Objective To study the surgical techniques and clinical experience of the total laparoscopic splenectomy .Methods Retrospective analysis 31 cases were performed laparoscopic splenectomy from January 2003 to April 2015 .Among them ,there were 12 cases with liver cirrhosis and hypersplenism ,5 cases with spleen hemangiomatosis ,3 cases with splenic lymphoma ,3 cases with splenic cyst ,2 cases with obsolete rupture of spleen hematoma ,6 cases with idiopathic thrombocytopenia .During surgery ,Li‐gaSure was used to deal with stomach ligament splenic artery .Using silk or endoscopic linear cutters to process splenic pedicle indi‐vidually .Results All operations were performed successfully without conversion to open surgery .13 patients were cutting off splenic pedicle by ligating of splenic portal blood vessel and 18 patients were using endoscopic linear cutters .The operation time was 80-240 min ,mean (130 ± 35)min ,the blood loss was 60-500 mL ,mean (150 ± 80)mL ,hospital stay was 8 .3 days .There was no mortality and pancreatic leakage complications .Conclusion On the basis of open surgery ,evaluating carefully before operation ,se‐lecting appropriate cases ,using different laparoscopic instruments ,handling splenic pedicle individually ,can make the laparoscopic splenectomy be a more safe and useful operation modality .

China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Purpose: To study the mechanism of chemoprevention of colorectal cancer by aspirin. Methods: Different concentrations of aspirin have been used in the culture of colonic cell-Caco-2, its proliferation and apoptosis was observed during the culture and the expression of Fas/FasL mRNA was assayed by RT-PCR. Results: Major portion of cells died in the culture medium that was added high concentration of aspirin, but the lower concentration promoted apoptosis. The Fas mRNA was expressed in cells added with 25 mmol/L aspirin, but not in that of 1640. The FasL mRNA expressed in 25mmol/L aspirin was lower than in 1640. Conclusions: The lower concentration of aspirin can promote apoptosis of coloniccell, the mechanism has correlation with induction of the expression of Fas, and down-regulation of the expression of FasL.

Chinese Journal of Virology 2016;32(2):229-234
The Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a gamma herpes virus associated with several types of malignancies. The EBV encodes viral microRNAs (miRNAs) that can target genes within cells. The EBV participates in signal transduction as well as the proliferation and differentiation of cells. How the target genes and functions of EBV-encoded miRNAs contribute to the pathogenesis of EBV is an important research topic. Some target genes have been validated since EBV-encoded miRNAs were discovered and, in this article, we summarize them and their functions.

Benign anastomotic stenosis after esophagogastrectomy could reduce the patients' quality of life, even resulting in severe malnutrition and death. The endoscopic treatment includes dilatation, stent insertion, locoregional injection, and a relatively new technique radial incision and cutting. This article reviewed the progress in endoscopic treatment of benign anastomotic stenosis after esophagogastrectomy.

International Eye Science 2015;(5):895-897
?AlM: To evaluate the long - term effects of laser peripheral iridectomy ( LPl ) and trabeculectomy in treating early chronic angle-closure glaucoma.
?METHODS: Ninety-eight patients (102 eyes) with early chronic primary angle-closure glaucoma were randomly divided into two groups. Group A of 50 patients (54 eyes) was treated with LPl and group B of 48 patients (48 eyes) with trabeculectomy. After 3 - 8y of follow - up observation, comparison would be made from the perspectives of postoperative eyesight, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber angle, visual field and cup/disc ratio ( C/D) .
?RESULTS:ln group A, 24 eyes with eyesight declining, 22 eyes with theintraocular pressure>21mmHg (1mmHg=0. 133kPa), 21 eyes with chamber angle synechia >180o, 21 eyes with visual field narrowed, 21 eyes with C/D ratio enlarged. The results of group B for the same items were 10, 5, 4, 4, 4 eyes respectively. The comparative difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05).
?CONCLUSlON:Good effects will be achieved for early-stage chronic angle - closure glaucoma with surgical method. Trabeculectomy is obviously better than LPl for the long-term effects.

The hardship and differentiation degrees are important judgments about test questions. The key purpose about analyzing hardship and differentiation degrees is not only to keep the qualified test questions, eliminate the unqualified and refine the test questions, but also to accumulate valuable data to make exams more scientific, standardized and specified.

China Oncology 2006;0(11):-
Background and purpose:Arsenic trioxide, verified as a breakthrough in the management of acute promyelocytic leukemia, has been applied to a variety of solid tumors.Gall bladder carcinoma, lacking specific clinical manifestations,is usually diagnosed at advanced stages of the diseases and few cases can be resected by operation.Chemotherapy has not shown significant activity in gall bladder carcinoma. This study was to investigate the biological effect of As2O3 on the growth of human gall bladder carcinoma cell and its mechanism. Methods:GBC cells were cultured with different concentrations of As2O3,the proliferative activity of the cells was detected by MTT methods, and the cell cycle status was carried out by flow cytometry(FCM).Western blot and RT-PCR were performed to analyse the expression of cyclin D1,D2,D3,CDK4 and CDK6.GBC cells were transient transfected with cyclin D1 promoter construct pGL3 and then treated by different doses of As2O3.The luciferase activity was measured. Results:The treatment of As2O3 in gall bladder carcinoma cells could inhibit the growth of cells in a time and dose dependent manner, make cells arrest in G1 phase and down regulate the expression of cyclin D1.In addition, the activity of cyclin D1 promoter was down-regulated by As2O3 in a dose-dependent manner and decreased about 70 percent when treated with 4 ?mol/L As2O3.Conclusions:As2O3 can significantly inhibit the growth of human gall bladder carcinoma cells as well as down-regulate the expression of cyclin D1 in vitro.

OBJECTIVE To study the bacteriology of pneumonia and its clinical significance in patients with lung cancer.METHODS The bacteriology and clinical features of patients with lung cancer accompanied with lung infections between 2002 and 2005 in our hospital were analyzed.RESULTS Pneumonia took place in 53.7% of 328 patients with lung cancer, the most of them were elderly people and the chemotherapy receivers, and the rates of pneumonia associated with small cell lung carcinoma(63%) and squamous cell carcinoma(59.7%) were significantly higher than those with adenocarcinoma(44.0%) and alveolar cell carcinoma(40.6%)(P
