The children with pulmonary hypermastigote infection,has not been reported at home and abroad.In recent years,we have carried out the children's electronic bronchoscopy,bronchoalveolar lavage fluid routine smear examination,found a lively movement round or oval body-hypermastigote.Metronidazole treatment is effective in controlling the disease.After discovery,understanding,rediscovery,reunderstanding,now have a preliminary understanding of the disease,first reported as follows.

Objective To explore the relationship of perceived professional benefit, job satisfaction, and retention willingness of nurses. Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted to investigate 493 nurses from 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Taian. Results The mean scores of nurses′perceived professional benefit, job satisfaction, and retention willingness were 134.19 ± 19.79,121.52 ± 18.41, and 21.18 ± 4.23, respectively. Perceived professional benefit and job satisfaction were positively correlated with retention willingness (P<0.01). Job satisfaction played a partial mediation role in the relationship between perceived professional benefit and retention willingness. Conclusion Job satisfaction and perceived professional benefit have a positive influence on nurses′retention willingness .

Objective To explore the clinical features and gene mutation types of Cornelia de Lange syndrome (CdLS), an inherited metabolic disease. Methods The clinical data and gene detection results of one case of CdLS were retrospectively analyzed. Results Two-year-old male had special appearance, microcephaly, bushy eyebrows with both sides meeting in the midline, long curly eyelashes, low body mass, and motor and mental retardation. NIPBL gene detection found the variation of the nucleotide in c.7176T>A (nucleotide 7176 in coding region changed from T to A). Conclusions CdLS is a rare congenital inherited metabolic disease. The clinical manifestations were special appearance and signs. The c.7176T>A mutation in NIPBL gene has not been reported at home and abroad.

Methods Diagnostic ultrasound was used to irradiate the uteri of early pregnant guinea pigs(the first 15 days of gestion) and late pregnant guinea pigs(the 40th to 45th days of gestion) for 5 minutes daily. Objective To observe the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with tumor cells reduction and postoperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy on the efficacy and quality of life of ovarian cancer.Methods From October 2010 to October 2013 at the Department of gynecology,Taizhou Municipal Hospital,65 cases of ovarian cancer patients for the treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were randomly divided into intervention group (n =32) and control group (n =33).Patients in the intervention group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy after tumor cell reduction cytoreductive surgery and received postoperative intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy and conventional surgery after chemotherapy.Patients in the control group received conventional tumor cell cytoreductive surgery plus postoperative chemotherapy.Surgical status,the effectiveness of treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Moreover,survival quality score,relapse rate,and mortality differences were compared between two groups.Results For the intervention group,operation status and effective treatment were better than the control group.The proportion of adverse reactions had no significant difference between two groups.Survival quality had no statistically significant difference between before treatment and after receiving treatment.Quality of life in the intervention group was better than that of the control group.Relapse rate,and mortality rate in the intervention group was lower than the control group.Conclusions Accepted neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with tumor cytoreductive surgery and surgery after intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can improve the effectiveness of treatment of ovarian cancers,and improve the quality of life,with better short-term effect.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the characters of hospital infection among deceased inpatients.METHODS The inpatients who died in hospital from Jan 2004 to Dec 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS The infection rate of deceased inpatients was 40.11%,and the location majored in respiratory tract,urinary system and digestive tract.The infection rate was apparently higher among the cases more than 60 years old,and those with hematological disease,circulatory disease and nervous system disease.The hospital infection rate was related with long hospitalization and had seasonal fluctuation.CONCLUSIONS The high hospital infection rate among deceased pabients may be related with the seriously underlying diseases, aging,drug abuse and invasive therapy.

Objective To establish the qualitative and quantitative detective methods of Fuyang granules.Methods The TLC methods for identification of Fructus kochiae and Herba solani lyrati were established.A simple HPLC was established for the determination of hydroxysafflor A(HYSA).The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid(24:6:70).UV detecting wavelength was at 403 nm.Results Fructus kochiae and Herba solani lyrati could be identified by TLC.HYSA showed a linear relationship at the concentration range of 0.128～1.024 ?g,r =0.999 8.The average recovery was 99.52% and RSD= 1.97%(n = 5).Conclusion The method can be used for qualitative identification and quantization determination of Fuyang granules.
