(practicing Tibetan traditional dance in long term,n=30)and control group (lacking aerobic exercise,n =30).Blood pressure,heart rate (HR) and oxygen saturation (SO2) were measured.The time domain parameters of HRV were detected by 24 hour Holter test.The time domains of HRV before,during and after incremental exercise were observed by Marquette 2000 treadmill exercise test.Results Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were lower(t=2.475,2.295,2.099,all P＜0.05),and SO2 and SO2/HR ratio was higher(t=2.907,2.210,P＜0.05)in aerobic exercise group than in control group.As compared with control group,the aerobic exercise group showed that the changes in SDNN were increased significantly during and 10 minutes after incremental exercise(both P＜0.05),and RMSSD and PNN50 were significantly decreased during and 10 minutes after exercise(both P＜0.05).Conclusions Regular aerobic exercise in the elderly people living in hypoxia areas at high altitude can enhance oxygen uptake and utilization,increase the heart rate variability,reduce heart rate and blood pressure,and improve the cardiac autonomic function.

Objective:To investigate the early recognition of coronary artery lesions(CAL)in Kawasaki disease(KD)and its relationship with monocyte/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)ratio(MHR).Methods:A total of 216 children with KD who were hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into training set(162 cases)and test set(54 cases).The clinical data of the children were collected,and the children in the training set were divided into the CAL group(45 cases)and the NCAL group(117 cases)according to the diagnostic results of echo-cardiography,and the differences in clinical data and laboratory test results were compared between the two groups;Logistic regres-sion analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of CAL in children with KD;Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between MHR and CAL in children with KD.According to the MHR quantile,the children in the CAL group were divided into low MHR group(≤0.28),medium MHR group(0.29～0.42)and high MHR group(≥0.43),and they were analyzed and compared.Cox regression model was used to analyze the relationship between MHR and CAL risk in children with KD,and a predictive model was constructed based on the independent risk factors of CAL in children with KD.Results:There were 162 KD children with fever,and summer was a high incidence period;compared with the NCAL group,the CAL group had statistically significant differences in age,gender,fever time,KD type,MHR,WBC,PLT,NLR,and CRP(all P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that MHR was positively cor-related with the degree of coronary artery dilatation in children with CAL(r=0.743,P=0.001).and the risk of CAL in the KD children in the high MHR group was significantly higher than that in the low MHR group(HR=2.857,95%CI:1.329～6.431,P=0.003);Logis-tic regression analysis showed that gender,fever time,MHR,WBC,NLR and CRP were independent risk factors for CAL in children with KD.A prediction model was constructed based on the independent risk factors of CAL:Logit(P)=1.342+0.359×gender+0.181×ever time+1.064×MHR+0.459×WBC+0.146×NLR+0.211×CRP,P=e logit(P)/1+e logit(P),the AUC of this model was 0.874(95%CI:0.799～0.892),compared with the test set(AUC was 0.881,95%CI:0.785～0.913),the difference was not statistically sig-nificant(P>0.05);the AUC of MHR for predicting CAL in children with KD was 0.796,the sensitivity was 0.896,and the specificity was 0.824,which could be used as an early predictor of CAL in children with KD.Conclusion:MHR has a certain predictive value in the diagnosis of CAL in children with KD,and can reflect the degree of CAL in children with KD to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the changes of MHR in children with KD in clinical practice.
