Objective:To observe the influence of Danhong injection on interleukin-17 (IL-17)expression after percu-taneous coronary intervention (PCI)in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI),and ex-plore its protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI)after PCI.Methods:A total of 300STEMI patients undergoing PCI in department of cardiology were selected. They were randomly divided into routine treatment group (n=150)and Danhong injection group (n=150).Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure levels of IL-17 and IL-6. Results:There were no significant difference in expression levels of IL-17 and IL-6 between two groups before PCI (P >0.05).On 12h after PCI,IL-17 levels of two groups signifi-cantly rose (P <0.05),then gradually declined,IL-17 and IL-6 levels in routine treatment group were still signifi-cantly higher than those of before PCI (P <0.05),but those of Danhong group were not significantly different from before PCI (P >0.05).Total effective rate of Danhong group was significantly higher than that of routine treat-ment group (92.7% vs.81.3%,P <0.05).Compared with routine treatment group on 72h after PCI,there were significant reductions in levels of IL-17 [(31.4±6.1)ng/ml vs.(23.2±4.3)ng/ml]and IL-6 [(60.3±11.6)ng/ml vs.(42.7±8.4)ng/ml],significant rise in left ventricular ejection fraction [(43.6±4.5)% vs.(53.7±5.6)%] and significant reduction in myocardial infarction area [(22.7±4.3)% vs.(17.2±3.7)%]in Danhong injection group,P <0.05 all. Conclusion:Danhong injection decreases expressions of IL-17 and IL-6,it may be mechanism improving MIRI after PCI,thereby diminishes myocardial infarction area, and improves heart function, which is worthy extending.

Objective To compare the effect of contrast medium by left or right side ulnar vein injection on the quality of enhanced CT images. Methods One hundred and sixty-five consecutive patients underwent thoracic CT contrast enhancement examination with multi-detector CT and scan delay time was 60 seconds. According to group sampling, subjects were divided into three groups: young age group ( < 40 years old) 35 cases, middle age group( 40-60 years old ) 60 cases, elder age group( > 60 years old ) 70 cases, and then patients were divided into two groups by random digits table with left side ulnar vein injection (left vein group, 77 cases ) and right side ulnar vein injection ( right vein group, 88 cases ) . Anteroposterior dimension between posterior border of manubrium sterni and anterior border of aortic arch (or brachiocephalic artery) where left brachiocephalic vein acrossing was measured and analyzed with relation of image quality. Results The anteroposterior dimension showed a statistical significant difference between young age group and elder age group(P< 0.05), but no statistical difference between middle age group and elder age group(P> 0.05). The CT value in left vein group and right vein group was (106 ?24 ), (149 ?29 ) HU respectively, and there was statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05). The good quality CT image in left vein group and right vein group was 61.0% (47/77),79.5% (70/88), and there was statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion CT contrast enhancement examination with right ulnar vein injection rather than left side may improve the quality of images by avoiding compression of left brachiocephalic vein in some patients .

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinic significance of screening high risk human papillona virus DNA(HR-HPV-DNA) in pregnant and postpartum women.METHODS HR-HPV-DNA screening was carried by HC-Ⅱ in 711 pregnant and postpartum women.RESULTS In 711 specimens, the infection rate of HR-HPV was 15.07%,15.92% in pregnant women, and 10.11% in postpartum ones;13.43% in the group

Objective To evaluate the effect of patients' participating supervision on improving nurses' compliance to hand hygiene(HH) in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Implementation of HH of ICU nurses was investigated by field observation and investigation of patients, intervention measures were began to be implemented in February 2016, HH compliance among ICU nurses after(February-May 2016) and before (November 2015-January 2016) intervention was compared. Results A total of 81 patients were included in the study, 38 were in pre-intervention group and 43 were in post-intervention group.52.63%(20/38)in pre-intervention group and 88.37%(38/43)in post-intervention group seen, heard or recalled that nurses had performed HH, difference was significant(X2=12.67, P<0.005);after intervention, HH rates before and after touching a patient, before aseptic procedure, and after touching patient surroundings were all higher than before intervention (all P<0.01).Conclusion Patients' participation in improving HH compliance of ICU nurses is feasible, and it is worth to be popularized.
