Objective To explore the clinical utility of the sinus rhythm turbulence in the patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods All day the dynamic electrocardiogram was monitored in 36 patients with AMI (AMI group) and 60 healthy subjects with ventricular premature beat (VPB) (control group),the TO value and TS value after VPB was compared between two groups. Results The TO value after VPB in AMI group was higher than that in control group (P＜0.01), the TS value after VPB in AMI group was lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01). The TO value in the non-survivors with AMI was higher than that in the survivors,while their TS value was lower with a significant difference (P＜ 0.01). The irregular positive rate of the TO value and the TS value in the patients with AMI was 58.1%(50/86) and 67.4%(58/86), while that of the healthysubjects was 16.7%(10/60) and 10.0%(6/60) with a significant difference (P ＜ 0.05). The research from the follow-up visit of the selected patients in 2 years showed that death rate of the patients with both irregular TO and TS was 46.2% (24/52), the death rate with either irregular TO or TS was 25.0%(7/28), the death rate with both regular TO and TS was 16.7%(1/6), and the difference of the three phenomenon was significant (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion As long as the sinus rhythm turbulence of the patients with AMI disappears or declines,the death rate increases, and to monitor and analyze their TO and TS in time is helpful for us to avoid the sudden death of the patients and to discover the levels of their risks.

Objective:To improve the CT bulb tube cooling rate and the testing method of the CT bulb tube temperature, and provide more stable platform for better bulb tube protection and longer life-span. Methods: The designed specified cold air machine could transfer the dry cold wind into machine rack, which can lower the ambient temperature of the machine rack and increase the air flow inside the machine rack and promote the efficiency of the heat exchange of the bulb tube oil cooling circuit. Results:the design of this system’s joint is light and handy, which could collect the instantaneous temperature change of the bulb tube, and carry out simple man-machine interaction monitoring. Conclusion:According to the bulb tube oil-way temperature and ambient temperature and relative humidity, the computer can dynamically adjust the refrigerating capacity and operation/cease of the air cooler. Then it can constitute the closed control loop, and accelerate the efficiency of the bulb tube’s heat dissipation, and promote the heat capacity of the bulb tube equivalently.

Objective: To study the relationship between mental health and achievement motivation of undergraduates. Method: 532 undergraduates completed SCL-90 and Academic Achievement Motive Scale. Results:17.29% subjects had mental problems. Undergraduates had higher score in self-oriented motive than society-oriented motive, while the score of SCL-90 correlated positively with score in society-oriented motive. In students with poor academic achievement, the score of SCL-90 negatively correlated with score in self-oriented motive. Conclusion:Society-oriented motive had negative influence on mental health of undergraduates and in those with poor academic achievement, poor mental health positively correlated with lower self-oriented motive.

Some cultural practices of a new hybrid yuanhu were reported. The planting deusity of thc new variety wast using small seed tubers (2.8g/Per tuber ), 50~75 tubers/m2 for reprodu ction purpose, 100 tubers/m2 for high yield. 75 tubers/m2 was a suitable density when large or middle seed tubers was used. High reproduction coefficient and yield were obtained when the planting depth was 10cm. It was necessary to irrigate the hybrid yuanhu in North China.Adopting the negative pressure valuc of soil tumidometer as the guide of beginning to irrig ate and to obtain high reproduction cocfficient and to save water, 26.7kPa would be adopted as the initial point of irrigation, excecding 40.0 kPa led to a serious reduction of yield. The difference of yield between rubber tuber irrigaticn and drip irrigation treatment was not obvious, when planting with covering straw in level bed.

Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy on ovarian function in young patients with malignant germ cell tumors of the ovary after conservative surgery.Methods 15 patients (11～29 years old) with ovarian malignant germ cell tumors were treated by ovarectomy and the following chemotherapy.Their menstruation and serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2) levels and basal antral follicle(F0) numbers were observed from the duration of chemotherapy to one year after chemotherapy.The serum levels of FSH,LH,E2 and basal antral follicle numbers between the chemotherapy-related amenorrhea(CRA) patients and the patients with benign tumors of ovary who underwent unilateral adnexa removed at the same period(control group,n=10) were compared.Results Oligomenstruation occurred in 13 of 15 cases undergoing chemotherapy after conservative surgery(86.7%),in whom CRA occurred in 10 cases(66.7%) at the duration of 4-6 cycle chemotherapy appearing significantly rising serum level of FSH,LH and declining serum E2 level and F0 numbers.There was a significantly positive correlation between the frequency of amenorrhea and the duration of chemotherapy(r=1.000,P=0.01).Generally menstruation resumed around 2～3 months after chemotherapy.Ahhough the serum levels of sexual hormone seemed to be normal at half a year after chemotherapy in CRA patients,the serum FSH(8.30±1.46 mU/ml) and E2(80.50±7.86 ng/L) level were significantly increased as compared with that of the control group and the reverse was found in Fo numbers(3.80±1.04) (t Fo,FsH,E2=7.660,5.277,7.225;P F0,FSH,E2<0.001,<0.001,<0.001).One year after chemotherapy,serum hormone level and the ovary reserve function of the CRA patient came to be normal[FSH=(5.59±0.52)mU/ml,LH=(5.25±0.84)mU/ml,E2=(56.50±5.13)ng/L,Fo=(6.50±1.08)] and that of control group [FSH=(5.43±0.35)mU/ml,LH=(5.17±0.48)mU/ml,E2=(58.10±3.73)ng/L,F0=(6.60±0.97)](t=1.177,0.694,0.505,0.740;P>0.05,>0.05,>0.05,P>0.05).Conclusions Ovarian function impairment may occur in young patients in adolescence and sexual maturity period with ovarian malignant germ cell tumors who were treated by conservative surgery followed by chemotherapy.Although the CRA is reversible,the recovery of menstruation does not meail the recovery of ovarian funetion.because the ovarian impairment may continue to a duration of half a year after chemotherapy.The drug which can safeguard ovariall function should be considered during chemotherapy.

Objective To explore the CT and MRI manifestations of Kimura disease in head and neck.Methods The CT and MR findings of 20 cases with Kimura disease confirmed by pathology were collected.The lesion location,boundary,size,number,density of CT and signal intensity of MRI were analyzed.Results In 20 cases,multiple lesions were seen in 19 cases.There were 11 cases involving parotid gland,6 cases involving the submandibular area,2 cases in cheek,1 case in palate,2 cases involving the upper arm,1 case involving axillary fossa,1 case involving cervical lymph node alone,and 8 cases with subcutaneous nodules in the front or back of the ear,16 cases accompanied by lymphadenopathy in the neck (8 cases with lymphadenopathy in the parotid gland).The largest diameter of lesion was (3.09± 1.08)cm.The margin was blurred in 19 cases and well defined in 1 case.The isodensity lesions were found in 16 cases and slightly lower density lesions were in 4 cases in non-contrast enhanced CT scan.Calcification was not found in all cases.Homogeneous enhancement was found in 16 cases and inhomogeneous enhancement was found in 1 case.The enhancement degree varies from mild to strong enhancement.Homogenous signal and strong enhancement was found in 2 cases with MR scan.Conclusion The typical manifestations of Kimura disease are involvement of parotid gland and subcutaneous fat,accompanied by lymphadenopathy in the neck,homogeneous density on CT or MRI,which may indicate Kimura disease.

AIM:To investigate whether the protective effect of adiponectin on glucose and lipid metabolism is achieved through down-regulating major histocompatibility complex classⅡ( MHCⅡ) in the adipose tissue.METHODS:Adiponectin knockout ( KO) mice and C57BL/6 ( WT) mice were fed with high-fat diet and standard diet for 24 weeks, re-spectively.The body weight, fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS), homeostasis model assessment of insu-lin resistance (HOMA-IR), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) , hepatic histology, and classⅡtrans-activator ( CIITA) , histocompatibility 2 class II antigen E beta (H2-Eb1) and cluster of differentiation 74 (CD74) mRNA and MHC II protein levels in adipose tissue were measured at sacrifice.siRNA targeting MHC II and overexpression vector was used in 3T3-L1 cells to explore the effect of adiponectin on the protein level of MHCⅡ.RESULTS:The levels of body weight, FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, TC, TG, LDL-C, hepatic steatosis, CIITA, H2-Eb1 and CD74 mRNA expression, and MHCⅡ protein expression in the KO mice were higher than those in the WT mice that fed with high-fat diet or standard diet.In 3T3-L1 cells, inhibition of adiponectin reversed MHC II protein level induced by specific siRNA.The expression of MHC II in adipocytes decreased after adiponectin was overexpressed.CONCLUSION: Adiponectin improves glucose and lipid metabolism through sup-pressing the expression of MHCⅡin the adipose tissue.

Objective To research the structure,imaging mechanism and quality of dry view laser imaging film. Methods We extracted 60 pieces of dry view laser imaging film,wet view laser imaging film and ordinary film respectively. Each tape of films was divided into 3 groups in 100 pieces each. They were observed in the same temperature and humidity. Results Group A was observed after 300 minutes,the dry view laser films image of 10 pieces without package,4 pieces packed with plastic and 1 piece packed with paper changed. After 120 minutes,group B was observed; the dry view laser imaging film in different packing had the different changes. To the contrast,the wet laser imaging film's images didn't change in the same humidity and temperature after 420 minutes test. Conclusion The imaging of dry laser imaging film with different temperature,humidity and package will easily affect the image quality.
