1.Therapeutic effects of trimetazidine combined atorvastatin calcium on chronic heart failure

Objective:To explore therapeutic effects of trimetazidine combined atorvastatin calcium on chronic heart failure (CHF) .Methods:According to random number table ,a total of 80 CHF patients were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group and combined treatment group (received trimetazidine and atorvastatin calcium based on routine treatment group) .NYHA class improvement ,6min walking distance (6MWD) ,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) , left ventricular end‐systolic dimension (LVESd ) , plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP ) , C reactive protein (CRP) and adverse drug reactions (ADR) were compared between two groups before and six months after treatment .Re‐sults:Compared with routine treatment group after treatment ,there was significant rise in total effective rate of heart function improvement (77.5% vs .95.0% ) in combined treatment group , P=0.023. Compared with routine treatment group ,there were significant rise in 6MWD [ (346.6 ± 47.3) m vs .(396.4 ± 49.2) m] and LVEF [ (44.5 ± 4.8)% vs . (49.3 ± 5.4)% ] ,and significant reductions in LVESd [ (54.2 ± 4.1) mm vs .(51.1 ± 4.3) mm] ,plasma levels of BNP [ (348.4 ± 61.3) pg/ml vs .(251.4 ± 53.6) pg/ml] and CRP [ (9.1 ± 2.2) mg/L vs .(6.4 ± 1.6) mg/L] in combined treatment group , P<0.05 or <0.01. No severe ADR was found in two groups .Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined ator‐vastatin calcium can significantly improve cardiac function and exercise capacity ,improve quality of life and ventricular re‐modeling in CHF patients ,it's safe and reliable ,which is worth extending .
2.The role of thrombospondin-1 in corneal wound healing

Thrombospondin-1 (THBS-1),a kind of extracellular matrix proteins,whose biological action played an important role in corneal wound healing has became a research highlight.The currently research findings showed that THBS-1 could promote the healing of epithelium,stroma and endothelium through activating the transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) which can accelerate cell proliferation,promote stroma forming and inducing cell migration.It is worthful in clinical treatment of all kinds of corneal wound healing.Now we summarized the research developments which have been acquired in the field recently in this article.
3.THE PRELIMINARY APPLICATION OF RADIATION SYNOVECTOMY WITH ~(32)P-CHROMIC PHOSPHATE

Twenty-three joints in 14 cases of chronic synovitis were treated with intra-articular injection of 32 p-chromic phosphate, including 19 knee joints, one elbow joint with rheumatoid arthritis and 3 knee joints with degenerative arthritis that was recractory to medical treatment. Results of 23 joints evaluated at end of one year were excellent in 43.5$, good in 30.5%, .fair in 13% and poor in 13%. There was a good correlation between the radiographic stage of the joints and the response to treatment. Patients in stage 1 and 2 were more likely to have good to excellent response. Cur study shows that radiation synovectomy is a simple, safe and effective treatment than other managements for chronic synovitis
4.The application of CPM and SH in the patellar fracture patients postoperatively

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of continuous passive motion (CPM) and sodium hyaluronate (SH) in the patellar fracture patients postoperatively. Methods: Seventy - two cases of the patellar fracture were treated with SH and CPM machine postoperatively. Results: All of the patients experienced primary healing. The functions of the knee joint recovered well. All patients were followed up over six months,and none of them were found to have suffered from traumatic arthritis. Conclusion :The application of CPM and SH in the patellar fracture patients postoperatively has the satisfactory results of reducing pain,speeding up the healing of cartilage and improving the functions of knee joint. It is efficient to stop the process of traumatic arthritis following the patellar fracture.
5.Patellar fracture treated with tension-band thread cable internal fixation

Objective:To investigate the effect of tension-band thread cable internal fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods:81 cases with patellar fracture were treated by tension-band thread cable internal fixation.Results:Among the follow-up 64 cases,from 1 to 8 years,the rate of excellent and good results was 90.6%.Conclusion:Tension-band cotton thread cable was firm,safe,simple and practical.There is no need for the patients to have the second removal of materials of internal fixation.It is advisable to use it in clinical practice.
6.CHINET 2005 surveillance of antimicrobial resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa in China

Objective To investigate the resistance of clinical isolates of P.aeruginosa in China during 2005.Methods Clinical isolates of P.aeruginosa from 7 teaching hospitals in China were collected and antimicrobial susceptibility were tested by Kirby-Bauer method.Results A total of 2 323 clinical isolates of P.aeruginosa were collected.The resistance rates of P.aeruginosa to antimicrobial agents from low to high were amikacin(22.5%),cefoperazone-sulbactam(22.8%),cefepime(27.6%),ceftazidime(28.9%),imipenem(31.3%),ciprofloxacin(31.7%),meropenem(33.7%),piperacillin-tazobactam(34.4%),aztreonam(36.8%),piperacillin(44.2%),ticarcillin-clavulanic acid(50.9%).Multi-drug resistant(MDR)and pan-drug resistant(PDR)strains accounted for 8.4% and 4.2%,respectively.Some(36.7%-53.4%)of the strains resistant to other antimicrobial agents were still susceptible to amikacin.Therefore,combination therapy of ?-lactams plus an aminoglycoside is usually indicated for serious infections caused by P.aeruginosa.By 'interpretative reading' of the susceptibility pattern of 'predictive drugs',we can predict the underlying resistance mechanisms.Conclusions The surveillance data indicate that the resistance of P.aeruginosa in China is relatively serious and its resistance mechanisms are very complicated.Close attention should be paid to this problem by physicians and clinical laboratory.
7.Artificial synthesized scaffold materials of bone tissue engineering

The scaffold material is one of the most key topics about the study of bone tissue engineering. The scaffold material of bone tissue engineering is divided into natural biomaterials and artificial synthesized biomaterials. Each kind of the materials includes organic materials and inorganic materials. Each scaffold material has its virtues and shortages. Although the existing scaffold materials merely carry some effects of the ideal materials require, the optimal scaffold may be designed using the necessary evidences provided by analyzing their virtues and shortages. This article summarized the study about the tissue engineering scaffold materials, such as porcelain and ceramics material, polymers material, natural organism-derived material and composite material.
8.A randomized double-blind control study on oxiracetam and donepezil in treating Alzheimer disease

AIM: To compare the efficacy and safety of oxiracetam and donepezil in treating Alzheimer disease with mild and moderate MMSE scores.METHODS: 68 patients were randomly divided into oxiracetam group(p.o.,n=34) and donepezil group(p.o.,n=34).The MMSE and Blessed-Roth measuring scales were used to evaluate the curative effects before treatment and three months after treatment.RESULTS: There were significant differences between the indexes expect for activities of daily living before and after treatment in two groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION: The curative effect and safety of oxiracetam and donepezil in treating mild and moderate Alzheimer disease are similar.
9.Research thoughts and method of TCM syndrome research on hyperlipemia

Differential treatment based on signs and symptoms is the special points of TCM,the identification of syndrome is the basis of differential treatment.Scientific research on syndrome plays a leading role in unifying pathogenesis of dyslipidemia,and certainly improves the research level of dyslipidemia in TCM.According to the status quo of lipid abnormality research,the research in this field can be conducted in two aspects in priority:firstly,the research of subjective symptoms can provide some basis for TCM research;secondly,the associativity of TCM syndromes and the metabolic syndromes is advantageous for exploring the nature and rules of lipid abnormality in TCM,it will be helpful for the improvement of lipid abnormality differentiation and treatment.
10.The nursing service in the clinical trials of nutrition drugs agents
