The literature analysis and case analysis were used to analyze the current situation and problems of the patent protection of Chinese medicine. The patent of artemisinin was registered abroad as the failure case, while Tasly developed the construction of the patent net overseas as a successful case. The intellectual property right of traditional Chinese medicine has started late in China, so the Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises lacked awareness of the intellectual property protection of Chinese medicine, and it is difficult for us to have comprehensive intellectual propertyright protection in traditional Chinese medicine. The intellectual property system of Chinese medicine in China needs improvement.

Objective To investigate the effects of early sucking a lollipop and pacifier to improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function in infant after gastrointestinal operation. Methods The infants after gastrointestinal operation were divided into four groups according to the random number table method, namely group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Four groups were given different interventions in addition to routine nursing care after anesthesia awake, group Ⅰsucked a lollipop, while groupⅡsucking pacifier. Intervention time of 2 groups were 20-30 minites. GroupⅢsucked the pacifier 20-30 minites first, then sucked a lollipop 20-30 minites. Each group was given one intervention every 4 hours until infant eated. Group Ⅳ was given no interventions. Bowel sounds recovery time, first bowel movement time for the first time were compared. SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 82 infants completed the clinical observation. Bowel sounds recovery time of group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were (28.54±9.93), (34.10±9.43), (28.50±9.52) h, while first bowel movement time were (50.02±11.60), (57.65±15.28), (49.97±15.46) h, which were earlier than group Ⅳ whose bowel sounds recovery time and first bowel movement time were (39.55 ±11.22) h, (65.43 ±14.78) h. The bowel movement time and first bowel movement time of group Ⅲ were earlier than that of groupⅡ (P<0.05), but groupⅠandⅢhad no obvious difference (P>0.05). Conclusions Infants early sucking a lollipop and pacifier after gastrointestinal operation help gastrointestinal function recovery, but the lollipop is superior to the pacifier, lollipops and no interaction between pacifier.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the activity of ChE in rats poisoned by dimehypo and then treated with pralidoxime methylchloride or unithiol.
METHODRats were divided into control group (dimehypo); intervention groups [dimehypo plus pralidoxime methylchloride or dimehypo plus unithiol (sodium dimercaptopropanesulphonate)]. Rats were dosed with 4 different doses of dimehypo: 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 of LD50 respectively(the LD50 of dimehypo is 342 mg/kg). After being poisoned with dimehypo orally, rats were immediately injected intramuscularly with pralidoxime methylchloride or unithiol. The activity of ChE in blood was detected before and 1/2, 1, 2, 4 and 24 h after poisoning in dimehypo and intervention groups.
RESULTThe ChE activity of four dose subgroups at 1 h after poisoning were (1.04 +/- 0.21), (0.84 +/- 0.12), (0.71 +/- 0.12), (0.66 +/- 0.07) U/ml respectively; the ChE activity of pralidoxime methylchloride intervention groups were (1.01 +/- 0.18), (1.17 +/- 0.11), (1.01 +/- 0.04), (1.03 +/- 0.12) U/ml respectively; and the ChE activity of unithiol intervention groups were (1.15 +/- 0.15), (1.26 +/- 0.27), (1.08 +/- 0.08), (1.04 +/- 0.12) U/ml respectively. The inhibited ChE in blood was recovered by either treatment with pyraldoxime methylchloride or unithiol. These two drugs had similar effects of recovering the activity of ChE(P > 0.05), but at higher doses(1/4 and 1/2 of LD50) the effects of both were not so good.
CONCLUSIONPralidoxime methylchloride and unithiol could partly recover the activity of ChE inhibited by dimehypo.

OBJECTIVETo determine whether and to what degree the activity of cholinesterase(ChE) is inhibited by dimehypo at different doses of dimehypo [scientific name: 2-dimethylamine-1,3-bi(sodium hyposulfit)].
METHODRats were dosed with dimehypo or methamidophos orally, and were randomly divided into four subgroups according to the pesticide doses, which were 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 of LD50 respectively(the LD50 of dimethypo and methamidophos is 342 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg respectively). The activity of ChE in blood was determined before and 30 min, 1, 2, 4 and 24 h after exposure. The modified Ellman Method was employed to measure the activity of ChE.
RESULT1/16 LD50 dose of dimehypo did not affect the activity of ChE. When the dose increased, the activity of ChE decreased accordingly. 1/2 LD50 dose of dimehypo inhibited the activity of ChE by 35.9% compared with that of control group(P < 0.01). In rats dosed with methamidophos, even 1/16 LD50 dose inhibited the activity of ChE by 42.4% compared with that of control group. When the dose of methamidophos increased, the activity of ChE decreased accordingly. 1/2 LD50 dose of methamidophos inhibited the activity of ChE by 52.9%. The activity of ChE in the rats dosed with dimehypo at various doses was significantly lower than that in the rats dosed with corresponding doses of methamidophos(P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONHigher doses of dimehypo may inhibit the activity of ChE. However, as compared with methamidophos, dimehypo is a weaker inhibitor of ChE.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2013;38(1):48-53
OBJECTIVE:
To determine the correlation between p16 gene CpG methylation sites in the promoter region and HPV16 infection in cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Xinjiang Uyghur women.
METHODS:
MALDI-TOF MS was used quantitatively to analyze p16 gene promotor methylation status of CpG islands in 20 cervix squamous cell carcinomas and 20 corresponding non-cancerous tissues in Uyghur women. HPV16 infection was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in both groups.
RESULTS:
Among the 16 CpG sites in the p16 gene promoter region, CpG1-2 and CpG 6 sites were different between the 2 groups, and the levels of CpG1-2 and CpG6 methylation sites in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in the control group. The presence of HPV16 infection was significantly different between the cervix squamous cell carcinoma tissue and non-cancerous tissues (P<0.05). There was no significant correlation between p16 gene CpG methylation sites and HPV16 infection of cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Uyghur women.
CONCLUSION
P16 gene CpG 1-2, CpG 6 hypermethylation and HPV16, which are independent of one another, play an important role in cervical squamous cell carcinogenesis in Uyghur women.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2022;21(12):1127-1132
Objective:To investigate the effect of outpatient cardiac rehabilitation on the quality of life and lifestyle changes in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:A total of 135 patients with coronary heart disease who received exercise rehabilitation in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center of Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were enrolled in the study. Among them, 63 cases seldom attended (≤12 sessions, low-attending group), 37 cases less frequently attended (13-24 sessions, medium-attending group) and 35 cases attended frequently (≥25 sessions, high-attending group). The clinical data, cardiac rehabilitation, Seattle Angina Scale (SAQ) score and SF-36 quality of life score before and after rehabilitation, and lifestyle changes such as out-of-hospital exercise were documented and compared among the three groups. Results:Compared with baseline, the 5-dimensional scores of SAQ and the 9-dimensional scores of SF-36 (except for role-emotional and health change) were not significantly improved after cardiac rehabilitation in low-attending group ( P>0.05), while the angina stability, angina frequency, treatment satisfaction of SAQ, and bodily pain, health change of SF-36 in medium-attending group were improved ( P<0.05), and both SAQ and SF-36 in high-attending group were increased ( P<0.05). After cardiac rehabilitation, the SAQ and SF-36 scores of patients in high-attending group were significantly higher than those of patients in low-attending group ( P<0.05). The lifestyle was changed in 77.14%(27/35)patients of high-attending group, which was higher and that of low-attending group(38.10%, 24/63) (χ 2=13.74, P<0.001). Conclusion:The outpatient exercise rehabilitation can improve the quality of life and change lifestyle of patients with coronary heart disease; and the effect of rehabilitation is associated with the attending frequency.
