Objective To explore the relationship of perceived professional benefit, job satisfaction, and retention willingness of nurses. Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted to investigate 493 nurses from 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Taian. Results The mean scores of nurses′perceived professional benefit, job satisfaction, and retention willingness were 134.19 ± 19.79,121.52 ± 18.41, and 21.18 ± 4.23, respectively. Perceived professional benefit and job satisfaction were positively correlated with retention willingness (P<0.01). Job satisfaction played a partial mediation role in the relationship between perceived professional benefit and retention willingness. Conclusion Job satisfaction and perceived professional benefit have a positive influence on nurses′retention willingness .

Objective To find out the material base of the induction and aggravation of psoriasis by psycological factors such as stress and depression etc. Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to determine the effect of sera from 49 psoriatic patients and 34 healthy controls on the suppression of the lymphocyte transformation of normal mouse lymphocytes. Results The lymphocyte transformation rate of mouse lymphocytes treated with the sera of psoriatic patients was 41.55%, and that of controls was 68.09%. Objective To observe the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with tumor cells reduction and postoperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy on the efficacy and quality of life of ovarian cancer.Methods From October 2010 to October 2013 at the Department of gynecology,Taizhou Municipal Hospital,65 cases of ovarian cancer patients for the treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were randomly divided into intervention group (n =32) and control group (n =33).Patients in the intervention group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy after tumor cell reduction cytoreductive surgery and received postoperative intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy and conventional surgery after chemotherapy.Patients in the control group received conventional tumor cell cytoreductive surgery plus postoperative chemotherapy.Surgical status,the effectiveness of treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Moreover,survival quality score,relapse rate,and mortality differences were compared between two groups.Results For the intervention group,operation status and effective treatment were better than the control group.The proportion of adverse reactions had no significant difference between two groups.Survival quality had no statistically significant difference between before treatment and after receiving treatment.Quality of life in the intervention group was better than that of the control group.Relapse rate,and mortality rate in the intervention group was lower than the control group.Conclusions Accepted neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with tumor cytoreductive surgery and surgery after intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can improve the effectiveness of treatment of ovarian cancers,and improve the quality of life,with better short-term effect.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of dermatoses affecting officers and soldiers garrisoned southeast China,and to provide enough scientific basis for prevention and treatment of those dermatoses.Methods Epidemiological investigations were carried out on 324 officers and soldiers in both Zhejiang and Fujian military Regions,respectively.In order to get the dermatoses diagnosed correctly and the number of infected men/times calculated accurately,a large scale of clinical examination was performed by 3 senior dermatologists from the authors' hospital.Some medication and management were applied in therapy for those skin disorders.The elementary medical personnel in the troops were trained with a short time-training course to raise their vocational level.Results Tinea manuum and tinea pedis,acne,pigmented nevus,tinea corporis and tinea cruris,seborrheic dermatitis,eczema,pityriasis versicolor and lichen simplex chronicus were the eight common dermatoses affecting officers and soldiers garrisoned southeast China.The prevalence of tinea manuum and tinea pedis was highest one in all the 8 common dermatoses.158 out of 324 soldiers(48.8%)suffered from skin disorder.The prevalence of acne,pigmented nevus,tinea corporis and tinea cruris,seborrheic dermatitis,eczema,pityriasis versicolor and lichen simplex chronicus were 45.4%,19.3%,10.8%,12.3%,10.2%,7.4% and 7.1%,respectively.Conclusions Skin disorder is one of the most common diseases affecting officers and soldiers.There are different occurrences in different garrisoned region.The prevelence of tinea manuum and tinea pedis in Fujian military region is higher than that in Zhejiang military region,and the prevelence of tinea corporis and tinea cruris,eczema in Fujian military region is lower than that in Zhejiang military region.No significant difference was found in the prevalence of the eight common dermatoses between the two parts of soldiers originated separately from north or south regions of China.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the characters of hospital infection among deceased inpatients.METHODS The inpatients who died in hospital from Jan 2004 to Dec 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS The infection rate of deceased inpatients was 40.11%,and the location majored in respiratory tract,urinary system and digestive tract.The infection rate was apparently higher among the cases more than 60 years old,and those with hematological disease,circulatory disease and nervous system disease.The hospital infection rate was related with long hospitalization and had seasonal fluctuation.CONCLUSIONS The high hospital infection rate among deceased pabients may be related with the seriously underlying diseases, aging,drug abuse and invasive therapy.

Objective:To construct a fusion DNA vaccine pEGFP-C3-B7.2-hTERT and to observe the capability of pEGFP-C3-B7.2-hTERT DNA vaccine to induce specific anti-tumor immune responses and to inhibit growth of the hepatoma transplanted from H22 cells. Methods: The B7.2 and hTERT cDNA (amplified by RT-PCR), together with pEGFP-C3 as the vector were used to construct fusion gene plasmid pEGFP-C3-B7.2-hTERT, which was then used to vaccinated C57BL/6 mice for 3 times at a 7 d interval. Animals vaccinated with pEGFP-C3-B7.2, pEGFP-C3-hTERT, pEGFP-C3 and PBS were taken as controls. Splenocytes CTLs of immunized mice, the levels of IL-2, IFN-? in the culture supernatant, the levels of antibodies against hTERT, and the changes of the T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood were all examined. The mice harboring hepatocarcinoma H22 cells were challenged with pEGFP-C3-B7.2-hTERT and the tumor forming time and the survival periods of mice were observed. Results: Agarose gel electrophoresis, nuclease digestion and sequencing confirmed the successful construction of pEGFP-C3-B7.2-hTERT. Objective:To explore the relationship among occupational benefits,turnover intention and quality of life in nurses using structural equation model,thus to provide evidence for improving the quality of life.Method:We conduct a survey among 965 nurses using the general information questionnaire,the occupational benefits scale,turnover intention scale (TIS) and the SF-36 scale.Restult:The total score of occupational benefits was (135.79 ± 18.82),the TIS score was (13.48 ±4.11),and the SF-36 score was (532.91 ± 141.75).There was a positive correlation between occupational benefits and the quality of life,and the turnover intention was negatively correlated with the quality of life.Structural equation model analysis showed that the occupational benefits and turnover intention had a direct significant effect on nurses' quality of life;occupational benefits has a direct negative effect on turnover intention,and indirectly effects quality of life of nurse through the mediating effect of turnover intention.Conclusion:The nurses' quality of life needs to be improved,and occupational benefits and turnover intention have significant prediction effect on quality of life.

Objective To investigate the value of N-termind pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro-BNP)in differential diagnosis of dyspnea in emergency department, and to investigate the rapid diagnosis cutoff of dyspnea due to acute congestive heart failure. Methods Ninety. one cases of dyspnea in emergency department recruited from January to June ,2008 were divided into two groups: acute cardiac dyspnea group and none acute cardiac dyspnea group. To evaluate the value of different parameters in differential diagnosis of dyspnea in emergency department and analysis the area under the receiver-operating characteristic of different parameters for the diagnosis of acute cardiac dyspnea. To achieve the best cutoff of different parameters for the diagnosis of dyspnea due to acute congestive heart failure finally. Results Among two groups, NT-pro-BNP (acute cardiac dyspnea vs. none acute cardiac dyspnea,6203.50 ng/L vs. 1410.00 ng/L,P ＜ 0.01), Troponin Ⅰ (acute cardiac dyspnea vs. none acute cardiac dyspnea,0.12 μg/L vs. 0.03 μg/L,P ＜0.01) ,left ventricular ejection fraction(acute cardiac dyspnea vs. none acute cardiac dyspnea,46.25% vs. 65.60%, P ＜ 0.01), left atrial diameter (acute cardiac dyspnea vs. none acute cardiac dyspnea,42.75 mm vs. 36.00 mm,P ＜0.01) had significant difference. NT-pro-BNP at cutoff of ≥3715 ng/L was highly sensitive and specific for the diagnosis of acute cardiac dyspnea. Receiver-operating characteristic analyses demonstrated that NT-pro-BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction was the best diagnostic indices of acute cardiac dyspnea. The area under the receiver-operating characteristic curve of Nt-pro-BNP was 0.828 ± 0.045 (P ＜ 0.01),and left ventricular ejection fraction was 0.829 ± 0.049 (P ＜ 0.01). Correlation analysis showed that NT-pro-BNP was correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction (P ＜ 0.01). The combined test of NT-pro-BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction was performed. Specificity increased to 96.50%, total consistent rate increased to 83.50% ,positive predictive value increased to 91.30%, positive likelihood ratio 17.60, faulse diagnostic rate decreased to 3.50%. Conclusions NT-pro-BNP examination in emergency department was helpful to rapid differential diagnosis of dyspnea. It helped to differentiate the patients with acute congestive heart failure and none acute congestive heart failure causes of dyspnea.

Objective To explore the clinical features and gene mutation types of Cornelia de Lange syndrome (CdLS), an inherited metabolic disease. Methods The clinical data and gene detection results of one case of CdLS were retrospectively analyzed. Results Two-year-old male had special appearance, microcephaly, bushy eyebrows with both sides meeting in the midline, long curly eyelashes, low body mass, and motor and mental retardation. NIPBL gene detection found the variation of the nucleotide in c.7176T>A (nucleotide 7176 in coding region changed from T to A). Conclusions CdLS is a rare congenital inherited metabolic disease. The clinical manifestations were special appearance and signs. The c.7176T>A mutation in NIPBL gene has not been reported at home and abroad.

Objective To investigate the effect of diagnostic ultrasound on cochlear hair cells in fetal guinea pigs. Methods Diagnostic ultrasound was used to irradiate the uteri of early pregnant guinea pigs(the first 15 days of gestion) and late pregnant guinea pigs(the 40th to 45th days of gestion) for 5 minutes daily. The number of cochlear hair cells in fetal guinea pigs was calculated using succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) staining, and computer image analysis system. The morphological change of cochlear hair cells was observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).
