Objective To compare the difference of the left ventricular structure and diastolic func-tion in normotensive offspring with or without a family history of hypertension. Methods One hundred nor-motensive offspring were assessed. Fifty had a family history of hypertension (experimental group) and 50 had no family hi.history of hypertension (control group). By eehocardiography and Doppler tissue imaging, the following parameters of left ventricular structure and diastolic function were examined: interventricular septal thickness (IVST), left ventrieular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT), left ventricular internal dimension (LVIDed), left ventrieular mass index(LVMI) and E/A. Results Compared with control group, experimen-tal group had higher IVST, LVPWT and LVMI, lower peak velocity of the early diastolic wave (e) of mitral annulus, and lower e/a (P<0.05). No differences in LVIDed, left atrial diameter (LA),aortic dimension(AOD), E,A and E/A were found between the two groups. Conclusion The results indicate that genetic factor of parental hypertension influence left ventrieular structure and diastolic function in normotensive offspring, which may precede the elevation of blood pressure.

Objective To observe the efficacy of HAG regimen in remission inductive treatment for elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome-refractory anemia with excess blasts (MDS-RAEB). Methods The clinical features of 21 cases with AML and 9 cases with MDSRAEB (≥60 year old) treated with HA-G regimen in remission induction were retrospectively analyzed, including the complete remission (CR) rate, efficiency rate as well as their toxicities. Results In 21 elderly patients with AML treated with HAG regimen, the efficiency rate was 66.7 % (14/21), CR rate 47.6 % (10/21).In 9 elderly patients with MDS-RAEB, the CR rate was 55.6 % (5/9). The main toxicity of HA-G regimen was infections secondary to hematopoiesis suppression after chemotherapy. All patients were well tolerated to adjusted regimen. Conclusion The HA-G regimen is much effective in remission induction for elderly patients with AML and MDS-RAEB.

Objective: To develop the mental health knowledge questionnaire in order to know about the awareness of mental health knowledge in non-psychiatric clinicians. Methods: A sample of the 641 non-psychiatric clinicians from 2 tertiary general hospitals, 2 second-class general hospitals, and 1 community hospital were used for item analysis and internal consistency test; 38 cases were selected for the re-test interval of 2 weeks to test the test-retest reliability. And totally 99 psychiatrists finished the survey as controls. The awareness rates between the non-psychiatric and psychliatric clinicians were compared. Results: The questionnaire included 46 items and consis-ted of 6 subscales, involving anxiety, schizophrenia, depression, dyssomnia and psychological counseling, or-ganic brain disorder, and recognition for mental health service situation in general hospital The results of confirma-tory factor analysis showed that the ratio of chi-square and degree of freedom was below 3. The fitting indexes except GFI and AGFI were more than 0.90. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients ranged from 0.73 to 0.89, and test-retest Pearson correlation coefficient of reliabifity ranged from 0.59 to 0.78. Awareness rate was 47.6% in general hospital and 90.9% in psychiatric hospitals. Conclusion: The mental health knowledge questionnaire has good psychometric properties and may be applied in clinical studies.

Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies which seriously threatens the health of women. How to further expand the scope of screening and improve the sensitivity and specificity of screening and optimize screening programs are the key points of cancer prevention and treatment. At present, the screening methods that are commonly used at home and abroad include cervical smear cytology, human papillomavirus ( HPV) detection, molecular biology detection and genetic genetic testing. Cervical smear cytology has high specificity and low sensitivity, the sensitivity of HPV detection is high, but the specificity is low,and the molecular biological detection and genetic testing has high specificity and high sensitivity, but due to the lack of large quantities of clinical samples, and the higher detection cost, they are still in the test study stage.
