Objective To evaluate clinical characteristics of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of 440 AIDS patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis were collected and subjected to statistical analysis,including infectious type,sites,and situation.Results There were mainly multitopical or disseminated tuberculosis in 163 cases;the rate of extrapulmonary tuberculosis was 32.50%(143 cases);there were 48 cases of confidently extrapulmonay tuberculosis;there were 8 cases of adult primary pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis is the most opportunistic infection.There were multitopical or disseminated infection of mycobacterium tuberculosis in acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis.

This article evaluates the curative effect of intestinal sustenance of larygo-Carlinomactomee, the intestinal sustenance therapy has two stages. A catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace molybdenum by flow injection analysis has been established, based on the catalytic oxidation of potassium iodide by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of molybedenum (VI) and the iodine produced is coloured with starch. The linear range and detection limit for molybdenum (VI) were 0 to 0.4 ppm and 3.2 ppb. The method has been successfully applied to determine molybdenum in the grain, soil and hair.

[Objective] To investigate the construction and inhibitory effects of artificial microRNA targeted on hepatitis B virus.[Methods] Four artificial microRNA sequences for HBV gene were designed with Invitrogen online design software (BLOCK-iTTM RNAi Designer),amiRNA eukaryotic expression plasmid were constructed and transfected into human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2.2.15.Hepatitis B virus DNA in supernatant was detected by quantitative fluorescence PCR.HBsAg and HBeAg detected by ELISA.[Results] All of the four artificial microRNA sequences could down regulate the level of HBV-DNA,HBsAg and HBeAg.miR3 had the most significant effect on inhibiting HBV-DNA replication.[Conclusion] Artificial microRNA sequences can effectively inhibit the replication of HBV in vitro.

Objective To analyze the DCE-MRI features and ADC value in triple-negative breast cancer and HER-2 overexpres-sion breast cancer,and to improve the j udgment of both characteristic in MRI.Methods To analyse the DCE-MRI imaging of TNBC and HER-2 overexpression breast cancer,measured the ADC value and compared the statistics.Results Compared with the shape, margin,the way of enhancement and ADC value of the TNBC and HER-2 overexpression breast cancer,the distinction has statisti-cally significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant difference among age,mass or nomass,categories of lesions and TIC,(P>0.05).Conclusion DCE-MRI features of the shape,margin,the way of enhancement and ADC values were useful for the diagnosis of TNBC and HER-2 overexpression breast cancer.

Objective To explore the level of knowledge,attitude and practice in preventing sudden deafness and the influencing factors among nursing students in Taiyuan City.Methods By random cluster sampling,1 187 nursing students from 6 universities in Taiyuan City were surveyed about the level of knowledge,attitude and practice and the influencing factors by questionnaires in November 2013.The results underwent analysis.Results Total scoring rate of knowledge,attitude and practice of preventing sudden deafness in the nursing students was 48.36％ (574/1 187),among which knowledge,attitude and practice was 28.30％ (336/1 187),62.68％ (744/1 187) and 54.34％ (645/1 187),respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that whether taking health education or not,different parents' education degree and household capita monthly income had significantly different influence on level of knowledge,attitude and practice of preventing sudden deafness,P＜0.01.Significant correlation existed between knowledge and attitude,attitude and practice,r=0.467,0.149,P＜0.05.Conclusions The level of knowledge,attitude and practice of preventing sudden deafness of the nursing students is low and has muhifaceted influencing factors.Colleges and universities should strengthen the health propaganda,and community should step up intervention to the families of low income and low education degree,at the same time to improve the compliance of health behavior in order to play a role in prevention and treatment of sudden deafness among nursing students.

Objective To study the effect of inhibitors of the multidrug transporters including P-glycoprotein (PGP)and multi-drug resistance-associated protein(MRP)on the regulation of concentration of oxcarbazepine in the extra-cellular fluid of the hippocampus after pilocarpine induced seizures in rats.To investigate whether oxcarbazepine are sub-strate for PGP and MRP and whether brain expressions of PGP and MRP are involved in muhidrug resistance mechanisms of refractory epilepsy.Methods The epileptic rats model were established by repeated peritoneal injection treatment with pi-locarpine.Thirty-two Wistar rats were divided into four groups:control group,pilocarpine epileptic model group,verapamil treated group and probenecid treated group.At 30,60,90,120 and 150 min following systemic injection of oxcarbazepine (80 mg/kg),dialysate was collected and the concentration of oxcarbazepine in the extracellular fluid of hippocampus was determined by microdialysis and high-performance liquid chromatography technique.Results After systemic injection of oxcarbazepine,the concentration of oxcarbazepine in extracellular fluid of the hippocampus during 90～150 min(1.26±0.09、0.93±0.10)were much higher in verapamil treated group than in pilocarpine epileptic model group(0.87±0.06、0.66±O.04)(P<0.05)and the concentration of oxcarbazepine in the hippocampus during 60～150 min(1.07 4±0.11、1.32±O.13、1.02±0.10、0.87±0.08)were higher in probenecid treated group than in pilocarpine epileptic model group (0.81±0.08、0.87±0.06、0.66.4±0.04、0.58±0.06)(P<0.05).Conclusions Oxcarbazepine are substrates for PGP and MRP and,penetration of oxcarbazepine through blood-brain barrier are restricted by PGP and MRP.Increased expres-sions of PGP and MRP in brain maybe involved in the mechanisms of multidrug resistance of refractory epilepsy.

Objective To investigate the impact of multi-drug transporters including P-glycoprotein (PGP) and multi-drug resistance associated protein (MRP) on concentration of lamotrigine in the extracellular fluid in hippocampus of epilepsy rat models induced by pilocarpine, and to deduce the multi-drug resistance mechanisms in refractory epilepsy. Methods The epilepsy rat models were established by repeated administration (by ip) of pilocarpine. A microdialysis probe was placed into the hippocampus of the epileptic rats and dialysate was collected at five time-points from 30--150 minutes after systemic injections of lamotrigine (10 mg/kg). The concentration of lamotrigine in the extracellular fluid in the hippocampus was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Then PGP inhibitor verapamil and MRP inhibitor probenecid was added individually through microdialysis probe and the concentration of lamotrigine was detected again. Results Compared with control group (0. 41 ± 0. 10 in 60 minutes, 0. 50 ±0.04 in 90 minutes, 0. 39 ±0. 09 in 120 minutes and 0. 30±0.06 in 150 minutes), verapamil significantly increased the concentration of lamotrigine in extracellular fluid of the hippocampus 60--150 minutes (0. 65 ±0. 11, 0. 84 ± 0. 09, 0. 70± 0. 09 and 0. 58 ± 0. 08 respectively) after injection (F value were 5.01, 8.61, 10. 23 and 7.89, all P < 0. 05) and probenecid also enhanced the concentration of lamotrigine 90--150 minutes (0. 75 ± 0. 09, 0. 58±0. 10 and 0. 49±0. 07) after injection (F = 6. 58, 4. 56, 4. 75, all P < 0. 05). Conclusions Penetration of lamotrigine through blood-brain barrier in pilocarpine induced epilepsy rats is restricted by PGP and MRP, resulting in decreased concentration of lamotrigine in the extracellular fluid of the hippocampus. Therefore, increasing expression of PGP and MRP in brains of epilepsy patients might be an important mechanism involved in multi-drug resistance in refractory epilepsy.

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of levofloxacin in levofloxacin hydrochloride ophthalmic in situ gel. Methods:The chromatographic column was Agilent Zorbax C18(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm). The mobile phase consisted of hexane sulfonic acid sodium solution-methanol(72∶28). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 293 nm. The chromatographic column temperature was 40℃. The injection volume was 10 μl. Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 040 3-0. 403 0 mg·ml-1(r=1. 000 0) for levofloxacin. The average recovery was 99. 8% (RSD=1. 08%,n=9). Conclusion:The method is accurate, simple and rapid, and suitable for the content determination of levofloxacin in levofloxacin hydro-chloride ophthalmic in situ gel.

Objective To discuss the indication and efficacy for treating hypospadias with ure-throplasty of Pedicled preputial double-faced island flap(PPDIF). Methods Records of 99 children (mean age, 5.1 years; age range, 4 months-12 years)with hypospadias who underwent PPDIF oper-ation were reviewed. Of them, 56 cases were penile type of hypospadias, 24 cases of penile root type, 13 cases of scrotal type and 6 cases of perineal type according to Barcat classification. Based on Duck-ett technique, the partial preputial cortical plate remained and was displaced to gastr-penis with ure-thra. , and finally the new urethra would be covered by the cortical plate. Results During follow-up of average 2 years, 8 patients(8. 1%) developed urethral fistula, 1 (1.0 %) developed mild meatal ste-nosis, and 1(1.0 %) developed flap necrosis. The success rate for total PPDIF procedure was 89.90 % (89/99). And the success rate of simple PPDIF for cases with penile and penile root hypospadias, and PPDIF+Duplay for cases with serotal and perineal hypospadias were respectively 91.25 % (73/80) and 84.21%(16/19). respectively. Conclusions PPDIF is good for treating most hypospadias. Furth-more it make penis better shape. In the severe cases, PPDIF+Duplay prededure is recommended and the effect was affirmative.
