Analytical method of capillary zone electrophoresis with indirect UV detection was optimized and validated to determine the phosphate in rhizosphere soil solution samples. The effect of detection wavelength, electrolyte composition, separation voltage and temperature were investigated.Analyses were performed in a 56 cm uncoated fused-silica capillary(length to the detector window) with reversed electroosmotic flow, anodic detection in 205 nm, separation voltage-20 kV, and temperature 25 t.The electrolyte contained 32 mmol/L tris-hydroxymethyl-aminomethane, 4 mmol/L 1,2, 4-benzene-tricarboxylic trimellitic acid and 0.3 mmol/L tetradecyl-trimethylammonium bromide, pH 8.5.Under the conditions, the negative effect of the inorganic anion, such as Cl~-, SO_4~(2-) and NO_3~-, can be reduced on phosphate. The detection limit was 0.68 mg/L(S/N=3), and the recovery was 87.2%-99.4%.The method has been applied to the determi nation of the concentration of phosphate in the rhizoshere soil solution.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1988;0(04):-
Objective The CT values and glial fibrillary acidic Drotein (GFAP) expression changes within 24 hours in the cerebral infarction of rats were observed in order to evaluate the time of infarction indirectly. Methods The animal models of cerebral infarction due to the embolism of middle cerebral arteries were replicated reference to Longa’s thread embolism method. The rats with cerebral infarction in right hemisphere and without cerebral infarction in left cerebral hemisphere were scanned with CT at different time after cerebral infarction, then the CT values were measured and their differences were calculated. At the same time, the GFAP expression changes were detected by immunohistochemical technique (SP method). Results The infarction focuses were observed in all rats in 6 hours group. The differences of the CT values in the infarction hemisphere (right side in brain) and non-infarction (left side in brain) hemisphere had in linear relationship, and the GFAP expression also related to the time of infarction to certain degree. Conclusion Cerebral infarction due to embolism of blood vessel could be diagnosed at least 6 hours after middle cerebral artery occlusion. The time of cerebral infarction could be inferred by the difference of CT values between the infarction and non-infarction hemispheres and the changes of GFAP expression.

Objective · To explore the clinical application value of hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endometrium (TCRE) combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (Mirena) in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods · A total of 112 cases of adenomyosis patients were divided randomly into the combination group and Mirena group. The combination group (56 cases) was treated by TCRE endometrium endometrial resection, assisted Mirena treatment after operation. Mirena group (56 cases) was treated by Mirena only. The follow-up lasted 36 months after treatment, including measures of the volumes of menstrual bleeding, hemoglobin levels, dysmenorrhea scores, uterine volume, serum CA125 levels and incidences of complications. Results · The median follow-up duration was 42 months, and the three-year follow-up rate was 73.21% for the combination group and 50% for the Mirena group. After surgery, the volumes of menstrual bleeding of patients in 3-36 months decreased significantly, with an increase in hemoglobin level and a decrease in serum CA215 level and dysmenorrhea scores. Compared with their situations before surgery, the difference was significant (P<0.05). A comparison of uterine volume before and after surgery showed that there is a significant decrease in the uterine volume in both groups in6-12 months after surgery (P<0.05).Twenty-four months after surgery, it shows thatthe combination group has a much more significant decrease in uterine volume [(171.3±34.8) mm3] than Mirena group [(213.7±38.6) mm3] (P<0.05). The hysterectomy rate in Mirena group was significantly higher than that in the combination group (12.50% vs 5.36%); the ring expulsion rate was 16.07% in Mirena group and 5.36% in the combination group, and the break through bleeding happeningrate was 8.93% in Mirena group and 3.57% in the combination group. After 36 months an irregular small amount of vaginal bleeding rate was 62.25% in Mirena group, while it was only 12.50% in the combination group. There was significant differencewhen comparing above indices between two groups (P<0.05). There was no obvious differences in most common side effects of both groups. Conclusion · HysteroscopicTCRE combined with Mirena reduces significantly the irregular menstrual bleeding caused by merely applying Mirena. It has a prominent clinical efficacy and can be an effective approach in treatment of adenomyosis.

Objective To investigate the establishment and application effect of Evaluation Form for Cancer Pain Nursing Quality Control. Methods Nursing quality control team was founded on account of the leadership of the superintendent of nursing department and the head nurse from department of pain clinic. The team consisted of eight nurses containing the head nurse from model ward of the standardized treatment for cancer pain and nurses from department of pain clinic. According to the criteria and content of on- site assessment of cancer pain standardized treatment demonstration unit, indexes for cancer pain nursing quality was made, combining with the management practice of cancer pain nursing. The quality indexes was divided into five one- class indexes which had a total score of 100 and 20 for each including pain assessment, cancer pain treatment, patient education, nursing ability and others. Each one- class index followed with two - level index. And the table was applied to the cancer pain standardized treatment demonstration unit. Results After application of the Evaluation Form for Cancer Pain Nursing Quality Control, the following items were improved compared with those before application: accuracy of pain assessment [97.22%(70/72)vs.90.28%(65/72)], correctness of nursing record [98.61%(71/72)vs.88.89%(64/72)], satisfactory rate of pain control [97.22%(70/72)vs.84.72%(61/72)], accurate usage rate of cancer drugs [100.00%(72/72)vs.88.89%(64/72)] , understanding rate of health knowledge of patients and their family members[100.00%(72/72)vs.80.56%(58/72)], satisfactory degree of patients and their family members with nurses [100.00%(72/72)vs. 88.89%(64/72)], χ2=4.71, 8.87, 10.86, 8.87, 18.00, 8.87, P<0.05 or 0.01. Conclusions Application of Evaluation Form for Cancer Pain Nursing Quality Control in management of cancer pain can improve the nursing quality of cancer patients.

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2021;44(1):50-54
Mechanosensitive ion channels are mechanoreceptors that convert mechanical stimulation on the cell surface into intracellular electrical signal or chemical signal. In recent years, Piezo protein as a mechanically activated cation channel in eukaryotes has gradually become a research hotspot. Piezo1 and Piezo2 proteins are expressed in different organs and tissues of mammals, and tissues such as bones and joints are directly related to mechanical conduction. The intracellular effects caused by the conduction of mechanical force play a very important role in the treatment and prevention of orthopedic diseases. In this paper, the researches on Piezo protein mechanically activated cation channels in bone tissue, cartilage tissue, bone marrow tissue, intervertebral disc tissue and orthopedic diseases were reviewed.
