Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2015;(2):344-348
Objective:To analyze the clinical features of oral emergency patients in general health, and to guide the oral emergency patients in the treatment, and prevention of accidents. Methods:The retro-spective study was performed on the day visits to the emergency department in Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from February to November 2013.The basic information of the newly diag-nosed adult, their overall health status, American society of anesthesiologists(ASA) classification and oral diagnosis information were analyzed and summarized. Results:The cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(6.4%), hypertension(13.4%), endocrine system diseases(4.2%)were most common in the patients. With the increase of age, the associated systemic diseases had increased in number and in ASA classification.Periapical disease ( 24.6%) , dental pulp disease ( 24.4%) , and periodontal disease (18.0%) accounted for about 2/3.Conclusion:The general health status of patients with oral emergen-cy worsened with the increase of age.Oral surgeons should make risk assessment before treatment.ASA classification system can help doctors predict the patient risk, take corresponding measures in advance, and help to reduce the occurrence of accidents.
2.Effect of psychological intervention and audiovisual distraction on pain of children undergoing venepuncture
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(8):38-39
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention and distraction therapy on pain of children undergoing venepuneture. Methods 200 children who underwent venepuncture were divided into group A(psychological intervention,100 cases)and group B(audiovisual distraction,100 cases).Children in group A were treated with psychological intervention such as praising, inspiring and hint, etc. Children in group B were provided with their favorite DVDs and made them to watch them during the puncture procedure. The compliance, success rate of venepuncture and grade of VAS(visual analogue scale)were scaled and analyzed. Results The compliance and Success rate of venepuncture in group A were not statistically different from those in group B(P>0.05).The compliance was positively correlated with Success rate of venepuncture in both groups(r=0.34,P<0.01).The scale of VAS showed no difference between group A and group B(t=0.52,P>0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention and audiovisual distraction could alleviate pain of children undergoing venepuncture.
3.Effect of liooxygenase and cyclooxygenase blockade on acute hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction in yunan monkey
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
The hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV) in Yunan monkey has been observed. The results showed that acute alveolar hypoxia caused significant pulmonary hypertension, associated w~th art increase in pulmonary vascular resistance. The maximal response appeared 3 min after onset of hypoxia. Monkey may be proposed as moderate responder in HPV. The HPV in monkey was blocked by lipoxygenase inhibitor diethylcarbamazine and enhanced by cyclooxy genase blocker...indomethacin. It is suggested that lipoxygenase metabolites leukotrienes probably play the role of a mediator in HPV of monkey, whereas cyclooxygenase metabolites prostaglan dins act as medulator.

5.Progress in Research on HER2 and Gastric Cancer
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2014;(9):573-576
This paper reviewed the progress in research on HER2 and gastric cancer, introducing the structure, signaling pathways, detection method and detection rate of HER2,the therapeutic effect of trastuzumab,a humanized anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody on gastric cancer, and the correlation between HER2 and prognosis of gastric cancer. Studies showed that HER2-positive was a factor with poor prognosis, and trastuzumab combined with chemotherapy was a new treatment option for patients with HER2-positive advanced gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancer or with liver metastases, which could significantly improve the prognosis.
