Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(6):34-36
Objective To expore the effect of abdomen trauma surveillance and care policy system on the quality of nursing in patients with abdominal trauma. Methods 126 patients with abdominal trauma were divided into the observe group(74 cases) and control group(52 cases). The abdomen trauma surveillance and care policy system was used in the observe group.According to an objective assessment and score of the severity of the trauma to the abdomen, the nursing care was classified into three types, and eleven principal nursing care policies were drawn up.The routine nursing process of abdomen trauma were performed in the control group. The time from injury to hospital, time on rescue and average hospital days were compared between the two groups. Results The time on rescue and average hospital days were (41.82±16.58)min, (20.46±8.85)d in the observe group and (67.74±14.36)min, (33.25±7.09) in the control group. There were significantly different between them. The incidence rate of complication in the observe group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusions The abdomen trauma surveillance and care policy system can assess severity of the abdominal trauma objectively. In clin-ical practice, it has been effective both in improving the working initiatives and enhancing the comprehen-sive analytic ability of nurses. It has also shortened the remedy time and rehabilitation time, avoid compli-cation.As a result, the quality of care was improved.

3.An analysis of the Incidence of Digestive Malignant Tumors in Our In-patients of Two Ten-year Periods
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1986;0(S1):-
There were 848 cases of malignant tumors of the gastrointestinal tract admitted to this hospital in the period from April 1955 to December 1964, and 1785 cases from January 1975 to December 1984. A significant elevation of the incidence of the malignant tumors of the gastrointestinal tract was observed in the second 10 years as compared with the number of the total hospital admission in the same period. Esophageal cancer took the leading inthe first 10-year period, then gastric cancer and hepatic cancer followed; while in the second 10-year period, hepatic cancer occupied the first position and was followed by gastric cancer and rectal cancer. The sex ratio was 7.34 :5.82 with a male predo-minauce especially in patients with primary hepatic and esophageal cancers. The age of the patients ranged between 40 and 60 with an average of 46.6 years in the first period and 50.02 in the second. It was interesting to mention that the patients with gastric and rectal cancers were mostly with group A blood.
4.Effects of ubiquitin-like modifier activating enzyme 1 on proliferation and apoptosis of acute myeloid leukemia cells and its molecular mechanism
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2025;38(04):399-406
Objective To investigate the effects of ubiquitin-like modifier activating enzyme 1(UBA1) on the proliferation and apoptosis of acute myeloid leukemia(AML) cells(HL60 and THP-1 cells) and its mechanism, so as to evaluate the possibility of using UBA1 as a molecular marker and target for diagnosis and treatment of AML. Methods The expression of UBA1 in HL60 and THP-1 cells was inhibited via shRNA interference, and stable transfection cell lines were screened. The inhibition effect was detected by qPCR and Western blot. The effect of inhibiting UBA1 on proliferation of AML cells was measured by CCK-8 assay. Flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of inhibiting UBA1 on apoptosis of AML cells. The effects on the expression of apoptosis proteins(Bax, Bc12), cell cycle regulation related proteins(CDK4, CDK6 and CyclinD1) and MAPK signaling pathway related proteins(P-ERK, P-JNK, P-P38MAPK, T-ERK, T-P38) in AML cells were determined by Western blot. Results Following UBA1 knockdown, both HL60 and THP-1 cells exhibited a significant reduction in UBA1 mRNA transcription and protein expression levels(t = 2. 065-43. 591, each P < 0. 05). Cell proliferation capacity was significantly suppressed(t = 12. 274-17. 252, each P < 0. 05), while the apoptosis rate increased significantly(t = 12. 690-18. 855, P <0. 05). The pro-apoptotic protein Bax was significantly upregulated(t = 17. 094-20. 781, P < 0. 01), whereas the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 was downregulated(t = 42. 494-53. 050, P < 0. 01). The expression levels of cell cycle regulatory proteins CDK4, CDK6, and Cyclin D1 all significantly decreased(t = 12. 193-51. 666, each P < 0. 05). The expression levels of P-ERK and P-P38MAPK in MAPK signaling pathway increased significantly(t = 3. 759-10. 822, each P < 0. 05),but the expression levels of P-JNK, T-ERK and T-P38 had no statistically significant difference(t = 0. 133-1. 794, each P >0. 05). Conclusion Interference with the expression of UBA1 can inhibit the proliferation of HL60 and THP-1 cells and promote their apoptosis, of which the mechanism may be related to the increased expression of P-ERK and P-P38MAPK proteins in MAPK signaling pathway.

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), tissue metalloproteinase inhibitor-1 (TIMP-1) levels combined with single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) in lung cancer bone metastasis.Methods:82 patients with bone metastasis of primary lung cancer (observation group) and 82 patients without bone metastasis (control group) in Kashgar Prefecture Second People's Hospital from February 2017 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The levels of PCNA and TIMP-1 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA); bone metastasis were detected by SPECT; Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum PCNA, TIMP-1 levels and SPECT bone imaging grade; The diagnostic value of SPECT and serum levels of PCNA and TIMP-1 in bone metastasis of lung cancer was analyzed by drawing the receiver operating characteristic curve; the diagnostic value of SPECT combined with serum levels of PCNA and TIMP-1 in bone metastasis of lung cancer was analyzed by four grid table with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as the gold standard. Results:Compared with the control group, the serum levels of PCNA and TIMP-1 in the observation group were significantly higher ( P<0.05), and increased with the increase of the extend of disease (EOD) grade ( P<0.05). The AUC of serum PCNA and TIMP-1 levels in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of lung cancer were 0.835 (95% CI: 0.771-0.898) and 0.814 (95% CI: 0.746-0.882), respectively. When cutoff values were 388.76 pg/ml and 524.45 pg/ml, the sensitivity were 82.70%, 79.00%, and the specificity were 74.40%, 76.80%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of SPECT were 82.93% and 90.24% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of serum PCNA, TIMP-1 levels combined with SPECT in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of lung cancer were 95.12% and 91.46%, respectively, which were higher than those of serum PCNA, TIMP-1 levels and SPECT alone. Conclusions:Increased serum PCNA and TIMP-1 levels are related to bone metastasis of lung cancer and its severity. Combined SPECT and serum PCNA, TIMP-1 detection is of high diagnostic value for bone metastasis of lung cancer.

Results:After 1 year, doctors′satisfaction to nurses′job was higher than that of before, the difference was statistically significant. Nursing staffs′acceptance toward standardized communication mode presented a high level. Conclusions:The standardized communication mode is beneficial to improve the doctor′s satisfaction to the nurses′work, especially in understanding of the disease condition, profes-sional knowledge and cooperation with the doctors. This communication mode is worthy popularizing in the clinical situation.
9.Genetic Damage of Dust Storm Fine Particles on Human Blood Lymphocytes
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the genetic damage of dust storm fine particles on human blood lymphocytes. Methods The chromosomal aberration test and cytochalasin B blocked test were used to investigate the effect in vitro of dust storm fine particles (PM2.5) (0, 33, 100, 300 ?g/ml)collected in Baotou and Wuwei cities on human lymphocytes. Results In both dust storm and normal ambient air fine particles treated cells revealed an increase in the chromosomal aberration level and micronuclei frequency (MNF). The chromosomal aberration(CA)were characterized as chromatid break, chromosome break, acentric fragment, dicentric chromosome and gaps. With the increase of treatment concentrations the aberration level and MNF increased and the mitotic index(MI) and the nuclear division index (NDI) values declined in a dose-response manner(P0.05). The treatments of normal ambient air PM2.5 from Baotou City were significant higher than those of Wuwei City, but the treatments of dust storm PM2.5 were not significant different between the cities. Conclusion Dust storm PM2.5 from Baotou City and Wuwei City may cause human lymphocytes genetic damage and its genetic toxicity is related to the dose.
10.Hydrogen Breathing Test in Post-gastrectomized Patients
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
Hydrogen level in the exhaling air after oral lactose or glucose loading was determined in normal subjects and patients after gastreetoaiy. Basal hydrogen was less than 30 ppm in all the 16 normal subjects. After lactose ingestion, 13 subjects out of the 16 (81.2%) showed an increass of hydrogen excretion of 20 ppm or more. The average peak time of hydrogen accretion was in the 3.25 hours after lactose ingestion. After glucose ingestion, the increase of hydrogen excretion was less than 20 ppm. In 7 patients with Billroth I gastrec- tomy and 14 patients with Billroth II gastrectomy, increase of hydrogen excretion after lactose ingestion occurred in 6 out of the 7 (85.7%) and 12 out of the 14 (85.7%) respectively, which is not significantly different from that of the control. After glucose intake, increase of hydrogen excretion occurred in 1 out of the 7 (14.2%) and 5 out of the 14 (35.7%). The elevation of hydrogen in the exhaling air indicates the overgrowth of bowel bacteria. Our findings suggest that hydrogen breathing test after lactose loading is insensitive to reveal this phenomenon in patients after gastrectomy, but after glucose loading, the test might carry out this function especilly in those with Billroth II operation.
