Objective Observing the heeling of uterus after cesarean section operation through ultrasound B. Method Observing the size of uterus, uterine cavity, cut, particulars of side of the uterus of 260 cases after 6～8 days following the cesarean section operation with ultrasound B. Result After operation,the uterus of 206 cases heel well,and the ratio of uterus cavity hemorrhage, poor heeling of uterus cut, and parametrium hematoma is 65. 1% , 11.4% and 1. 5% respectively. Conclusion The ultrasound B inspection can make early diagnosis of complications after the cesarean section operation, such as hemorrhage, poor heeling of uterus cut and parametrium hematoma and provide basis for clinic.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efifcacy of lamivudine in chronic hepatitis B antiviral therapy. Methods 78 cases with chronic hepatitis B patients from January 2012 to December 2012 collected in People's Hospital of Deqing County were observed and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 39 cases in each group. Control group were treated with entecavir , and experimental group with lamivudine. The negative rate of hepatitis B virus, hepatitis B virus surface antigen (hepatitis B surface antigen, HBsAg) seroconversion rates and alanine aminotransferase (Alamine aminotransferase, ALT) recovery rate after 6 weeks, 12 weeks , 18 weeks , 24 weeks of the two groups were compared. Results The negative rate of hepatitis B virus, ALT recovery rates in control group after 6 weeks, 12 weeks , 18 weeks, 24 weeks treatment were better than experimental group , the differences were statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). There was no signiifcant differences in the rate of HBsAg seroconversion at week 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 18 weeks, 24 weeks between two groups. Conclusion Lamivudine antiviral ,has acceptable clinical efifcacy in treatment for chronic hepatitis B, and still has a certain gap with entecavir, but it has an appropriate price, which may be more suitable for patients in economic. So choose which medicine in clinical application should be in combination with the practical situation of patients.

Objective This study was conducted to investigate the clinical outcomes and safety of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) to the single-opened vessel lesion among patients with severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction. Methods Twenty-seven patients with severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction (ejection fraction≤35%) undergoing PCI were included. All the patients received PCI only to the single-opened vessel lesion under the conditions of: (1) There were limitations to open chronic total occlusion (CTO);(2) Single-opened vessel lesion was not calcified and tortuous. Clinical outcomes, including success rate of PCI, changes of symptoms in-hospital, brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) pre-and one week post-PCI, the major adverse cardiac events (MACE, including death, myocardial infarction and target vessel revascularization) at 30-days after discharged were observed. Results The success rate of PCI was obtained in all 27 patients(100%), and all the patients received drug eluting stent implantation. The symptoms improvement occurred in all patients and the NYHA class improved from grade Ⅳto grade Ⅲin 22 patients(81.5%) in-hospital. Significant differences were noted in the mean BNP and LVEF between pre-PCI and one week post-PCI, BNP[(2699.6±1104.7) pg/ml vs. (737.0 ± 261.7) pg/ml, P<0.05],LVEF[(26.9±5.7)%vs. (36.0±3.41)%, P<0.05)]. No MACE happened in-hospital and at 30-days follow up. Conclusions PCI only to the single-opened vessel lesion among patients with severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction under the condition of limitations to open CTO is safe and can significantly improve clinical outcomes in-hospital and at 30-days follow up, but it must be emphasized that single-opened vessel lesion not with obvious calcification and tortuosity.

Less complainp of lower limb pain (17. 4% vs. 51. 1% ), limb edema (0. 7% vs. 32. 7% ) and ltmphapic leakage (0 vs. 7. 4% ) was observed in phe EVH group as compared po phe CVH group (all P < 0. 01). Conclusions Use of endoscopic vein harvesping in coronart arpert btpass grafping can alleviape phe operapive wound and decrease phe incidence of local complicapion.

Objective To explore the value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in diagnosis of superfi-cial substantial tumors.Methods Retrospective analysis of 742 cases of superficial substantial masses ( all confirmed by operation and pathology) of Patients'ultrasonography , and summarized its features of benign and malignant, and made a comparison.Results Of the 742 patients, ultrasound detection rate of 100%, including 12 cases of malignant lesions, ultrasound diagnosis of 12 malignant cases, the accuracy rate of 100%;730 cases of benign lesions, ultrasound diagnosis of 711 cases of benign, qualitative accuracy rate 97.4%.Conclusions Color Doppler Flow Imaging has an important value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant of superficial substantial tumors.

Objective:To investigate the associations between the hormone receptors,Ki67 expression and response to neoadjuvant anthracycline-based chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.Methods:One hundred sixty-eight primary breast cancer patients received anthracycline-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),and Ki67 were determined by immunohistochemistry assay in core-needle biopsy specimens prior to the chemotherapy,and pathologic response was assessed by Miller & Payne grade(G1 to G5).Results:40%(67/168)of the patients had a good pathologic response,defined as complete pathologic response(pCR or G5)and minimal residual disease(G4).Among the patients,20%(33/168)had a complete pathologic response(G5).ER or PR status was significantly associated with pathological response.Patients with PR-negative tumors had a higher pathological response rate or pCR than those with PR-positive tumors(17/67 vs 45/90,P=0.002;6/67 vs 25/90,P=0.003,respectively),whereas patients with ER-negative tumors had a higher pathological response rate than those with ER-positive tumors.Moreover,Patients with both ER-and PR-negative tumors exhibited a remarkable pathological response as compared with those with any single factor(36/17 vs 26/86,P=0.009).No association between Ki67 expression and pathological was found in this cohort of patients.There was a linear correlation between the expression of Ki-67,ER or PR status and pathologic response.Conclusion:There is a significant association between the hormone receptors and pathological response to neoadjvant anthracycline-based chemotherapy in breast cancer patients,and patients with PR-negative tumors are more likely to respond to chemotherapy.

OBJECTIVETo establish the model of microdialysis, and study the ocular pharmacokinetics of puerarin in anesthetic rabbits.

METHODImplanted the probe into anterior chamber of anesthetic rabbit by surgery. After balanced for 2 h, 1% puerarin eye drop (100 microL) was applied into the cul-de-sac with micropipette. Immediately the dialysate was collected at different time and detected by HPLC with the detection wavelength of 249 nm. The mobile phase was methanol and 0.1% citric acid solution (30:70); the flow rate was 1.0 mL x min(-1).

RESULTAfter the administration, puerarin can be absorbed into aqueous humor quickly. The peak concentration of puerarin appeared at about 1 h and then reduced gradually. The peak concentration(C(max)) is (2.52 +/- 0.31) mg x L(-1). The other lower peak was shown at 3.5 h during the eliminate phase. This might be attributed to the inhibition of aqueous humor production by the puerarin and resulted in a high drug concentration. The area under concentration-time curve (AUC(0-t)) is (5.04 +/- 0.21) mg x h x L(-1) and the eliminate half life (t1/2) is (0.38 +/- 0.13) h.

CONCLUSIONThe microdialysis technique can be used to detect the ocular pharmacokinetics of puerarin, and support the valuable pharmacokinetics parameter for the clinical applications of puerarin eye drop.

Freshwater crabs (Sinopotamon denticulatum) were examined for metacercariae. Cats and dogs were also examined for Paragonimus infection. Questionnairing was carried out on health knowledge and behaviors among local residents in a village of Baokang County, Hubei Province. Results showed that the infection rate of Paragonimus skrjabini metacercariae in Sinopotamon denticulatum was 20.5% (46/214), with 15.6% (20/128) in a mining area and 30.2%(26/86) for the non-mining area respectively ( ?2=6.5, P0.05). Questionnairing showed that dogs and cats were with the habit of foraging and defecating at streams and children had the habits of eating raw or under-cooked crabs. The natural and ecological environments are in favor of the life cycle of P. skrjabini.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the correlation between long time systolic blood pressure variability(SBPV)and short time SBPV in aged population.

METHODSA total of 752 subjects aged ≥60 years of Kailuan Group who took part in 2006-2007, 2008-2009, 2010-2011 and 2012-2013 health examination were included by cluster sampling method.Long time SBPV was calculated by standard deviation of mean systolic blood pressure measured in 2006-2007, 2008-2009, 2010-2011 and 2012-2013, standard deviation represents short time systolic blood pressure which is derived from 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. The observation population was divided into three groups according to the third tertiles of the time systolic blood pressure variability: the first point(<9.09 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)), second point (≥9.09 mmHg, and <14.29 mmHg), and third point (≥14.29 mmHg). Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between long time systolic blood pressure variability and short time systolic blood pressure.

RESULTS(1) The participants' age were (67.0±5.7) years old (284 women). (2) The 24 hours and daytime SSD were (14.7±4.0) mmHg, (14.7±3.5) mmHg, (15.7±4.4) mmHg (P=0.010) and (14.1±4.4) mmHg, (14.2±3.5) mmHg and (15.4±4.6) mmHg (P<0.001) according to the tertiles of long time systolic blood pressure variability, respectively, nighttime SSD were (12.0±4.4) mmHg, (11.8±4.8) mmHg and (11.9±4.9) mmHg (P=0.900). (3) Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the tertiles of long time SSD was the risk factor for increasing daytime SSD>14.00 mmHg (OR=1.51, 95%CI: 1.03-2.23, P=0.037), but not a risk factor for increasing 24 hours SSD>14.41 mmHg (OR=1.10, 95%CI: 0.75-1.61, P=0.639) and nighttime SSD>11.11 mmHg (OR=0.98, 95%CI: 0.67-1.42, P=0.899).

CONCLUSIONIncreased long time SBPV is a risk factor for increasing daytime SBPV.

Objective To investigate the clinical, radiological and pathological characteristics, treatment and prognosis of pulmonary benign metastasizing leiomyoma (PBML). Methods The clinical and image data of 6 patients with PBML confirmed by pathology from October 2012 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, and the related literature was reviewed. Results Six cases were female, age was from 32 to 55 (43.80 ± 7.17) years. Two cases were found by physical examination, 2 cases had chest distress and asthma, 1 case had chest pain, and 1 case had hemoptysis. Pulmonary abnormalities were detected between 1 month and 15 years after uterine myomectomy. Chest CT showed that multiple lung nodules or masses were observed in 5 patients, among which random distribution was in 3 cases, diffuse military nodule pattern was in 2 cases, and single mass combined with primary lung adenocarcinoma was in 1 case. Fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/CT (18F- FDG PET/CT) of one patient showed no obvious uptake of the maximum standardized uptake value. All patients were confirmed histologically with CT guided lung biopsy (2 cases), thoracoscopic lung biopsy (2 cases), and thoracoscopic lobectomy with wedge resection (2 cases). Tumor cells revealed the characteristics of smooth muscle cell differentiation. Immunohistochemistry showed strong positive express of Desmin, SMA smooth muscle specific markers, estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor. Three patients were treated with oral tamoxifen anti estrogen therapy with follow-up from 5 months to 5 years. Four cases had a good prognosis, and 2 cases were lost in follow-up. Conclusions PBML is a rare disease that is prone to occur in women of childbearing age. The clinical symptoms are atypical. Imaging examination and pathology are necessary for diagnosis. Surgery combined with endocrine therapy is effective.
