Objective To develop a thyrocricoid puncture device to study its cure effect in rescuing patients who suffer from the obstruction of upper respiratory tract caused by war wounds, traffic accidents and pharyngolaryngeal tumor. Methods The clinical emergency cure effect of 268 cases of upper respiratory tract obstruction and 33 cases of sudden death were taken retrospective analysis, who received puncture and intubation through cricothyriod membrane ventilation and high-frequency oxygen supply. Results The achievement ratios in puncture and catheterization, oxygen supply, sputum suction and intratracheal administration on all the patients were very high. Conclusion The thyrocricoid puncture device is safe, easy to carry and operate,of mini-wound and effective in rescuing patients suffering from serious upper respiratory tract obstruction and cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),can adapt to the scene of the wounded in war and peace and can be applied in clinic.

Objective To understand the quality of life of the elderly patients with the total knee replacement three months after the surgery and to analyze the mediation effect of psychological resilience on the relationship between the social support and the quality of life among the postoperative patients. Methods Two hundred and eight patients who first received the bilateral artificial total knee replacement in some Harbin class Ⅲ grade A hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were included. They were investigated by the general situation questionnaire, the social support scale (SSRS), the psychological resilience scale (CD-RISC) and the health status questionnaire (SF-36).Results Three months after surgery, the total score of the psychological resilience, the social support, the quality of life of the included patients was(51.29±11.70),(35.78±7.12) and(69.13±4.96), which were all significantly lower compared to the domestic norm (t=-14.876,-17.418, -26.317;P<0.05). The psychological resilience played a partial intermediary role between the social support and the quality of life of physical health. The mediation effect was 0.053, accounting for 11.30% of the total effect. The psychological resilience played a partial intermediary role between the social support and the quality of life of mental health. The mediation effect was 0.066, accounting for 27.73% of the total effect. Conclusions The quality of life was reduced in the postoperative patients with the total knee replacement surgery. The social support can predict the quality of life of the patients positively and it has an indirect influence which is mediated by the psychological resilience on the patients' quality of life. The psychological resilience mediates the positive effect of the social support on the postoperative patients' quality of life. A good social support system should be established for patients and the psychological resilience level should be enhanced, in order to improve the postoperative patients' quality of life.

Objective:To explore the effect of hierarchical diagnosis, treatment and nursing management based on mobile network information platform on the rehabilitation effect of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine publicity, education and follow-up management measures, while the observation group was given hierarchical diagnosis, treatment and nursing management based on the mobile network information platform on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of intervention, levels of cardiac function indexes, disease knowledge scores and nursing satisfaction of patients with coronary heart disease were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and the left anterior descending coronary artery level were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The total score of disease knowledge and the scores of each dimension (disease concept, inducing factors, clinical manifestations, examination methods, treatment methods, drug knowledge, and secondary prevention knowledge) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The total score of the satisfaction scale and the scores of each dimension (perceived quality, perceived value, public expectation, user trust, user participation and public satisfaction) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The implementation of hierarchical diagnosis, treatment and nursing management based on the mobile network information platform is conducive to improving the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease at home during the rehabilitation period and it can improve the disease cognition and satisfaction of patients.

Objective To research the influence of positive psychological intervention on occupational stress and mental health in operating room nurses. Methods Totals of 50 operating room nurses working in our hospital from July 2013 to January 2014 were selected. According to the principles of randomized control, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 25 cases in each. The experimental group underwent positive psychological intervention, while the control group got no psychological intervention. The occupational stress and psychological conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after the intervention. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in occupational stress and mental health between the two groups (P>0. 05). After the intervention, scores of EE, DP, PA and SCL-90 were (16. 7 ± 5. 1), (5. 5 ± 2. 8), (40. 2 ± 8. 9) and (136. 7 ± 40. 4) points in the experimental group, which were significantly better than those of the control group (t=5. 864 3, 2. 397 7, 5. 170 7, 2. 654 5, respectively;P<0. 05). Conclusions Continual positive psychological intervention can significantly ease the pressure on the operating room nurses and improve their mental health, and it is worthy of promoting.

Objective:To explore the effect of wireless continuous body temperature monitoring on perioperative body temperature in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures who were admitted to the Outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative thermal insulation intervention, while the observation group was given wireless continuous body temperature monitoring on the basis of the control group. The changes of perioperative temperature, perioperative hypothermia and other complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The body temperature of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 30, 60min and after operation ( P<0.05) . The incidence of perioperative hypothermia and other complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The application of wireless continuous body temperature monitoring in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures can effectively control the perioperative temperature changes of patients and reduce the incidence of perioperative hypothermia and related complications.
