1.Pathogenic Significance and Treatment of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis in Diabetic Cystopathy
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(4):111-112
The etiology and pathogen of diabetic cystopathy is mainly due to qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, which leads to bladder and Sanjiao hypo-function of vital energy, losing opening and closing. In addition to blood stasis injury essence, it blocks the urinary tract. The main pathogen is qi deficiency and blood stasis. The qi deficiency of spleen and kidney is the fundamental aspect, while the blood stasis is the surface aspect. Excess resulted from deficiency, intermingled deficiency and excess, belong to asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality. Clinical application of method of invigorating qi, removing blood stasis and eliminating stagnation for diabetic cystopathy has a good clinical efficacy.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
According to our teaching practice, it is analyzed that the application of multimedia to malhematic teaching in the medical academy has some advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of the analysis, suggesled are some improving measures, which are as follows: studying advanced educational theories and modern educational techniques; making courseware on carefully selected teaching content; setting up a scientific and effective estimating system.
3.The Application of Multi-slice CT(MSCT) in Diagnosing the Injury of Atlantoaxial Joint
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the application of MSCT in diagnosing the injury of atlantoaxial joint. Methods MSCT data of 20 cases of traumatic atlantoaxial joints were analyzed, the ability of different reconstruction methods in showing the traumatic aspects were evaluated. Results Axial MSCT and in combination with reconstruction methods such as MPR and Direct 3D could distinctly depict atlantoaxial joint in full view. Conclusion MSCT plays an important role and could be the first choice of imaging examination in the detection of injury of atlantoaxial joint.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2008;42(12):1249-1252
Objective To analyze and summarize the MR findings of intraspinal primary melanocytie neoplasms. Methods Five cases of intraspinal primary melanocytic neoplasms were retrospectively analyzed with emphasis on the location, growth pattern and MR signal intensity features of the tumors. Results A total of six tumors were found in five cases (one case had two tumors). The tumors were located in the cercival spine (2),thoracic spine (2),thoracolumbar junction (2) respectively. One tumor was located in the intramedullary space and 5 tumors in the extrumedullary-intradural space.Growth of the tumors were limited in the intradural space without evidence of extradural extension. The intramedullary tumor exhibited hyperintensity on both T2WI and T1 WI.The intradural tumors showed hyperintensity on T1WI and hypointensity or isointensity on T2WI of various degree.Three of these tumors were predominantly hyperintense on T1 WI and homogeneously hypointense on T2WI.Conclusion The intraspinal primary melanocytic neoplasms could be diagnosed pre-operatively due to their unique signal intensity features on imaging.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2014;(7):594-596
Objective To evaluate the safety of myomectomy by extrusion in cesarean section , in comparison with routine cesarean delivery. Methods From January 2008 to December 2010, a total of 128 operations of myomectomy by extrusion in cesarean section were performed (Myoma Group), while another group of 128 cases undergoing caesarean section , which respectively followed every cases of the Myoma Group but had no hysteromyoma , was selected as the control group .The amount and rate of postpartum hemorrhage , the level of postpartum fever , and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups were compared , respectively. Results In the two groups:the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was (233.6 ±58.9) ml vs.(228.5 ±90.9) ml (t=0.530, P=0.597); the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 0% (0/128) vs.0.8% (1/128) (P=1.000); the decrease of haemoglobin was (6.17 ±2.83) g/L vs.(6.89 ±3.09) g/L (t=-1.944, P=0.053); the decrease of hematocrit was 2.22%± 0.98%vs.2.27%±1.02% (t=-0.400, P=0.690); the rate of postpartum fever was 2.3% (3/128) vs.5.5% (7/128) (χ2 =1.665, P=0.197);the length of postoperative hospital stay was (4.2 ±0.8) d vs.(4.1 ±1.2) d (t=0.706, P=0.481). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the abovementioned parameters . Conclusions The myomectomy by extrusion in cesarean section does not increase the level of postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of postpartum infections .It is a simple, minimally invasive , safe and feasible surgical method , being worthy of clinical application .

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effects of emodin on the migration and proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) and the metabolism of emodin in VSMC. Methods The effects of emodin on the migration or proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cell were measured by “transwell" migration system and MTT assay. Results The migration of VSMC could be significantly inhibited by emodin and the inhibitory ratio was 83.8% in 5 ?g/mL emodin group. The antiproliferative effect of emodin was in a dose- and time- dependent manner. However, the supernatant concentration of emodin insignificantly dereased after culture for 24 h. The cytotoxicity of emodin and cellular ROS was not influenced by CYP inducer or inhibitor. The mRNA expression of emodin's primary metabolic enzyme (cytochrome p450 oxidase, CYP) up-regulated insignificantly after treatment of emodin for 24 h. Conclusion Emodin can inhibit the migration and proliferation of VSMC and can not be metabolized by VSMC. Emodin may be a choice for the medication of drug-eluting stent.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(22):-
Objective Study the differential diagnosis value of the axis of "no man's land" in wide QRS complex tachycardia. Methods Retrospectively analyse the axis of "no man's land" in 137 patients with wide complex tachycardia who had undergone intracardiac electrophysiologic studies, use the algebraic sum of the deflections in leads I and III to plot the QRS axis,to observe the rule of arrhythmia of "no man's land" appearance. Results Eighteen of 137 patients who had wide complex tachycardia had the axis of "no man's land",among which 16 patients had left idiopathic ventricular tachycardia, and 2 patients had wide complex supraventricular tachycardia they had accessory pathway conduct anterogradely. Conclusion The axis of "no man's land" is helpful in differential diagnosis of ventricular and supraventricular tachycardias with abberency or bundle branch block.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the dispensing of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS:According to the dispensing procedure of Chinese traditional medicine and the principle of drug use,the problems occurred during Chinese traditional medicine dispensing were pointed out and analyzed.RESULTS:The problems occurred in the dispensing of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were mainly resulted from doctors, pharmacists and nurses' lack of basic rationale or they had no intimate knowledge of operation regulations. These problems can be avoided if with efforts.CONCLUSION:Only through strictly following the prescription of Chinese traditional medicine can the quality and efficacy of Chinese drugs dispensing be guaranteed.
