1.Anti-angiogenic effect of sorafenib combined with heparin

Objective To observe and compare the anti-angiogenic effect of sorafenib, unfractionated heparin(UFH)and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), singly used or in combination, with chick chorioallantoic membrane assay. Methods Sixty 8d-developed chick embryos were randomly divided into 6 groups (10 each): control group, sorafenib group, UFH group, LMWH group, sorafenib+UFH group, and sorafenib+LMWH group. Drugs were given respectively and incubation continued. The dosage of drugs for each embryo was 20 nmol of sorafenib, 5U of UFH and 5U of LMWH, respectively, and H-DMEM was applied to the embryo in control group in the same volume (2?l). After continuing incubation for another 72h, the anti-angiogenic effect in each group was observed and the vascular number in the chick chorioallantoic membrane was counted. Objective To study the changes of diamine oxidase (DAO )and intestinal fatty acid binding protein (I-FABP)levels in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy treated with selective brain hypothermia.Methods Collect a sample of 60newborns with moderate and severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy who were hospitalized in the NICU of Matemal and Child Health Care Hospital of Baoding from June 2013to December 2014.The 60newborns were divided into two groups randomly:hypothermia group(n=30)and conventional treatment group(n=30).Selected 30cases hospitalized at the same period, except the related to the ischemia hypoxia and gastrointestinal dysfunction disease as the control group.The levels of serum levels of DAO and I-FABP were measured by ELISA on admission and 7days after treat-ment,respectively.And the score of gastrointestinal dysfunction were compared.Results Neither the levels of DAO and I-FABP in hypothermia group and conventional treatment group had statistical differences on ad-mission[DAO:(15.77±2.04)U/ml,(15.81±1.85)U/ml,P﹥0.05;I-FABP:(310.01±46.43)ng/L, (301.12±38.61)ng/L,P﹥0.05],but were higher than that in the control group [(7.65±0.74)U/ml, (51.65±6.91)ng/L].Seven days after treatment,both the levels of DAO and I-FABP of hypothermia group and conventional treatment group decreased [DAO:(7.88±1.87)U/ml,(12.51±1.53)U/ml;I-FABP:(59.16±6.17)ng/L,(121.31±21.54)ng/L],meanwhile,the variation of hypothermia group was more significant(P﹤0.05).The correlation of the plasma DAO and I-FABP levels and the score of gas-trointestinal dysfunction was significantly (r1=0.831,r2=0.827,P ﹤0.01).Conclusion Hypothermia treatment could effectively reduce the levels of DAO and I-FABP,thus improve the gastrointestinal function in some extent.
3.Analysis of the proliferation ability and the antineoplastic activity of CIK cells against original hepatocellullar cancer cells between healthy adults and tumor patients

Objective To explore the differences of the proliferation ability and the antineoplastic activity of CIK cells against origenal hepatocellullar cancer cells between healthy adults and tumor patients in vitro. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from healthy donors and tumor patients were incubated to induce CIK cells in the presence of interferon gamroa(IFN-γ) ,IL-2 and anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody (mAb). The changes in the proliferation activity and phenotypes of the CIK cells were identified by flow cytometric analysis. Single cell suspension was prepared bom the fresh hepatocellular carcinoma tissue by using mechanical trituration method. MTT assays were used to determine the cytotoxicity of CIK cells against origenal hepatocellullar cancer cells. Results The CIK cells from both healthy donors and tumor patients were significantly increased with the extension of time. The expression rate of CD3+/CD56+ cells from healthy donors rose from 1.053% ±0.22% on 1st day ,25.36% ±2.19% on the 7th day to 55.12% ±1.99% on the 14th day ,which was significantly higher than that of tumor patients ( P < 0.05). MTT assays showed that the cytotoxicity of CIK cells from both enhanced obviously with the addition of Effect/Target rate and extension of time(P <0.05). After the origenal hepatocellullar cancer cells were treated by CIK cells 24 hours, the cytotoxicity of CIK cells from healthy donors at the effector:target ratio of 10 ∶ 1,20 ∶1 and 40 ∶1 was significantly higher than that of tumor patients(P<0.05) ,respectively. After treated 48 hours, compared with tumor patients, the cytotoxicity of healthy donors? CIK at the three effector:target ratio was alsosignificantly higher(P <0.05), respectively. Conclusion CIK cells from both have amplification ability and cytotoxic activity in vitro,and the proliferation ability and killing activity of healthy adults CIK is stronger than that of tumor patients,which provides an experimental basis for CIK to clinical application as an adoptive immunotherapy.
4.Anticipated value of ICGR15 and OGTT for hepatic reserving function in patients with primary hepatic cancer

Objective To study anticipated value of the retention rate of indocyanine green at 15 minutes after injection (ICGR15) and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) on hepatic function reserve in patients with primary hepatic cancer (PHC). Methods 58 patients with PHC were divided into 3 groups according to the recovery after operation for PHC. Of them, 29 cases showed good recovery (group A), 18 mild liver dysfunction (group B) and 11 severe liver dysfunction (group C) respectively. ICGR 15, OGTT, routine liver function tests were performed in all patients preoperatively. Results ICGR15 in group C(24.17%±6.59%) obviously increased than that in group A(11.42%±3.91%,P<0.01) and in group B(16.28±6.07%, P<0.01). Blood glucose lever of 120 min after glucose loading test in group C (9.91 mmol/L±3.09 mmol/L)was significantly higher than that in group A(5.42 mmol/L±0.83 mmol/L, (P<0.01)and group B(6.68±1.61, P<0.01). The accuracy (81.0%,86.2%), positive (90.6%, 93.5%) and negative prediction value (72.5%, 74.4%) of OGTT and ICGR 15 were respectively significent greater than those of Pugh's scoring (P<0.01).Conclusions ICGR15 and OGTT are worthwhile indicators to assess hepatic function reserve for patients with PHC. Combination of both ICGR15 and OGTT has higher predictive value on hepatic function reserve.
5.Application of subtalar joint distractor in operative treatment for comminuted calcaneal fracture

Objective To evaluate the method and clinical effect of subtalar joint distractor assisted open reduction and internal fixation of comminuted intra-articular calcaneal fracture.Methods Twenty-two patients with fresh closed calcaneal fracture treated with open reduction and internal fixation from May 2011 to July 2013 were included in the study.According to the modes of operation,the patients were randomly divided into two groups (n =11 in each):in group A patients underwent fracture reduction assisted by subtalar joint distractor and in group B patients underwent Steinmann pin traction and poking reduction.All were fixed using the lateral calcaneal plate.Operation time,B(o)hler angle,Gissanes angle,calcaneus height,incision healing time and complications of the two groups were investigated for evaluating the effect of operation.Clinical effect was evaluated using the American Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) score before the removal of internal fixation.Results Period of follow-up was (14.3±0.8)months (range,12 to 18 months).Two patients in group B had delayed wound healing,and were treated with regular wound care.At the final follow-up,no infection,nonunion,malunion and internal fixation failure were observed.B(o)hler angle,operation time and calcaneus height observed in group A were superior to those in group B (P <0.01).There was no significant difference in Gissanes angle between the two groups (P > 0.05).Compared to the preoperative data,B(o)hler angle,Gissanes angle and calcaneus height were significantly improved in both groups (P <0.01).AOFAS score was (83.6 ± 1.4) points in group A and (81.7 ± 1.5) points in group B.Conclusion Subtalar joint distractor assisted open reduction and internal fixation is effective to shorten operation time,improve fracture reduction,reduce wound complications and increase the operative effect for comminuted intraarticular calcaneal fracture.

Objective Systemic analysis the effect of the application of continuity nursing in community diabetes.Methods Retrieve documents from the PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBASE,Science Direct,CBM,WANFANG Data and CNKI.Dating from the dates of establishment to May,2014.Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on continuity of patient care for patients with diabetes were included.Two reviewers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted the data and assessed the quality of the included studies,and then meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.1 software.Results 5 RCTs (156 cases with diabetes) were involved into this Meta-analysis.The experimental group was superior to the control group in FBG,2h PBG,HbA1c and the level of treatment compliance,with statistically significant differences,P<0.05.The descriptive analysis showed that the differences in the score of diabetes knowledge and the quality of life were statistically significant,P<0.05,because the data could not be converted.Conclusions The continuity nursing can improve the compliance and the quality of life of community diabetes,ameliorate certain biochemical indicators.Study of large sample and RCTs should be take because of the existence of some restraining factors.
7.Immunophonotype of acute myeloid leukemia and mixed leukemia detected by flow cytometry

Objective To detect by flow cytometry (FCM) acute myeloid leukemia. Methods Fourcolor staining was used for analysis of immunphonotypes of 52 cases with acute myeloid leukemia and 7 cases of mixed leukaemia. Results 52 cases with series of patients with AML expression, with the main expression CD13 (94.2 %), CD117 (90.4 %), cMPO (90.4 %) CD33 (86.5 %), CD34 (57.7 %), HLA-DR (53.8 %). In 7 cases of mixed cell leukemia 3 cases of myeloid/B (M/B), are expressing CD13, CD34, CD117, CD10, CD19, cMPO, cCD79a.Myeloid/T (M/T) 2 cases with expression of CD13, CD117, CD33, CD34, CD5,CD7, cMPO; B department/T (B/T) 2cases, with expression of CD5, CD7, CD10, CD19, CD20, CD34. And with the morphological and organizations with high accuracy of chemical diagnosis. Conclusion FCM can improve the diagnose rate for AML and mixed leukemia. And has played an important clinical significance.
8.Immunophenotype of double acute leukemia detected by flow cytometry

Objective To detect double immuno-phenotype of acute leukemia by the application of flow cytometry (FCM). Methods Four-color FCM was used to analyse 23 cases of acute leukemia of double immune phenotype. Results Among 23 cases, cCD3 was expressed in 10 cases (43.4 %), cCD79a in 16 cases (69.6 %), cMPO in 20 cases (87.0 %), TdT in 14 cases (60.9 %), CD34 in 19 cases (82.6 %) and CD117 in 20 cases (87.0 %). 13 cases (56.5 %) expressed both myeloid and B lymphocyte antigens, in which cCD79a and cMPO were positively expressed, 7 cases (30.4 %) were found to express both myeloid and T lymphocyte antigens of cCD3 and cMPO 3 cases (13.04 %) were positive for both cCD3 and cCD79a. Conclusion cCD3,cCD79a, and cMPO were lineage specific antigen markers, which could be used for diagnosis and differential double phenotype leukemias. FCM is a useful and reliable method for diagnosis of acute leukemia, and guidance of treatment and prognosis of leukemia in clinical.
9.The influences of DAO and SNGF in the treatment of hypothermia for neonates after birth asphyxia

Objective To study the changes of diamine oxidase (DAO)levels in neonates with hypoxic -is-chemic encephalopathy (HIE)treated with selective brain hypothermi,also to further evaluate Scores for Newborn Gastrointestinal Functior (SNGF).Methods 60 newborns with moderate and severe HIE who were in the NICU of our department from June 2013 to December 2014 were collected.The 60 newborns were randomly divided into hypo-thermia treatment group (HG)and conventional treatment group(CG).The serum was collected and ELISA method was used to test the consistency of DAO on admission and 7 days afterwards,respectively.Meanwhile,the SNGF level of the two groups at the two time points was compared.Results Neither the DAO and SNGF level of the two groups had statistical difference on admission(all P >0.05).Seven days later,both the DAO of the two groups and the SNGF decreased[(12.51 ±1.53)u/mL vs (7.88 ±1.87)u/mL,however,the variation of the hypothermia treatment group was apparently more significant than the change of the conventional treatment group(P =0.011).The SNGF scores of the two groups all decreased,while the hypothermia treatment group was significantly lower than the conventional treat-ment group,the difference were statistically significant (P =0.044,0.006,0.013).Besides,there was remarkably positive correlation between serum DAO level and SNGF (r1 =-0.825,r2 =-0.876,all P <0.05).Conclusion Hypothermia treatment could effectively reduce the injury of asphyxia neonatal gastrointestinal tract by inhibiting the level of DAO,thus improve the gastrointestinal function.

ObjectiveTo reveal status in quo of rehabilitation research according to rehabilitation periodical literature.MethodsMEDLINE and CBM are the retrieval databases during 1995—2002. ICD-10 is the main classification tool of central nervous diseases.ResultsThe percentage of rehabilitation literature is 1.32% on MEDLINE, 1.53% on CBM during 1995—2002. The ratio of rehabilitation literature is 1.67 between MEDLINE and CBM. The common study fields include stroke, paraplegia, hypertension, cerebral palsy, hemiplegia, Parkinson disease, epilepsy, and cerebral infarction, etc.The foreign study takes advantage in multiple sclerosis, and tetraplegia, etc. The fewer fields are neuromyelitis optica, arachnoiditis, and Huntington's disease, etc.ConclusionsThe study of central nervous disease rehabilitation is generally similar on some common CNS diseases, some foreign studies taking advantage.
