Objective To explore the psychological status of patients after hand tenolysis and the pertinent nursing countermeasures. Methods 47 patients after hand tenolyais were selected and investigated their psychological status and relevant influencing factors with serf-designed questionnaire and symptom checklist-90(SCL-90). Besides, corresponding psychological nursing were applied. The SCL-90 results of Chinese Norm were adopted to undergo comparison with them and t test was chosen. Results On the first day after operation, the score of the investigation objectives was significantly different compared with that of the Chinese norm. After pertinent mental nursing, their symptoms alleviated, and no significant difference was seen between them. Conclusions There are obvious psychological obstacles in patients after hand tenolysis. The pertinent mental nursing has important effect on rehabilitation training and functional rehabilitation after hand tenolysis.

Objective:To observe the effect of 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine on proliferation and apoptosis of ovarian cancer cell lines(SKOV3 and 3AO)and on expression of mismatch repair(MMR)genes(hMLH1 and hMSH2)in SKOV3 and 3AO cells. Methods:Human ovarian cancer cell lines SKOV3 and 3AO were treated for 3 d with 5-aza-CdR(0.5,5,50 ?mol/L),a specific demethylation agent, and then cultured in RPMI 1640 medium for another 7 d.The cells growth was observed by MTT assay before and after 5-aza-CdR treatment and the cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry. The expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 mRNA was examined by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:5-aza-CdR(0.5,5,50 ?mol/L)obviously inhibited the growth of SKOV3 and 3AO cells compared in a concentration dependent manner. The apoptosis rates of SKOV3 cells were(10.59?1.57)%,(17.52?1.72)%,(34.10?1.45)% after treated with 0.5,5,50 ?mol/L 5-aza-CdR,respectively;and the apoptosis rates of 3AO cells were(11.11?2.21)%,(17.24?1.11)%,and(26.53?2.00)%,respectively,which were all markedly higher than those of control group(P

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with foot bathing in hot water on sleep quality of patients after gynecological operation. Methods Ninety-nine gynecological patients were divided into the control group (n=49) and the observation group (n = 50) after gynecological operation according to time of admission. The control group received the routine nursing and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage and foot bathing in hot water besides routine nursing. Pittsburgh sleep quality index was used to investigate the sleep quality at the day before operation 1 and 8 days after operation. Result The sleep quality of postoperative patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions The acupoint massage with hot bathing in hot water can improve the quality of sleep of the patients after gynecological operations. For its convenience in manipulation, it is popular among patients and their families.

Objective To build a three-dimension finite-element model of patella and to make a preliminary mechanics analysis on the model. Methods According to the model-building principle of Ansys software which started from point to line to area to volume,a three-dimension finite-element patella model was reconstructed on the basis of the images of spiral CT.Then, loading on the model patella were simulated and the stress magnitude and distribution on the patella were analyzed. Results Finite element analysis of the patella showed that stress concentration zone located in the middle and lower patella, indicating that fracturepredilectionsitesinthelower patellar.TheVon misesstresson thetensionsidewas significantly greater than that on pressure side. Conclusion The established finite element model of the patella can reflect the real geometry of patella treated in clinics.

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care on patients ’ anxiety after video-assisted thoracoscope surgery ( VATS) .Methods 148 patients were randomly divided into the control group ( n=75 ) and the observation group ( n=73 ) .The control group performed routine nursing care , while the observation group performed special comfort care .Patients ’ anxiety on 1 day before operation and 7 days after operation were compared between groups .Results Patients’ mean score of anxiety on 1 day before operation was (55.58 ± 12.33).There was no significant difference between groups (χ2 =0.7, P>0.05).For the patients in the observation group, 16.44%had no anxiety, 61.64%had a mild anxiety, 17.81%had a moderate anxiety, and 4.11%had a severe anxiety 7 days after operation. For the patients in the control group , 13.33% had no anxiety, 13.33%had a mild anxiety, 70.67%had a moderate anxiety, and 2.67%had a severe anxiety 7 days after operation. The difference was significant (χ2 =46.88, P <0.05).Conclusions The comfort care intervention can improve the nurse-patient communication and can reduce the degree of anxiety . It also contributes to promoting the postoperative rehabilitation of patients and improving the quality of nursing care .

Objective:To observe the effects of "pushing patella and extending knee" manipulation on the protein and mRNA expression levels of integrin β1 (ITGβ1) and phosphorylated adhesion plaque kinase (p-FAK) in rabbit knee osteoarthritis (KOA) model, and to investigate the mechanism of manipulations in the treatment of KOA.Methods:Twenty healthy 6-month-old New Zealand rabbits were divided into the normal group, the model group, the acupuncture group, and the manipulation group according to the random number table method. Among them, the model group, the acupuncture group, and the manipulation group were modeled using the modified Hulth method for KOA. After 7 d of successful modeling, the normal group and the model group did not receive any intervention, while the acupuncture group and the manipulation group received one acupuncture intervention and one "pushing patella and extending knee" manipulation intervention daily, respectively. After 2 weeks of treatment, the rabbit KOA model was executed by air embolization, and the protein and mRNA expression levels of ITGβ1 and p-FAK in knee cartilage were measured by Western blot and real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR), respectively. Results:Compared with the normal group, the ITGβ1 protein expression level was decreased ( P<0.05) and p-FAK protein expression level was increased ( P<0.05), and the mRNA expression levels of ITGβ1 and p-FAK did not change significantly (all P>0.05) in the model group. Compared with the model group, the ITGβ1 protein expression level was increased ( P<0.05), the p-FAK protein expression level decreased ( P<0.05), and the mRNA expression levels of both ITGβ1 and p-FAK increased (all P<0.05) in the acupuncture group. Compared with the acupuncture group, ITGβ1 protein expression level increased ( P<0.05), p-FAK protein expression level decreased ( P<0.05), and mRNA expression levels of both ITGβ1 and p-FAK increased (all P<0.01) in the manipulation group. Conclusions:The "pushing patella and extending knee" manipulation can optimize the protein and mRNA expression levels of ITGβ1 and p-FAK in the articular cartilage of the rabbit KOA model.
