2.The effect of AD injection on immune functions in tumor-bearing mice
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2010;26(3):224-227
Objective:In order to study the antitumor effect of AD injection and its immunological mechanisms. Methods:Liver cancer H22-bearing mice were treated with AD injection and 7 days later to observe the effect of AD injection on the inhibitory rate of tumor, indexes of thymus and spleen, lymphocytes transformation function, phagocytosis of the peritoneal macrophage, activity of TNF,the level of IL-2 and IFN-α in serum. Results:AD injection could inhibit the growth of tumor in bearing mice significantly and promote the transformation function of lymphocytes and enhance the peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis and the activities of TNF.AD injection could improve the level of IL-2 of spleen cells and IFN-α in serum. Conclusion:These results suggested that AD injection could obviously inhibit the growth of tumor and enhance the immune functions in bearing mice.
3.Advance on the relationship between HIF-1α and angiogenesis deficiency in diabetes
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2015;(5):470-474
Hypoxia induced‐factor 1α(HIF‐1α) is a critical transcription factor involved in oxygen homeostasis which regulates a variety of cellular adaptive responses to hypoxia ,including angiogenesis , metabolism ,and apoptosis .In obesity ,adipose tissue dysfunction coupled with insulin resistance results in local hypoxia and angiogenesis disorders .Similarly ,type 2 diabetes (T2DM ) may present with chronic hypoxia ,inhibition of HIF‐1αproduction ,down‐regulation of angiogenesis factors ,and eventually cause a variety of vascular complications .Meanwhile ,the abnormal expression of microRNAs could affect the expression and function of HIF‐1α.HIF‐1α plays a very important role in angiogenesis ,wound healing , and so on .HIF‐1αhas been shown to improve angiogenesis by binding to a hypoxia‐response element and to regulate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) .This review aims to summarize the advance on HIF‐1αand its impact on angiogenesis in diabetes .
4.Influence of transfonning growth factor -?2 on production of tumor necrosis factor -? and interferon-? from placenta of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the influence of transforming growth factor-?2(TGF-?2) on production of tumor necrosis factor -? (TNF-?) and interferon-? (IFN-?) from placenta of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods Villous explants from 10 ICP patients(ICP group) and 10 normal gravidae (control group) were cultured in vitro. The concentrations of TNF-? and IFN-? in the culture medium were determined by enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay ( ELISA) after incubation with different concentrations of TGF-?2 for 1,24 and 48 hours. Results (1) After cultured for 1,24 and 48 hours, TNF-? level in ICP group was (771 ? 187)pg/g, (2 490 ?575)pg/g,and (3339 ? 1106)pg/g, respectively, while IFN-? level was (931 ? 148) pg/g, (1888 ? 545) pg/g, and (3027 ? 667) pg/g, respectively. All were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P

7.Rhabdomyolysis Associated with Viral Encephalitis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(14):-
Viral encephalitis is infectious diseases caused by many kinds virus which infects the brain and produces a series of clinical manifestations,it is an common disease in children.Rhabdomyolysis is a sort of syndrome characterized by striated muscle necrosis and the release of intracellular muscle constituents into the circulation, most notably high level of creatine phosphokinase and myoglobin, and myoglobi-nuria,which is often complicated with acute renal failure. It was reported that rhabdomyolysis could be associated with many viral encephalidities, the clinician should pay attention to this condition because it was not rare especially, when hematuria appearred in the course of viral encephalidities, serum creatine phosphate kinase, serum and urine myohemoglobin should be detected to identify whether rhabdomyolysis was existed.Once the diagnosis was confirmed,it should be treated with fluid administration and basification in order to avoid acute renal failure, and to improve prognosis on these patients. This study reviewed the literature on viral encephalidities and rhabdomyolysis.
8.Central Nervous System Damage in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia and Its Mechanism
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To observe the central nervous system(CNS)damage in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)and explore its mechanism. Methods A total of 325 cases of MPP were selected to investigate the incidence of CNS damage, and the levels of IL-8,IL-18 and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)in both serum and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)were detected in those patients with CNS complications.Children with viral encephalitis at hospital during the same period were taken as control group.Use SPSS 12.0 software to analyze the data. Results There were 22 cases(6.8%)of MPP who had CNS complications, presented mainly with fever, vomiting, headache and convulsion. The levels of IL-8,IL-18 and sIL-2R were higher in MPP patients who had CNS complications than those in control group, especially the level of IL-18 and sIL-2R in CSF(Pa
9.Investigation of Reticulocyte Haemoglobin Content of 6 0 0 Cases of Healthy Adults in Longhua Area of Shenzhen
Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2014;(5):37-39
Objective To establish healthy adults in shenzhen longhua district reticulocyte red blood cell hemoglobin content of normal reference value range (CHr),and analyze its clinical significance. Methods By Sysmex XN-9000 automatic blood cell analyzer to detect CHr content in the blood, and 600 healthy adults to establish CHr reference range. At the same time detection of 40 patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA)CHr content in the blood to contrast analysis. Results 18~30, 31~40,41~50,51~60 and >60 years old healthy male and female CHr content in the blood, respectively 36.35±3.26 pg and 33.95±2.81 pg,36.02±3.01 pg and 34.15±3.14 pg,36.41±2.76 pg and 34.21± 2.67 pg,35.96±3.06 pg and 33.83±3.04 pg,36.09±2.86 pg and 34.10±2.89 pg,with gender differences between different age groups had no statisti-cal significance (t=1.34~1.82,P>0.05),the difference was statistically significant between different genders is the same age group (t=4.62~5.26,P< 0.05).CHr levels in both men and women respectively reference range 36.12±3.16 pg and 34.05±2.94 pg,men than women, the results between the difference was statistically significant (t=6.792,P<0.05).Pa-tients with IDA CHr levels in both men and women, respectively 24.72±3.91 pg and 22.63±3.76 pg,significantly lower than healthy people, the results between the difference was statistically significant (t=11.29~13.02,P<0.01).Conclusion Shenzhen longhua area different gender differences between healthy adults of CHr content reference interval, men than women.IDA patients serum CHr significantly lower than the general population. Therefore, the establishment of different gender healthy adults of CHr content reference interval, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, curative effect judgment of anemia and early monitoring the extent of the hematopoietic function recovery has important clinical value.
